• Click on verify to add the GV balance in your Wallet

• Make the payment from “Pay from wallet” method on the payment page only.

• Proceed further for balance payment, if any using other payment method.Offline

• Visit The Body Shop Store

• Select the product you want to purchase

• Share Voucher card/Gift no with cashier at the time of billing.

• Share PIN with cashier

• Voucher will be redeemed.

• Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are redeemable at the Body Shop stores and website in India only.
• E-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed or refunded and can be redeemed only on purchase of the Body Shop products.
• The Body Shop E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• No cash will be refunded even if the purchase value is less than the voucher value.
• Unlimited E-Gift Voucher can be clubbed against single billing.
• In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card or debit card.
• E-Gift Voucher can-not be redeemed partially.
• In case of lost or missing E-vouchers no replacement would be provided.
• It is mandatory to present the E-Gift Voucher at the time of purchase/ billing.
• E-Gift Vouchers can be used during the sales period.
