Your universe, your rules! If you play a Latin field agent and expert in regime change who will topple the corrupt government of San Esperito with the support of a top-secret US government agency. Your goal is to eliminate the threat that the renegade South American state's alleged possession of WMDs poses to international peace. The fact that several groups are vying for control and the tropical paradise is about to disintegrate could work to your benefit if you gently push it in the correct way.
You can approach your jobs in any way you like in Just Cause, pitting one party against another on the island, encouraging a populace uprising, and forming partnerships with rebel groups and drug cartels. The Game's environment, which spans over 250,000 acres and includes mountains, jungles, beaches, cities, and villages, is extraordinarily detailed. With one of the most intriguing and varied collections of vehicles ever seen in a computer Game at your disposal, you can travel by land, sea, and air to learn more about the island.
