• 1.2. If there's an issue with the product itself (it is either invalid or previously used).

2. Wholesale Purchase Refunds:

Refunds for wholesale purchases are available only under the following circumstances:

• 2.1. If there's an issue with the product itself (it is either invalid or previously used). No refunds are available for unviewed products, change of mind, or any other reason.

Note for vendors: If the purchase was made using withdrawable balance from the vendor's account, the refund will be credited to the Driffle Wallet only. Refunds will not be credited to transferrable or withdrawable balances. Other payment methods will be refunded according to the original payment source.

2. Returning a Viewed Key:

If you have viewed the product key and changed your mind, we cannot process a refund in this scenario. Driffle operates as a digital key marketplace, and our sellers are not direct publishers of the keys. As a result, they lack the technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.

3. Issues with Product Key:

If you encounter any problems with the product key, such as it being invalid or previously used, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, initiate the refund process.

4. Replacement/Refund Process:

• 4.1. To request a Replacement/Refund, please contact our customer support team.
• 4.2. Provide relevant details, including your order ID, relevant screenshots and a clear explanation of the issue.
