• Reach out to the nearest Wildcraft store, check store locator - https://wildcraft.com/store-locator

• Before committing purchase, inform cashier that you would like to pay using Wildcraft Gift Card

• In total 5 gift cards can be redeemed against one single invoice

• Once invoice gets prepared for selected merchandise, the cashier selects gift card as tender of payment

• Cashier submits gift card details for validation

• On successful validation system displays gift card balance amount

• On confirmation by the customer cashier submits GC for redemption

• On successful redemption the total invoice value gets adjusted with the redeemed value of the gift card

• In-case invoice value exceeds the value of GC redeemed, customer must pay balance amount using other mode of payment accepted at the outlet

• Post clearance of the payment invoice gets closed.

• The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
• This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• This Gift Card is valid only at Wildcraft Offline stores across India and not on their e-commerce portal
• The Gift Card is valid for 180 Days from the date of activation.
• Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against One Single Invoice.
• No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
• Any dispute should be referred to Wildcraft customer support and the decision of the company shall be final
• Any redemption issues related queries customer needs to get in touch with Wildcraft customer care only
• All disputes must be referred to Bangalore jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final.
