Product description

King Arthur II: The Role-Playing Wargame (ROW) (PC) - Steam - Digital Code

King Arthur, which got high accolades from critics and players alike, was hailed as one of the biggest shocks to appear on the gaming landscape in 2010. The Fantasy/Roleplaying RTS is back with a follow-up that will expand the genre's horizons.

Our story begins many years after young Arthur, backed by the power of the Holy Grail, drew together the war-torn nation of Britannia, gathered the Knights of the Round Table, and established peace in Camelot. Where myths usually come to an end, King Arthur II starts its own horrifying story.

You can also check out the King Arthur Collection, which is live now.

Gameplay

King Arthur II's gameplay combines real-time strategy, role-playing, and grand strategy. On a vast campaign map of Britannia, players engage in the Game's significant strategy phase. King Arthur II does not have multiplayer like its predecessor.

Storyline

The Game features two campaigns: a prologue with just one chapter and the main tale with multiple branches. As Septimus Sulla in the preamble, the player assumes control of a Roman family that ruled in Britannia south of Hadrian's Wall. The prologue describes Septimus' ascent to power and ultimate fall into lunacy.

The protagonist of the primary campaign assumes the identity of William Pendragon, son of the former and future King Arthur. When William steps up to unite the provinces that once made up Arthur's kingdom, battle the Fomorians set loose by the Witch Queen Morgawse from the Orkney Islands, and seek a way to cure his father, Arthur lies lethally afflicted by a mystical curse and a number of the figures of Arthurian legend are lost.

Key Features

  • Gloomy dream environment Now known as the Maimed King, King Arthur is attempting to cure himself and the nation he has ripped apart.
  • Intense boss battles in which the hero's armies must contend with unusual and terrible adversaries.
  • Get lost in a breathtaking narrative that develops over a sizable 3D campaign area with knightly tasks and other unique occurrences.
  • A vast array of camera control choices, updated animations, and a thorough tutorial combine to create a more approachable and aesthetically attractive experience.
