To avail of the Wallets feature, you must be a registered user of Driffle.com.

2.2. Exclusive Use for Driffle Products

The Wallet may solely be utilised to purchase products available on Driffle.com.

2.3. Product Restrictions

The Wallet payment option is not available for:

• Cryptocurrency purchases
• Open loop gift cards
• Any other products specifically designated as Wallet-restricted at Driffle's discretion

3. Wallet Transactions

3.1. Full Wallet Payment

Sufficient Balance Scenarios:

• If your Wallet balance exceeds or equals the order amount, the entire order amount will be deducted from your Wallet
• No additional payment through external payment methods will be required
• Transaction will be completed instantly using only Wallet funds

3.2. Partial Wallet Payment

Insufficient Balance Scenarios:

• When your Wallet balance is less than the total order amount, you may combine Wallet balance with other payment methods
• Your available Wallet balance will be applied first toward the order total
• The remaining amount must be completed using an alternative payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
• Both payment components must be successfully processed for the transaction to complete

3.3. Service Fee Structure

• Wallet Payments: Driffle does not impose any service fees or commission on the portion of purchases made using Wallet balance, whether as full payment or partial payment.
• Other Payment Methods: When using alternative payment methods (such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.) either as standalone payment or to complete partial payments alongside Wallet balance, applicable service fees will be charged only on the amount processed through these payment methods.
• Combined Payments: For transactions involving both Wallet balance and other payment methods, service fees apply exclusively to the non-Wallet portion of the payment.

3.4. Integration with Third-Party Payment Partners

The Wallet integrates seamlessly with third-party payment partners to facilitate:

• Complete transactions when Wallet balance is insufficient
• Provide flexible payment options for users
• Ensure secure and reliable payment processing

3.5. No Interest Accrual

No interest shall accrue on amounts held in your Wallet balance.

3.6. Refund Policy for Wallet Transactions

• Service Fee Treatment: When refunds are processed to your Wallet, any service fees originally charged on non-Wallet payment methods will not be refunded to the Wallet.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your Wallet balance and can be used for future purchases on Driffle.com subject to these Terms.

4. Restrictions and Limitations

4.1. No Withdrawals

You are prohibited from withdrawing any amount from your Driffle Wallet.

4.2. No Expiry

The Wallet balance shall not expire.

4.3. Control by Driffle

Driffle retains full control over the amount in your Wallet and reserves the right to manage your Wallet balance.

4.4. Non-transferable and Non-convertible Balance

• Wallet balance cannot be transferred to other Driffle accounts or users
• Wallet balance cannot be converted to cash or other forms of currency
• Wallet balance can only be used for eligible purchases on Driffle.com

5. Account Closure

5.1. Forfeiture of Funds

By agreeing to close your Driffle account, you consent to forfeit any remaining balance in your Wallet. The Wallet balance will neither be refunded nor transferred under any circumstances upon account closure.

Unauthorised use of the Wallet feature or any attempt to breach these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Wallet balance.

6.3. Compliance with Driffle's Policies

The Wallets feature is subject to Driffle's Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Driffle.com. By using the Wallets feature, you agree to adhere to all applicable policies.

Driffle is committed to protecting your personal data while using the Wallets feature. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your information.

6.5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Driffle is not liable for any transactions conducted through your account, whether authorised or unauthorised. Any transaction occurring from your account will be deemed to have been initiated by you.
