Update 5 just added the Celestial rarity, the pirate themed Oniganshina maps, and eight new units led by Muffy (Gear 5), Zaro (King of Hell), and Shinks (Red Hair), so the meta looks very different from a few weeks ago. Our Anime Squadron tier list ranks all 91 units in their final forms, from the SS tier carries to the starter units you should replace first.

SS-Tier Anime Squadron Units

The SS tier sits at the top of our Anime Squadron tier list, and it is where the current meta lives. These six units either carry a run on their own or make every teammate hit harder, and a couple of them do both. If you own any of them, build them without a second thought. If you don’t, they are worth every Gem you have been saving. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Michigo (Horn of Salvation): The best all round carry in the game. He swaps blades every eight seconds, one that ignores all enemy Defense and one that attacks far faster, and every swap powers up an ultimate that can reach 1,500% damage. He also leads Peroxide and Divine teams.
  • Muffy (Gear 5): The star of Update 5 and a Divine unit. Every 45 seconds, his Awakening lets the basic attacks of all your units hit every enemy on the map for eight seconds, while Drums of Liberation gives the whole team 25% more damage. His leader skill adds 30% damage to Pirate units.
  • Shinks (Red Hair): The best support in Anime Squadron right now. From the moment you place him, every enemy on the map takes 20% more damage from every source, including enemies that spawn later. He also makes it 20% harder for enemies to dodge your other units.
  • Shadow (Atomic): Summons a new shadow soldier every 12 seconds, up to eight, and each one makes him stronger. When you need burst, he consumes the whole army for a massive finisher. One of the safest long term investments in the game.
  • Diro (The World): Slows down enemy attacks while cutting his own cooldowns in half, and heals himself as he fights. He needs no special team or setup, which is why he has stayed near the top since Update 3.
  • Asto (Black): Switches off annoying enemy Gimmicks like Regenerate, Dodger, Summoner, Confusion, and Hexer in timed windows, and doubles his own stacked damage while they are down. No other unit makes tough bosses this much easier.

S-Tier Anime Squadron Units

One small step below the very top of the Anime Squadron tier list. Every unit here can carry endgame content, they just need a little more setup, the right mode, or a longer fight to reach their peak. Most strong accounts are built on two or three of these. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Zaro (King of Hell): The first unit of the brand new Celestial rarity. His Bleed stacks up to ten times, every stack boosts the others, and a full stack deals 23.5 times the damage of a single one while cutting enemy healing by 75%. He also gets a skill tree that grows with every kill.
  • Ramuru (Dragon): Added in Update 4.75, he picks up a random Gimmick every 30 seconds and gains 50% damage for each one, up to 150%. He is slow to start, but very little scales better in long fights. Leads Unhuman and Fire teams.
  • Jyn (Monkey King): Copies part of the damage and crit stats from up to five nearby allies, then gains extra damage for every different Element among them. Average on a thin account, frightening in a stacked team.
  • Yubacha (The Almighty): The best tank in the game. He forces every enemy in range to attack him, gets tougher with each attacker, and hits for 20% of his max HP on every attack while ignoring Defense.
  • Rakia (Ice Queen): Freezes everything her ability hits for three seconds and deals double damage to frozen enemies. Hard crowd control and real burst from one slot.
  • Yuto (Curse Spirit): Copies the damage stat of your strongest ally, so he improves every time you pull a better carry. He also keeps nearby allies from dying for a short window and leads Sorcerer and Holy teams.
  • Sakuna (Curse): Builds up to 20 Overwhelm stacks for double damage and much faster cooldowns, and instantly finishes off normal enemies below 20% HP. Keep a tank next to him.
  • Bambi (The Explode): Every attack plants a bomb, up to ten per enemy, and her ability detonates all of them at once. Elite wave clear that still hurts bosses.
  • Nazaka (Berserk): The most dependable healer in Anime Squadron. She cleanses debuffs, heals the team, lowers enemy Accuracy, and pulls off an emergency heal when HP gets low.
  • Fastwagon: Deals zero damage and still earns this spot. He boosts Yen income by 20% plus 4% per upgrade and drops 500 Yen when he dies, so your expensive carries get upgraded much sooner.

A-Tier Anime Squadron Units

A tier is the biggest group on the Anime Squadron tier list. These units hold their own in endgame but come with a catch, whether that is a slow start, a narrow job, or a stronger option sitting above them. If you don’t have many SS or S tier units yet, your core team will probably come from here. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Lacy (Hacker): Marks the highest HP enemy in range so it takes 20% more damage from everyone, and spreads the mark to enemies nearby. Dropped from S only because Shinks (Red Hair) now does the same thing across the whole map.
  • Kaidu (King of Beasts): Refuses to die for 15 seconds after dropping to 20% HP, stores all the damage he takes, then throws it back as a huge ability hit. Works once per placement.
  • Big Beard (Young): Every attack triggers a delayed quake that hits every enemy in range, and it gets stronger and faster the more enemies are packed in. Superb wave clear, much weaker against a lone boss.
  • Big Mum (Emperor): Drains 1% of her target’s max HP with every attack and turns part of it into extra health. Brutal against normal enemies, but the drain does not work on bosses.
  • Synji (Ifrit Jamble): Builds damage stacks with every hit, twice as fast on burning enemies, then overheats and explodes for big area damage. Pairs nicely with Burn units like Yumamoto.
  • Chin Li (Blue Jade): Her first hit on every enemy deals triple damage and her kicks keep stacking extra damage. Excellent on busy waves, far less impressive against a single boss.
  • Yomi (Darkness): Stores all the damage he deals to one target for 12 seconds, then detonates it for even more. A near S tier boss killer who struggles in fast waves.
  • Becky (Crazy): Gains up to 70% damage against enemies with more max HP than her and ignores 40% Defense at full power. One of the best Mythic boss killers in the game.
  • Kanpachi (Beast): Deals reduced damage until his eyepatch comes off, then locks onto the biggest enemy and ignores 35% Defense for the rest of the stage.
  • Goju (Six Eyes): Shares damage with nearby allies to build Corruption and fires a 700% nuke. Still S level damage in a supported team, just more demanding than newer carries.
  • Rizzuto (Six Path): Clones, healing, range, and Defense buffs all in one slot. Few units in Anime Squadron cover this many jobs at once.
  • Edem (Smash): No single hit can take more than 20% of his max HP, and every hit he takes makes him permanently stronger. A tank that slowly turns into a damage dealer.
  • Yumamoto (Commander): His Hellfire Burn never expires while he is alive and keeps getting stronger, and he ignores up to 50% Defense. A top Burn carry for long fights.
  • Devid (Sandevista): Drains his own HP to gain up to 200% damage and heals 15% for every kill. Insane in long wave modes, risky in boss only stages.
  • Yaruichi (Flash Goddess): Costs only 500 Yen and gains damage with every hit in a row. Amazing value, but five seconds without attacking resets her stacks.
  • Yano (Spirit Dive): Dodges 40% of attacks and reflects every dodged hit back at the attacker. A strong reactive tank when enemies actually target him.
  • Tsanada (Hakage): Stuns enemies, heals every ally in range during her ability window, and can revive one ally. An elite hybrid support just behind Nazaka.
  • Kashima (God of Lightning): After taking ten hits, he stuns nearby enemies and makes them take 20% more damage from your whole team. A frontline support with real tankiness.
  • 3B (YaRHa): Cuts enemy Defense by 30% for the whole team and turns that into extra damage for herself. Best in teams that cannot already ignore Defense.
  • Jotoro (Platinum): Critical hits speed him up and every third hit deals double damage. A strong crit boss carry held back by a 6,000 kill grind for his full bonus.
  • Potry (Licht): Hits the farthest enemy in his lane from anywhere on the map and gains up to 50% damage based on distance. Shines on long single lane maps.
  • Mighty Guy (8th Gate): Opens his Gates over time for faster cooldowns, True Damage, and follow up hits. A monster in Infinite once fully stacked.
  • Madora (Six Path): Burn, meteors, and True Damage that cut through armored waves, plus a leader skill for Shinobi and Curse units.
  • Meto (One Eyed): Builds stacks on a boss so it takes more damage, loses Defense, and gives your team extra crit chance. Slow to start, excellent on long bosses.
  • Jaseph (Old): Raises your team’s Accuracy while lowering the enemy’s, and can wipe out an enemy’s Dodge completely. The best pick when Dodge is what stops your clear.
  • Maaki (Soul Katana): Fully immune to Stun, Freeze, Slow, and every debuff. The safest tank on control heavy stages.
  • Avdal (Hell To You): Burn heals him instead of hurting him, and he shields allies when enemies are burning. Excellent in a dedicated Burn team.
  • Kagaya (Resurrected): Gets huge buffs for herself and the team for every unique status effect and Element in your squad. Great in rainbow teams with Jyn and Muffy (Gear 5).
  • Bralu (Legendary): Builds Rage for damage, speed, and Thorns, becomes immune to crowd control when maxed, and leads Antagonist and Nature teams.
  • Akoza (Demon): Stacks Poison that deals double damage to shields and can respawn himself. The go to unit for shield heavy raids.
  • Kan (Ghoul): A Bleed carry that heals himself while hunting Prey. Zaro (King of Hell) now does Bleed better, but Kan is still strong and farmable.
  • Gometa (Blue): A boss killer that rewards hitting the same target, with a 500% ultimate and a leader skill for Dragon and Water units.
  • Gometa (SSJ4): A tanky and reliable all rounder with Dodge, plus a leader skill for Protagonist and Divine units.
  • Rogna (Ice Dragon): Freezes targets and boosts the damage they take. Field five copies and the whole team gains 40% crit damage.
  • Puppeteer (Transcendent): Regenerates, confuses enemies every fifth hit, and stacks extra health from kills. Very hard to kill, though newer tanks offer more.
  • Woo (Shadow): Fast, evasive, and full of summons. Still one of the best units for quick farming runs.

B-Tier Anime Squadron Units

These units are good, just not great anymore. Most of them shine in one specific team, mode, or stage, or carry you through the mid game until something better drops. Don’t pour your rare traits into them unless their niche is exactly what you need. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Baras (Meteoric Burst): A sticky boss killer that builds crit against the toughest enemy and revives himself. Newer boss carries simply do it better.
  • Berserker (Enraged): Hits harder the lower his HP drops and applies Bleed on every attack once he falls below 30% HP. Pair him with Skeleton Knight.
  • Saske (Susanoo): Every fifth hit is a guaranteed crit that applies Black Flames and cuts enemy regeneration by 75%. Works best next to Burn and Bleed units.
  • Hokari (Jackpot): A gamble based economy unit with a high ceiling, but far less reliable than Fastwagon.
  • Rangaku (Demon): Stores damage and explodes it as area Burn once ten stacks build up. Needs a Burn team to get rolling.
  • Tanjaro (Sun Breathing): Gets stronger as enemies drop below 50% and 25% HP, and gains an extra buff with Nazaka on the team.
  • Freezer (Golden): Turns normal enemies into allied summons. Great in waves, almost useless against bosses.
  • Garu (Half Monster): A DPS, tank, and support hybrid that survives one lethal hit, but every part of the kit needs setup.
  • Skeleton Knight (Resonance): Links to your main carry to share and reduce the damage it takes. A niche protector.
  • Falcon (Dark): Raises Yen from kills by 30% and executes weak enemies. Fastwagon is still the better pure economy pick.
  • Shinks (Emperor): A cheap aura that lowers enemy damage and Dodge. Shinks (Red Hair) is the version you really want.
  • Beby (Super): Gives a simple 10% damage boost when five allies are in range. Easy value, small impact.
  • Vargil: Stuns enemies and makes them take extra damage. Much stronger with Dente for their Devilish Combo.
  • Shanron (Omega): Can DPS, tank, or support through different modes, but no longer stands out in any of them.
  • Rudaus: A cheap aura that trims Ability cooldowns for nearby allies. Fine for budget teams.
  • Kan (Investigator): The tanky version of Kan that heals and gains Dodge from his abilities. Kan (Ghoul) is the better build for damage.
  • Karashi (Sharingan): Fast moving and easy to get, which makes him a handy unit for farming resources.
  • Android (Super): Reliable stuns and decent mid game damage. A safe bridge unit.
  • Shield Hero: Redirects damage away from fragile carries through Story and early raids.
  • Caska (Resilience): Can triple her damage on her first hit and pairs with Berserker and Falcon, but needs both of them to shine.
  • Dente: Burn damage that only really works alongside Vargil.

C-Tier Anime Squadron Units

If you were wondering which units are only useful early on, you will find them here. Most C tier units are either evolution steps toward something better or Story fillers with a low ceiling. Use them while you progress, but never waste Perfect Cubes or premium Trait Shards on them. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Madora (Gunbai): Evolve him into Madora (Six Path) as soon as you can.
  • Rizzuto (Sage): Solid early damage and a team aura, but his real value is evolving into Rizzuto (Six Path).
  • Goki (SSJ4 Full Power): Decent mid game damage, and you need him for the Gometa fusion.
  • Vegata (SSJ4 Full Power): Also required for Gometa, which is the main reason to build him.
  • Big Beard (Father): A tank that gains Defense as he loses HP. Big Beard (Young) replaces him completely.
  • Mamosa: Heals nearby allies every second. Useful early until Nazaka or Tsanada show up.
  • Zemitsu: Random damage and cooldown boosts that make him a decent starter carry.
  • Ramuru: The old base form with a tiny damage cap. Not to be confused with Ramuru (Dragon).
  • Zaro: The old Story version with a basic Bleed. Zaro (King of Hell) is the one worth chasing.
  • Choi: Only gets going with lots of Fire allies around him.
  • Igras: A cheap lane pusher whose first ability hits twice as hard.
  • Shin: A slow Burn ramp on weak stats.
  • Tranks: Basic damage with no scaling. Replace him early.

D-Tier Anime Squadron Units

This is where every account starts, right at the bottom of the Anime Squadron tier list. These starter units hold a lane for the first few Story stages and that is about it. Swap them out the moment anything better lands, and never spend resources on them. Check out all the Anime Squadron units in this tier:

  • Michigo: Only gains a small buff when his HP drops under half. Nothing like Michigo (Horn of Salvation).
  • Asto: Takes less ability damage and does little else. Very different from Asto (Black).
  • Goki (Base): Only worth keeping as the first step toward Goki (SSJ4 Full Power) and Gometa.
  • Mab: Every third hit deals bonus damage, but the base stats are too low to matter.
  • Muffy: A flat 20% Dodge and nothing more. Not the same unit as Muffy (Gear 5).

What Changed in the Anime Squadron Update 5 Meta

Update 5 went live on October 9, 2026, and it is the biggest shakeup Anime Squadron has had so far. It brought the pirate themed Oniganshina maps across Squadron, Corrupted, Raid, and Invasion modes, a Pirate Event with its own Belly currency, and a brand new Celestial rarity that sits above every other rarity in the game. Here is where the eight new units landed on the Anime Squadron tier list:

New UnitTierWhat It Brings
Muffy (Gear 5)SSMap wide attacks every 45 seconds, a team damage boost, and a Pirate leader skill
Shinks (Red Hair)SSPermanent 20% extra damage taken on every enemy on the map
Zaro (King of Hell)SThe first Celestial unit and the strongest Bleed carry in the game
Kaidu (King of Beasts)AA last stand tank that turns stored damage into a giant ability hit
Big Beard (Young)ARepeating quakes for elite wave clear
Big Mum (Emperor)AA max HP drain tank that does not work on bosses
Synji (Ifrit Jamble)AA Burn synergy carry with overheating explosions
Chin Li (Blue Jade)ATriple damage first hits for fast waves

Ramuru (Dragon) from Update 4.75 also deserves a mention. He arrived on September 26, 2026 as a Secret that evolves into a Divine, and he went straight into S tier as one of the best long fight carries in the game.

The new arrivals pushed a few older favorites down too. Lacy (Hacker) fell from S to A because Shinks (Red Hair) does the same damage boost across the entire map, and Kan (Ghoul) lost his title as the best Bleed unit to Zaro. Shinks (Emperor) and Big Beard (Father) now feel like placeholders next to their new forms. How to Get Zaro (King of Hell) and Muffy (Gear 5) in Anime Squadron

The two Update 5 units everyone is chasing come from completely different routes. Zaro is a farming grind, while Muffy leans on banner luck and the Pirate Event.

How to Get Zaro (King of Hell)

Zaro starts as Zaro (Weno), a Secret unit that drops from Oniganshina Corrupted Act 1. The base drop rate is only 0.9%, but pity kicks in at 200 runs, so steady farming guarantees him. He is not on the banner. Once you have him, gather these materials to awaken him:

MaterialWhere to Get It
1x IchimojiOniganshina Raid Act 1 or Act 4
1x AnmaPirate Event shop for 20,000 Belly
1x KitetsOniganshina Invasion
100x Devil FruitsOniganshina Squadron Act 1
GoldRequired for the awakening itself

How to Get Muffy (Gear 5)

Muffy starts as Muffy (Nika), a Secret unit on the Basic Banner with a tiny 0.025% base rate and pity at 5,000 summons. Belly from the Pirate Event can go toward extra pulls, which helps. To awaken him, you need:

MaterialWhere to Get It
1x Muffy’s StrawhatPirate Event shop for 50,000 Belly
1x Rubber CoreFinish all five tasks in the Drums of Liberation special quest
100x Devil FruitsOniganshina Squadron Act 1
GoldRequired for the awakening itself

For both units, push their stats with Reroll Cubes and Perfect Cubes before you awaken them, so you are not stuck fixing a bad roll on your most expensive unit later.

Best Traits in Anime Squadron

A good trait can push a unit up a full tier on any Anime Squadron tier list, so knowing what to chase saves you a lot of Trait Shards. Here are the traits worth rolling for:

TraitWhat It DoesBest For
Superior+200% damage, +300% HP, +30% range, 15% lower cooldowns, and one extra placementMain carries and supports
Cloner+40% damage, +60% HP, and places two units instead of oneSupports, aura units, and units that want multiple copies like Rogna
Rebirth+35% damage, +50% HP, +20% range, and one revive at 50% HPTanks like Yubacha, Edem, and Kaidu
Entrepreneur40% cheaper to place, +30% damage, and +30% HPFastwagon and other economy units
Lethal+20% damage and 10% lower cooldownsA solid backup for fast hitting crit units like Yaruichi and Chin Li
Wealthy20% cheaper to place and +10% damageA budget pick for economy units
Sniper+20% damage and +40% rangeA filler roll for ranged units

Superior is the dream roll with a 0.1% chance and pity at 1,250 rolls, while Cloner sits at 0.2% with pity at 800. Anything weaker than Sniper, like Juggernaut, Knight, Ranger, Powerful, Tank, Sight, or Endure, is worth rerolling straight away on any unit you plan to keep.

Best Leader Units in Anime Squadron

Some units come with a leader skill that gives a flat damage boost to units sharing a tag or Element. Building around one of these is an easy way to squeeze extra damage out of your Anime Squadron team without changing your main carries.

Best Anime Squadron Team Comps for Update 5

The Anime Squadron tier list tells you who is strong, but stacking six carries is still the most common mistake players make. The best teams cover damage, a tank, team buffs, and economy at the same time. Here are five lineups for different goals, and you can swap in any unit from the same tier and role if you are missing one:

TeamUnitsWhy It Works
Update 5 Meta TeamMichigo (Horn of Salvation), Muffy (Gear 5), Shinks (Red Hair), Diro (The World), Yubacha (The Almighty), FastwagonMichigo and Diro deal steady damage with zero setup, Muffy and Shinks boost the whole team, Yubacha pulls enemy attention, and Fastwagon pays for everything. Swap Diro for Nazaka on stages where your team keeps dying.
Boss and Raid TeamAsto (Black), Zaro (King of Hell), Michigo (Horn of Salvation), Shinks (Red Hair), Yubacha (The Almighty), Nazaka (Berserk)Asto switches off boss Gimmicks, Zaro’s Bleed melts long health bars, Michigo ignores Defense, Shinks amplifies everything, and Nazaka keeps everyone alive.
One Piece Pirate TeamMuffy (Gear 5), Shinks (Red Hair), Zaro (King of Hell), Kaidu (King of Beasts), Big Beard (Young), FastwagonBuilt around Muffy’s Pirate leader buff and the new Update 5 units. Big Beard clears waves, Kaidu holds the front and bursts, and Zaro takes care of bosses.
Infinite and Long Fight TeamRamuru (Dragon), Shadow (Atomic), Zaro (King of Hell), Yumamoto (Commander), Mighty Guy (8th Gate), Rizzuto (Six Path)Every carry here gets stronger the longer the run lasts, while Rizzuto heals and tanks so the rest have time to ramp up.
Quest Built TeamMadora (Six Path), Rizzuto (Six Path), Kan (Ghoul), Bralu (Legendary), Asto (Black), FastwagonUnits you can finish through Special Quests and awakenings instead of pure banner luck, with Madora and Bralu leader buffs on top.

Anime Squadron Unit Roles Explained

Struggling to clear a stage even with strong units? Your squad is probably missing a role. Every Anime Squadron unit is built for a specific job, and the best teams mix these jobs instead of doubling up on one. Anime Squadron unit roles are as follows:

  • DPS: The damage dealers that form the backbone of every team. Some focus on bosses, some on clearing waves, and some like Michigo (Horn of Salvation) do both.
  • Tank: Frontline units that soak up hits so your carries survive. The best ones, like Yubacha (The Almighty), force enemies to attack them and deal damage back.
  • Support: Healers, cleansers, and buffers that keep the team alive or make it hit harder. Shinks (Red Hair) and Nazaka (Berserk) are the top picks here.
  • Control: Units that freeze, stun, slow, or disable enemies so your damage dealers get free hits. Rakia (Ice Queen) and Asto (Black) lead this group.
  • Economy: Farm units that generate extra Yen during a match so you can place and upgrade expensive units faster. Fastwagon is the clear winner.

How We Built This Tier List: Anime Squadron Ranking Factors

We tracked a few clear factors for every unit before placing it in a tier. Units that score well across most of them rank higher, while units that only shine in one narrow situation sit lower. Check out the factors we used:

  • Damage and Scaling: How much damage a unit deals in real runs, not just on paper, and whether it keeps scaling into hard content.
  • Boss and Gimmick Performance: Enemies in Anime Squadron use Gimmicks like Regenerate, Dodger, shields, and summons. Units that handle these mechanics, or shut them down, get extra credit.
  • Team Utility: Buffs, debuffs, healing, crowd control, and leader skills. A unit that makes five teammates better is often worth more than one that only hits hard.
  • Investment Cost: Units that need multiple copies, specific teammates, long grinds, or a slow ramp up rank lower than units that work right after placement.
  • Community Rankings: We cross checked our placements with community rankings, unit databases, and early testing of the Update 5 units, so this Roblox Anime Squadron tier list reflects how players are actually building teams right now.

Anime Squadron Tips for Beginners and F2P Players

You don’t need a perfect roster to clear most content. Follow these tips and your account will grow much faster:

  • Get Fastwagon early – Extra Yen means your carries come online sooner in every single match.
  • Commit to one main carry – Pour your rerolls and materials into one strong unit before spreading out.
  • Fix stats before awakening – Use Reroll Cubes and Perfect Cubes on a unit before you awaken it, especially for expensive units like Zaro and Muffy.
  • Never reroll traits on C or D tier units – Save every Trait Shard for units you will actually keep.
  • Finish the Special Quests – Furious Beast gives the Beast Core for Bralu (Legendary), Legend Reborn gives the Ten Tails Core for Madora (Six Path), and the Ghoul Core for Kan (Ghoul) comes from its own quest line.
  • Farm Zaro while Update 5 is live – His 200 run pity makes him the most reliable top tier unit for players who don’t want to gamble on the banner.

Anime Squadron Tier List FAQs

Who is the best unit in Anime Squadron right now?

Michigo (Horn of Salvation) is the best all round carry on the Anime Squadron tier list after Update 5. Muffy (Gear 5) and Shinks (Red Hair) sit right behind him and make your whole team stronger, while Shadow (Atomic), Diro (The World), and Asto (Black) complete the SS tier.

What is the best support unit in Anime Squadron?

Shinks (Red Hair) is the best support for damage, since every enemy on the map takes 20% more damage while he is on the field. Nazaka (Berserk) is the best support for survival, and Tsanada (Hakage) is the best backup healer thanks to her revive.

Is Zaro (King of Hell) worth farming?

Yes. He is the first Celestial unit, the strongest Bleed carry in the game, and he comes from farming instead of summoning. With pity at 200 Oniganshina Corrupted runs, he is the most reliable new S tier unit to work toward.

What is the Celestial rarity in Anime Squadron?

Celestial is the new top rarity added in Update 5, and Zaro (King of Hell) is the first unit to reach it. Celestial units get an exclusive skill tree that you unlock with enemy kill counts instead of Gems or Gold, and each node boosts Attack, HP, or Defense.

What is the best trait in Anime Squadron?

Superior is the best trait for carries and supports, with Cloner as the next best target. Rebirth is the pick for tanks, and Entrepreneur is the best trait for Fastwagon and other economy units.

What is the best farm unit in Anime Squadron?

Fastwagon is the best farm unit because his Yen boost works automatically in every mode. Falcon (Dark) and Hokari (Jackpot) can earn more in kill heavy runs, but they are far less consistent.

What kind of game is Anime Squadron?

Anime Squadron is a Roblox lane battler from Komplex Studio. You summon anime inspired units with Gems, spend Yen during a match to place them on the lane, and they fight on their own against waves of enemies and bosses across Story, Raids, Challenges, and Infinite mode.

Which anime are Anime Squadron units based on?

Units use parody names of famous anime characters. Michigo is Ichigo from Bleach, Muffy and Zaro are Luffy and Zoro from One Piece, Diro is Dio from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Goju and Sakuna are Gojo and Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen, Asto is Asta from Black Clover, and Rizzuto is Naruto. How often does the Anime Squadron tier list change?

Very often. Update 4.75 landed on September 26 and Update 5 on October 9, 2026, and both reshuffled the top of the meta. Tsanada, 3B, Goju, and Rizzuto were all S tier back in Update 3.75 and now sit in A, so check back after every patch before spending your Gems or rare rerolls.
