Total War Shogun 2: Fall Of The Samurai Collection (PC / Mac / Linux) - Steam - Digital Key

The new campaign began in 1864, against the backdrop of the Boshin War period, when there was growing hostility toward Western colonial authority and influence. As Japan started to industrialise and modernise, the ensuing social and economic upheavals inevitably sparked a rise in militant nationalism and hostility toward the Shogunate. The Foreign Veteran, The Ishin Shishi, and The Shinsengumi are the three newest agents. Although geisha can learn new skills, they cannot commit murder. The Aizu, Jozi, and Nagaoka are the three playable clans that back the Shogunate. The Tosa, Satsuma, and Choshu are the playable Imperial clans. Three western powers—the United States, France, and Great Britain—and numerous new families also emerged. Hokkaido is also added in part.

  • Guide ancient Japan into the modern era as the entrance of America, Britain, and France sparks a fierce civil war that will determine a nation's fate, 400 years after the events of Total War: Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai Collection.

Gameplay

This stand-alone extension, which takes place 300 years after the first Game's events, concentrates on the clashes between the Imperialists and the Shogunists in the Tokugawa Shogunate's final years. The gameplay combines elements of the original Game's predominant depiction of traditional Samurai society and this version's increased emphasis on the potency of modern weapons. As the entry of Western Powers will coincide with a civil war, which will determine a nation's fate, the player's overall goal is to lead ancient Japan into the contemporary era.

The Game, Total War: Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai Collection has railways, which facilitate considerably faster unit movement in the campaign area. In the Game, the Gatling gun is included. On the campaign map, enemy units can now be directly bombarded by ships and artillery. To resist such bombardment, coastal cannons can now be constructed. Since the expansion's ships now have steam engines, naval warfare and tactics have significantly changed from earlier games.

Plot

  • There are 39 new ground units, like the US Marine Corps, the Royal Marines, the Infanterie de Marine, and Gatling and Armstrong Guns (controllable in the third person).
  • There are ten new ships with the option to hire Ronoake-class, Warrior-class, or L'ocean-class Ironclads. When a port is within the navy's range, it can be attacked, and other targets on the campaign map can be bombarded.
  • If an enemy attacks you while you are inside a bombardment range in a land war, you also have access to naval bombardments.
  • However, naval forces can endure coastal attrition by being close to an adversary port. Archers, matchlocks, or Gatling guns are all upgradeable defences for towers. There are 40 new retainers, 30 pieces of armour, and a new multiplayer conquest map.

Check out the action and never miss out! It is more than just a Game; it is an emotion.
