Total War Attila - Empires of Sand Culture Pack DLC (Global) (PC / Linux) - Steam - Digital Key

Total War Attila - Empires of Sand Culture Pack DLC is a strategy Game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega. It was released on September 15, 2015, for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux. This DLC pack adds four new factions to the Game, each representing a culture from the deserts of the Middle East and North Africa. These factions are the Aksum, Himyar, Tanukhids, and Lakhmids.

Gameplay

Empires of Sand Culture Pack DLC follows the same basic formula as the main Game. Players control a faction and must manage its economy, politics, and military to expand their territory and defeat their enemies. Each section has its unique units and playstyle, and players must adapt their strategies to the strengths and weaknesses of their chosen faction.

The Game features a turn-based campaign map where players can move their armies and fleets, manage their cities, and make diplomatic and economic decisions. When two armies meet in battle, the Game switches to a real-time strategy mode where players control their units on the battlefield.

Story

Empires of Sand Culture Pack DLC occurs during the late Roman Empire period when various factions fight for control over the Middle East and North Africa. The Aksum is a Christian kingdom in Ethiopia that seeks to expand its influence across the Red Sea. The Himyar is a tribal kingdom in Yemen that worships the pagan gods and seeks to establish a mighty empire. The Tanukhids are a nomadic tribe from the Syrian desert that aims to unite the Arab tribes under its banner. The Lakhmids are a Persian dynasty that seeks to restore the glory of the Sassanid Empire.

Key Features

  • Four new playable factions, each with unique units and playstyle
  • New campaign mechanics, such as the ability to play as a horde faction or establish a trading network
  • The Aksum, Himyar, and Tanukhids are new factions with new distinctive troops.
  • New building chains, technologies, and religion mechanics
  • New legendary lords and heroes, such as the Aksumite queen Gudit, the Himyarite king Shammar Yahri'sh, the Tanukhid chieftain Ziyadat Allah III, and the Lakhmid king Al-Mundhir III

New factions, units, and campaign mechanics provide fresh challenges and opportunities for players. The Empires of Sand Culture Pack DLC's historical setting and deep strategy gameplay make it a must-play for fans of the genre.
