Gears of War: E-Day features a new multiplayer map lineup built around the war-torn city of Kalona. The launch lineup includes six Versus maps, each built around classic Gears cover combat, lanes, power positions, and the game’s new movement mechanics. Battleship

Battleship is set around a large ship being dismantled at Kalona’s docks. The map has open ship decks, narrow paths, and different levels. Players can use the ship and nearby dock areas for cover, with both long-range and close-range fights.

Market

Market takes place in a damaged seaside market in Kalona. The map has long streets, balconies and small indoor areas. Players can use different routes to move around the map, attack from the sides, and control important positions.

Outpost

Outpost is an abandoned military camp overlooking Downtown Kalona. It features bunkers, open ground, and an elevated bridge. The map offers long sightlines for ranged weapons, while its alternate routes allow players to flank the enemy team.

Park

Park is set around the remains of a zoo near the coast of Downtown Kalona. A large fountain sits in the central area, surrounded by paths and damaged exhibits. Players can fight across open spaces or use the surrounding paths and cover for closer encounters.

Precinct

Precinct takes place inside the damaged Kalona Police Department. The map has narrow rooms, broken walls and plenty of cover. Its tight layout makes close-range combat and flanking important, especially when teams fight for control of the building.

Skyward

Skyward is a vertical map spread across the rooftops of Kalona. Players can move between buildings using different paths and jumps. The higher areas provide useful sightlines, but reaching them can leave players exposed to enemy attacks.

Golden Quarter

Golden Quarter is a Horde Siege map set in the damaged historic district of Kalona. It features larger areas, old buildings, and several routes for players to move through during battles. The map was also featured during the E-Day multiplayer beta and is part of the Horde Siege map lineup.
