Coupon Terms and Conditions
- Coupon (hereinafter referred to as "Coupon") constitutes a discount code applicable for purchasing Digital Content from Driffle.
- To redeem the related discount, input your discount code as prompted during the payment process. The purchase made to utilise the Coupon must adhere to Driffle's Terms and Conditions and other relevant policies.
- The Coupon must be utilised in a single transaction and can be applied when purchasing from multiple sellers. The unused balance will be forfeited if the purchase price is lower than the Coupon amount. Under no circumstances will the Coupon reduce the purchase price below 0 (zero).
- The Coupon remains valid from the date of acquisition from Driffle or affiliated third parties offering Driffle Coupons until the expiration date stated on the Coupon or provided information unless cancelled earlier as per these Coupon Terms and Conditions.
- Coupons are for single use and can only be redeemed once. They are nullified where prohibited by Driffle's Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws.
- The Coupon holds no cash value and cannot be transferred, forwarded, or exchanged. It cannot be combined with any other coupon, site discount, rebate, offer, gift coupon, or promotion.
- Any entitled refund will not include the Coupon or its redemption value. The refunded amount will not exceed the purchase price paid, and no new Coupon will be issued, even in cases of seller or third-party faults.
- Specific Coupons may be subject to additional terms and conditions indicated upon acquisition.
- Driffle reserves the right to suspend, alter, or terminate any Coupon promotion at any time without providing a reason or explanation.
- Additional terms and conditions may be added by Driffle for specific aspects of Coupon promotions.
- Driffle disclaims all representations or warranties regarding any product or service provided by third parties in connection with any Coupon promotion.
- Driffle will not be liable for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any Coupon promotion, nor for any associated costs, damages, accidents, delays, injuries, losses, expenses, or inconveniences, except where prohibited by law.
- These Coupon Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
