Cashback Wallet Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome — what these Terms cover

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain how the Cashback Wallet works on Driffle.com ("Driffle," "we," "our," or "us").

When you use Cashback — earning it, spending it, or checking your balance — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Cashback Wallet.

In simple terms, Cashback is a thank-you reward for shopping with us. You earn promotional credit on eligible purchases, keep it in your Cashback Wallet, and use it toward future eligible orders. It is not money in a bank account, and you cannot withdraw it as cash.

The Cashback Wallet is separate from the Driffle Wallet (the balance you top up with real money). On the same eligible order you can often use both: Cashback is applied first (within limits), then Driffle Wallet or another payment method can cover the rest.

These Terms sit alongside Driffle’s main Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Where something is specifically about Cashback, these Terms take priority.

2. Plain-language glossary

  • Cashback Wallet — The place in your Driffle account where your Cashback balance and history live.
  • Earn — Cashback added to your wallet when you qualify (usually when you reveal a product key).
  • Spend / use — Cashback taken from your wallet at checkout to lower what you pay.
  • Key reveal — When you unlock or view a product key, code, or login details on the order success / redeem page.
  • Promo code / coupon — A discount code added at checkout.
  • Eligible category — A product type that currently earns Cashback. Rates are listed in Section 5.
  • Driffle Plus — Our membership programme. Plus members may earn and spend Cashback under better limits.
  • Opening balance — How much Cashback you have available at the start of checkout for that order.
  • Item base price — The normal price of a product line before Cashback is taken off.
  • History / ledger — Our record of every Cashback movement (earn, spend, put-back, take-back).

3. What Cashback is — and what it is not

Cashback is promotional credit for eligible Driffle purchases only. It has no cash value outside Driffle. You cannot withdraw it, cannot transfer it to someone else, and it earns no interest. We may adjust balances where these Terms allow (errors, refunds, fraud, account closure).

4. How you earn Cashback

For a product to earn Cashback, all must be true: no promo code; not Wholesale/Slashy; eligible category; payment confirmed; you reveal that item’s key. Earn is per product at reveal time. Guests can earn; you must log in to spend later.

5. How much you earn

Cashback earned = earn rate × item base price. No €10 earn cap — only the €2,000 wallet max can trim credit.

Product type

Regular

Driffle Plus

game, dlc, topup, subscription, software, account, e-learning, game gift, gift

6%

8%

giftcard, game point

5%

7%

Example: €25 game → €1.50 regular (6%) or €2.00 Plus (8%) on reveal. Rates may change for future earns.

6. How you spend Cashback

You must be logged in, have balance > €0, no promo code, and an eligible order. Cashback auto-applies within limits. Promo codes and Cashback never stack (no earn and no spend on promo orders).

7. How much Cashback can be used

Per item we use the lowest of: usage % × price, usage % × opening wallet balance (same opening for every item), and €10. Regular 35% / Plus 40%. Total used cannot exceed your balance. Older credit is used first.

Example: €10 wallet + €25 game (regular) → €3.50 used (35% of €10).

8. Checkout total and fees

Total ≈ prices − Cashback used + service fee (6.65% on the amount after Cashback), plus Plus opt-in if chosen. Paying 100% of the remainder with Driffle Wallet may waive the fee. Cashback applies before other payment methods. No Cashback on Wholesale/Slashy.

9. Wallet maximum and expiry

Maximum balance €2,000. Cashback expires 12 months from the order date (not reveal date). Unused expired credit is removed.

10. Failed payments, cancellations, refunds

Spent Cashback on failed/cancelled/refunded lines is usually put back. Earned Cashback on refunded revealed items may be taken back down to €0 if already spent elsewhere. Your money refund still proceeds. We do not reverse other successful orders just to recover Cashback. Cashback is never paid out as cash.

11–14. Restrictions, account closure, and legal

No promo stacking; no Wholesale/Slashy Cashback; fraud/misuse may forfeit balance. Closing your account forfeits remaining Cashback. These Terms follow Lithuanian law (without affecting mandatory consumer rights). We may update Terms when posted on Driffle.com. Support: https://driffle.com/support.

By using the Cashback Wallet, you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

Refund Policy — Cashback Amendment

8. How refunds and cancellations affect your Cashback Wallet

This section explains what happens to your Cashback when an order is cancelled, only partly delivered, or refunded.

It does not replace the normal refund rules for keys, accounts, and top-ups earlier in this Refund Policy. Those rules still decide whether you can get a refund. This section only explains how Cashback credit is handled when a refund or cancel happens.

Cashback is also covered by the Cashback Wallet Terms and Conditions.

8.1. Revealing a key and Cashback

When you reveal a key (or account details), we may add Cashback for that item if the order qualifies under the Cashback Terms.

Remember: for many digital keys and accounts, a change-of-mind refund is only available before you reveal, and within the normal time window described earlier in this policy.

Once you have revealed, Cashback may already have been credited. If that item is later refunded or cancelled, we follow the put-back and take-back rules below.

8.2. Cashback you spent at checkout

If Cashback was used to lower the price of an order or item, and then payment fails or is cancelled, that item is not delivered / is cancelled, or that item is refunded, we normally return that Cashback to your Cashback Wallet.

We record this as a new line in your Cashback history. Cashback used on items that stay delivered and are not refunded stays used.

8.3. Cashback you earned after revealing

If you earned Cashback when you revealed an item, and that item is later refunded or the order is cancelled, we will try to remove that earned amount from your Cashback Wallet.

A few important details:

  • We only take back what is still available in your Cashback balance.
  • Your wallet will not go below €0.
  • If you already spent that earned Cashback on another order, we recover what we can from what is left — we do not cancel your other successful orders just to get it back.
  • Your payment refund still goes through even if we cannot fully recover the earned Cashback.

8.4. Orders with more than one product

If some products are delivered and others are not:

  • You can only earn Cashback on delivered items you reveal.
  • Cashback spent on undelivered / cancelled lines is put back in your wallet.
  • Cashback spent on delivered lines stays spent, unless those lines are refunded later under this policy.

8.5. Full order cancellation

When a whole order is cancelled (where this Refund Policy and the Cashback Terms allow):

  • Earned Cashback is taken back as far as your available balance allows (not below €0).
  • Cashback you spent on the order is put back where applicable.
  • Money you paid is refunded in the normal way for your payment method.

8.6. Cashback is never paid out as cash

Cashback is promotional store credit only.

When we refund what you paid, that refund follows this Refund Policy (usually back to your original payment method or as otherwise stated).

Cashback itself is never sent to your bank or card. If we restore Cashback, it returns to your Cashback Wallet for future eligible purchases (and it can still expire under the Cashback Terms).

8.7. Fraud and misuse

If we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy or the Cashback Terms, we may refuse, reverse, or adjust Cashback-related credits or restores.

Cashback Wallet — Customer FAQ

In one minute

Driffle Cashback is a reward for shopping with us.

  1. You buy an eligible product (no promo code).
  2. After payment is confirmed, you reveal your key.
  3. We add Cashback to your Cashback Wallet.
  4. Next time you shop (logged in, still no promo), we can automatically use some of that credit toward your order.

Cashback is not bank money. You cannot withdraw it. It only works on eligible Driffle purchases.

1. What is the Cashback Wallet?

Think of the Cashback Wallet as a rewards balance on your Driffle account. Every time you earn Cashback, it shows up there. Every time you use Cashback at checkout, the balance goes down. You can also see history of earns and spends.

It is different from the Driffle Wallet:

Cashback Wallet

Driffle Wallet

What it is

Promotional reward credit

Money you top up

Can I withdraw it?

No

No (separate wallet rules)

How do I get it?

Earn on eligible purchases

You add funds

Limits when paying

Yes (percentages + €10 per item)

Different rules

On one eligible order you can often use both: Cashback comes off first (within limits), then Driffle Wallet or a card can pay the rest.

2. How do I earn Cashback?

You earn per product, not as one lump sum for the whole cart (unless you only bought one thing).

All of these need to be true for that product:

  1. Your order has no promo / coupon code.
  2. The product type earns Cashback (see rates below).
  3. The order is not Wholesale or Slashy.
  4. Payment is confirmed.
  5. You reveal the key for that product.

How much? Cashback = the earn % for that category × the item’s normal (base) price.

Several items? Each product earns only when you reveal its key. If you reveal one today and another next week, you get two separate Cashback credits — that is expected.

3. How much do I earn? (current rates)

If you have Driffle Plus, you earn the higher Plus rates.

Product types

Regular

Plus

Most categories (game, dlc, topup, subscription, software, account, e-learning, game gift, gift)

6%

8%

giftcard and game point

5%

7%

These rates can change. We use whatever is configured when you earn.

Easy example: You buy a €25 game as a regular customer and reveal the key → you earn €1.50 (6% of €25). A Plus member would earn €2.00 (8%).

4. How do I spend Cashback?

Spending is meant to feel automatic:

  • You must be logged in.
  • Your order must have no promo code.
  • You need a Cashback balance above €0.
  • If everything is eligible, we apply Cashback for you at checkout (you do not need a special code).

Why didn’t my full balance get used?

We never dump your whole wallet onto one product. For each item, we use the lowest of:

  1. 35% of the item price (40% if you have Plus),
  2. 35% of your Cashback balance at the start of checkout (40% for Plus) — we use that same starting balance for every item when doing this maths, and
  3. €10 maximum per item.

Across the whole order we also never use more than you actually have. Items are handled in cart order until the available Cashback runs out.

Example: You have €10 Cashback and buy one €25 game (regular) → we apply €3.50, not €10, because 35% of your €10 wallet is €3.50.

5. Can I use a promo code and Cashback together?

No. They do not stack.

If a promo code is on the order:

  • Cashback will not be spent, and
  • Cashback will not be earned on that order.

Want to use Cashback instead? Remove the promo code before you pay (when the rest of the order is eligible).

6. I checked out as a guest — what happens to my Cashback?

Guest

Logged in

Earn when I reveal the key

Yes

Yes

Spend Cashback later

Not until you log in

Yes, when the order is eligible

So: guest checkout can still earn. To spend, please log in with the same account/email so your balance is available at checkout. We show a reminder on the success page for this reason.

7. Does Cashback expire? Is there a maximum?

Expiry: Yes. Cashback lasts 12 months from the order date of the purchase that earned it. It does not restart from the day you reveal the key.

Example: You ordered on 1 March 2025 → that Cashback expires 1 March 2026 if unused.

Maximum wallet: €2,000. If a new earn would go over the cap, we only add what fits. Spending Cashback frees space for new earns.

Unused expired Cashback is removed. You can usually see balances and dates on your Cashback Wallet page.

8. How do service fees work when I use Cashback?

Your bill is generally:

Product prices − Cashback used + service fee

The service fee (currently 6.65%) is calculated on the price after Cashback comes off — so using Cashback can also lower the fee base.

Tip: If you pay the entire remaining amount with the Driffle Wallet (topped-up money), that fee may be waived, as shown at checkout.

If you opt in to Plus during checkout, a small Plus fee may be added (shown before you pay).

9. What if my order is cancelled or refunded?

Here is the fair, simple version:

  • Cashback you spent on a cancelled or refunded item is usually put back into your Cashback Wallet.
  • Cashback you earned on a revealed item may be taken back if that item is refunded — but only from what is still left in your wallet (we will not push you below €0).
  • If you already spent that earned Cashback on another order, your money refund still happens. We just recover what we can from the Cashback Wallet.
  • Cashback is never paid out as cash to your bank or card.

For whether you qualify for a refund at all (for example before/after revealing a key), see the full Refund Policy.

10. What Cashback cannot do

Cashback cannot:

  • Be withdrawn to a bank or card
  • Be transferred to another person
  • Be used on Wholesale or Slashy
  • Be combined with a promo code on the same order
  • Replace the Driffle Wallet (they are two different balances)

11. Still stuck?

8. Acknowledgment

By using the Wallets feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
