In Overlord, a bizarre fantasy action adventure where you can be bad and learn how corruptible you are (or evil). Players will assume the role of the Overlord in the gravely deformed fantasy setting of the Game, experiencing firsthand how absolutely all power corrupts utterly. You might be a typical, everyday Overlord. How will you resist the need to be gloriously tyrannical, though, when you have great power and a group of cunning, evil-minded creatures, the Minions, at your disposal to carry out your orders?

Mellow Hills, Evernight, Heaven's Peak, the Golden Halls, and the Ruborian Desert are each a mystical abyss for the Game's five kingdoms. The single-player expansion material allows you to delve further into the Overlord's warped universe. Each deep has a doorway that opens after a domain successfully takes over, and its previous ruler is sent to a personal hell inside. The Overlord's newly devoted peasants have also been sent into hell, so it's not just the fallen heroes who have been dragged into the depths.
