Genesis Rising (PC) - Steam - Digital Key

The 3D real-time strategy game Genesis Rising is set in the far future. The game was developed by Metamorf and published by DreamCatcher Interactive.

Humanity has cut a deadly road toward dominance of the known cosmos three thousand years in the future. They consider all alien races inferior since they consider themselves a divine race and above reproach as a species. So humanity sets out to capture The Universal Heart, the last remaining sovereign galaxy, with fleets of biological starships genetically created for battle.

Captain Iconah has given you the task of learning where the Heart is and what it is used for. Then, take control of a live fleet while modifying the DNA of your starships to give them new, strong skills. The Great Crusade has just started!

Players pilot spacecraft in the game's space setting as they attempt to wipe out their rivals. The main emphasis of the game is squad tactics. The plot takes place in a mysterious future world where genetic engineering is used to create organic machines. The only region of the cosmos that has eluded the forces of humanity is the Universal Heart, in which the player assumes the position of Captain Iconah to explore and conquer. Many of the ships are constructed from organic materials rather than synthetic ones.

Except for the Universal Heart, which gave rise to all life, the remaining humans united after nearly going extinct at the hands of alien forces. They then controlled the universe. The player looks for the Heart in the role of Captain Iconah.
