Redemption Process for Online Holiday Packages:

• Visit https://easemytrip.com
• Select desired options and proceed for booking.
• Once you select the Holiday package, fill in the required details and click on "Continue to Payment".
• Select "Gift Card" in the payment mode section and enter your e-gift voucher number and pin and click on "Make the Payment" to complete the transaction.

Redemption Process for Offline Holiday Packages:

• Fill the query form on https://www.easemytrip.com/holidays/
• You will receive a call from our holiday team. After discussing the requirements, they will curate a suitable package as per your
• Once you finalise the Holiday package, a payment link will be sent to you.
• Select "Gift Card" in the payment mode section and enter your e-gift voucher number and pin and click on "Make the Payment" to complete the transaction.

• Gift cards are valid for booking Holiday packages (Online/Offline) only at Easemytrip.com.
• Vouchers can be applied multiple times within the validity period till its balance is exhausted.
• Maximum of three gift cards can be used in a single transaction. Customer is requested to choose the denomination accordingly.
• Gift Card will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
• User has to apply / quote the unique Voucher number at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
• Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the Voucher value)
• If a Voucher is lost or stolen, EaseMyTrip will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
• These Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Easemytrip.com.
• If a purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, then customer can avail the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. Balance amount will be available for use in future transactions.
• If a purchase is more than the value of the Voucher, then balance amount can be paid through any available payment modes like Net Banking, card (debit/credit cards), Mobile Wallet.
• Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Easemytrip.com.
• Easemytrip.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using Voucher during booking.
• No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this Voucher.
• In case of cancellations, Voucher amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded back to the customer.
