Product description
Papo & Yo is a fantasy adventure video game in which a young Brazilian child named Quico is dragged to a dreamlike favela while fleeing his violent, drunken father. There, he meets Monster, a generally peaceful beast. To solve riddles and advance in the game, Quico, the player, can interact with Monster and modify the favela's structures in exciting ways, such as by stacking individual shacks on top of one another.
Monster, Quico's best friend, is a big beast with razor-sharp teeth, yet Quico isn't afraid to play with him. However, Monster does have a very grave issue: a dependency on deadly frogs. He will devour it the moment one hops by and go into a terrible frenzy where no one, not even Quico, is safe. Nevertheless, Quico still cares for his Monster and wants to protect him.
As Quico, players will explore a fascinating, surrealist environment while collaborating to solve puzzles and forge friendships with Monster. However, if they wish to finish their hunt for a cure and save their friend, players must learn how to harness Monster's good and bad emotions to their favour.

- Real Connections - Players investigate the complicated relationships between Quico, Monster, Lula, and Alejandra through original gameplay and interactive story.
