1. Definitions

• Gift Card: A prepaid digital card issued by Bundle Limited that can be used to purchase eligible products on the Driffle Platform.
• Driffle Wallet: The digital wallet system in a user's Driffle account where Gift Card values are credited upon redemption.
• Platform: The platform which is made available on the Internet under the address: https://driffle.com
• Driffle: UAB Driffle, with its registered office at Vilnius, Naugarduko g. 3-401, 03231, Lithuania.
• Bundle Limited: Bundle Limited, with its registered office at UNIT 2A, 17/F, GLENEALY TOWER NO.1 GLENEALY CENTRAL HONG KONG S.A.R., which issues Driffle Gift Cards and collaborates with Driffle in providing certain services.
• We/Our/Us: Refers collectively to Driffle and Bundle Limited, or either entity as applicable in the context of these terms.
• Digital Content: Digital content which has activation codes and can only be used after activation on the User's computer platform or other digital content offered for purchase via the Platform.
• User: A natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses Gift Cards for purchasing Digital Content.

2. Gift Card Issuance and Use

2.1. Issuer

• 2.1.1. Driffle Gift Cards are issued by Bundle Limited.

2.2. General Use

• 2.2.1. Driffle Gift Cards may only be used towards the purchase of eligible Digital Content on driffle.com and/or through the Driffle mobile application.
• 2.2.2. To use a Gift Card for purchases, it must first be redeemed to the user's Driffle Wallet accessible through the user's Driffle account.
• 2.2.3. Once a Gift Card is redeemed to the Driffle Wallet, the Driffle Wallet Terms and Conditions apply to the use of those funds.
• 2.2.4. Gift Card purchasers may be provided with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase.
• 2.2.5. To view your Driffle Wallet balance, visit your account section on the Platform.

3. Limitations

3.1. Nature of Gift Cards

• 3.1.1. Gift Cards have no value outside the Platform and may not be used for the purchase of products or services at any other website except as indicated by these Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Restrictions on Use

• 3.2.1. Gift Cards cannot be:
  • Resold or transferred for value
  • Used for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Redeemed for cash
  • Redeemed in Russia and Belarus
  • Used to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Driffle
  • Used in any manner prohibited by Driffle Terms and Conditions

3.2.2. If you are refunded for Digital Content purchased using redeemed Gift Card funds, the refund will be processed in accordance with the Driffle Wallet Terms and Conditions.

3.3. Usage Limits

• 3.3.1. Driffle may limit the amount of Gift Cards that can be purchased, redeemed, or used within a certain period of time, or implement other restrictions on redeeming or use of Gift Cards.
• 3.3.2. User may currently redeem gift cards up to €100 per day and €400 per month on their Driffle account.

3.4. Validity and Expiration

• 3.4.1. Unredeemed Gift Cards are subject to a validity period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, after which the Gift Card will expire and will no longer be redeemable.
• 3.4.2. This validity period applies to all Gift Cards, whether purchased from Driffle or any of our authorized third-party partners.
• 3.4.3. If you do not redeem your Gift Card before its validity period expires, please contact support and we will determine whether we are able to assist you.
• 3.4.4. Once redeemed to the Driffle Wallet, the funds are subject to the terms and conditions governing the Driffle Wallet, including any applicable expiration policies.

3.5. Account Closure

• 3.5.1. Your Gift Cards and any unredeemed value will be forfeited with no refund if your Driffle account is closed for any of these reasons:
  • Violation of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, Driffle Terms and Conditions, or any other Driffle terms available on the Platform
  • Improper or illegal activity
  • Upon your request for your account and personal data to be deleted

4. Risk of Loss

• 4.1. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient.
• 4.2. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

5. Fraud Prevention

• 5.1. We reserve the right to close a user's account and seek payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Platform.
• 5.2. Driffle may require verification of identity, Gift Card authenticity, or account ownership before allowing Gift Card redemption or use.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. General Restrictions

• 6.1.1. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities with Gift Cards:
  • 6.1.1.1. Selling or exchanging a Gift Card for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument
  • 6.1.1.2. Giving or receiving a Gift Card as payment for goods or services outside of Driffle
  • 6.1.1.3. Purchasing a Gift Card from an unauthorized third party
  • 6.1.1.4. Using a Gift Card as payment for orders placed for commercial resale purposes
  • 6.1.1.5. Transferring a Gift Card to another account or person after purchase
  • 6.1.1.6. Redeeming a Gift Card if you are not the intended recipient
  • 6.1.1.7. Using a Gift Card for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6.2. Enforcement

• 6.2.1. The list of prohibited activities is not exhaustive. Engaging in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts or is harmful to users, reputation, goodwill, business, or operations is prohibited.
• 6.2.2. Engaging in prohibited activities may result in actions including but not limited to:
  • Preventing you from purchasing, claiming, or redeeming Gift Cards
  • Freezing or revoking unredeemed Gift Cards
  • Closing your Driffle account

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• 7.2. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
• 7.3. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

8. General Provisions

8.1. Modifications

• 8.1.1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.
• 8.1.2. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

9. Acknowledgment

• 9.1. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Driffle Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Gift Card Terms and Conditions and that upon redemption, the Driffle Wallet Terms and Conditions will also apply.
