Product description

Kingdom Come Deliverance - A Woman's Lot DLC (EN) (Europe) (Xbox One / Xbox Series X|S) - Xbox Live - Digital Key

You can participate in two different Quest series in Kingdom Come: Deliverance's fourth downloadable content.

You play as Theresa in "A Woman's Lot" with her devoted dog Tinker in a stand-alone questline. You will get a taste of everyday life in Skalitz before seeing the tragic events of Sigismund's raid and its fallout from a completely different angle. The final piece of the Skalitz puzzle is revealed in "A Woman's Lot" when you learn what happened moments before Henry was discovered unconscious.

Henry has to aid Johanka, an old acquaintance from Skalitz who escaped the murder and sought refuge at Sasau Monastery, in getting past the horrible visions that have recently tormented her in "The Madonna of Sasau." Henry must travel to the locations mentioned in Johanka's dreams to uncover the truth. He will then assist her in pursuing her new calling. Henry and Johanka are still determining what will be required of them or where it will finally go.

Key Features

  • Two New Questlines: A Woman's Lot, a stand-alone set of quests in which you take on the role of Theresa and explore Skalitz before the attack
  • A significant new questline for Henry with numerous outcomes is The Madonna of Sasau
  • Theresa and Henry both have dogs as companions
  • A fresh Houndmaster talent
  • To be unlocked are new perks and items (weapon, shield, and potion)
  • new personalities to meet and interact with, along with one new historical person

The hound master talent, which enables Henry to take Mutt on adventures with him, is the first of many new elements that the DLC introduces to the Game. With the correct perks, Mutt can hunt, look for fascinating locations, and even distract foes by attacking them. With this, Henry has the closest thing to a travelling companion. As a result, if dogs get aggressive, they can now attack Henry.

Gameplay

In Theresa's Quest, you take on her role before and during the Skalitz events. I enjoyed understanding the NPCs better and being able to tour the countryside while it was still occupied. Although you have to run everywhere since you don't have a horse, this is only a minor inconvenience, given how small the territory is. You can fight if you want, but the main focus of this Game is the plot and town quests, with some stealth at the very end.

The Quest line in Johanka is comparable in that you still play as Henry and talk to a lot of NPCs while solving problems on average, albeit you can decide how to end each mission (whether to be more greedy or benevolent). And at conclusion, you can participate in a fun courtroom/investigation with several outcomes based on how well you perform or whether you care.
