1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Driffle Plus subscription program ("Driffle Plus") provided by Driffle ("driffle.com,", “platform”, "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to Driffle Plus, you ("subscriber," "user," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Driffle Plus feature.

2. Definitions

• "Subscriber": Any individual who subscribes to the Driffle Plus program.
• "User": Any individual who accesses or uses the services provided by Driffle, including Driffle Plus.
• “Driffle”: UAB Driffle, with its registered office at Vilnius, Naugarduko g. 3-401, 03231, Lithuania.
• "Driffle Plus": The subscription program offered by Driffle, providing various benefits to subscribers.
• "Benefits": The advantages and perks provided to Driffle Plus subscribers, which may include discounts, priority support, exclusive events, and priority pre-orders.
• "External Partners": Third-party companies or entities that provide additional benefits or products as part of the Driffle Plus program.
• "Subscription Period": The duration for which a Driffle Plus subscription is active, which can be 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months.
• "Privacy Policy": Driffle’s policy outlining the collection, use, and protection of users' personal data.

3. Subscription Benefits

3.1 General Benefits

Subscribers to Driffle Plus may receive various benefits as outlined on driffle.com/plus, which may include but are not limited to discounts, priority support, exclusive events, and priority pre-orders.

3.2 Availability and Limitations

• The benefits provided under Driffle Plus may not be available every month. Subscribers acknowledge and agree that some benefits may only be available in certain months, which will not affect the reduction and/or refund of the fee paid by the subscriber for the Driffle Plus Subscription.
• Driffle reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at its sole discretion.
• Discounts may be subject to limitations, including but not limited to category, item, territory, and/or the number of items purchased. 

3.3 Promo Code Restrictions

• Promo codes are not applicable on top of Driffle Plus discounts. Subscribers acknowledge that discounts provided under Driffle Plus cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers.

3.4 Discount Usage Limitation

Subscribers acknowledge and agree that the Driffle Plus discount for any specific product may be availed a maximum of three times per month.

3.5 Third-Party Benefits and Products

Driffle is not responsible for items or benefits provided by external partners. Responsibility for such items lies with the external partner unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Subscription Period

4.1 Subscription Duration

• Subscription Periods: Driffle Plus subscriptions are available for durations of 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled by the subscriber. Subscribers can cancel their subscription anytime, and the subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Cancellation by Subscriber

Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any previously paid subscription fees. Access to Driffle Plus benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Suspension or Cancellation by Driffle

Driffle reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscriber’s Driffle Plus subscription if:

• The subscriber violates these Terms or any other applicable regulations.
• There are insufficient funds in the subscriber’s payment method to cover the subscription fee for the next billing period.

6. Legal and Compliance

6.1 Data Protection

Driffle is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your information.

6.2 User Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Driffle is not liable for any transactions conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

6.3 No Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the Driffle Plus feature or any attempt to breach these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your subscription and forfeiture of any remaining subscription benefits.

6.4 Compliance with Laws

Your use of the Driffle Plus feature must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.5 Compliance with Driffle's Policies

The Driffle Plus feature is subject to Driffle’s Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Driffle. By using the Driffle Plus feature, you agree to adhere to all applicable policies.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Modification of Terms

Driffle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on Driffle. Continued use of the Driffle Plus feature following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
