Product description

Dungeon Siege II (Global) (PC) - Steam - Digital Key

Since you destroyed the evil that afflicted the Land of Ehb, a generation has passed, and a new threat has emerged. You will once more be required to use blade and sorcery to save the planet from a rising abomination that has been years in the making in Dungeon Siege II, the follow-up to Gas Powered Games' best-selling role-playing Game.

A millennium ago, the warriors of Azunai locked horns with the troops of Zaramoth in the final conflict of a century-long insurrection. The earth trembled as the despotic god Zaramoth delivered the fatal blow through Azunai's quaking shield. The forces of magic suddenly broke free, destroying both armies in a magnificent disaster spanned leagues across the Plain of Tears. The only trace of the First Era of Man was a scarred Wasteland.

For a millennium, magic has been freely flowing to anyone who would wield it, reaching the furthest reaches of the globe. But magic's popularity has declined as people respond to an old legacy's appeal. A new heir calls from the Plain of Tears, and each day he gains stronger. He was consuming those who give in and destroying those that don't. Nothing will stand in the way of his ascent, closing the circle and ushering in a new era of antiquity.

What will happen to the second era of humans? The hour of reckoning has come.

Key Features

  • There is a lot of straightforward, automatic fighting available here.
  • You can play the story with a pal over LAN or internet play to spice things up. You can transfer a group from a single battle, but when you start a multiplayer, you must begin at the start of the adventure.
  • The setting and fantasy atmosphere are well-maintained in Dungeon Siege II. The grounds are meticulous.
  • The sound plays a significant role in boosting the atmosphere in Dungeon Siege II and the scenery. Jeremy Soule's completely orchestrated score sets the tone for each locale, whether you're investigating a Dungeon or simply mingling with locals.

Gameplay

You are prepared to engage in the fight once your party is put together. Only one character can be directly controlled at once, but you can give your party orders by quickly pressing a button. For instance, pressing the F key will activate mirror mode for your party, which will cause them to imitate your main character. You may even send your party on a rampage, where they'll slaughter anything that moves. Moreover, changing symbols on the spot is simple.

You can press F2 to switch to your mage and cast a fast healing spell or F3 to control your warrior and stomp on some foes for a while. Also, you may arrange magic spells to cast, which is helpful automatically. The artificially intelligent characters can be easily configured to be independent enough that you only need to direct them. The only thing you need to do to survive is to keep your mages' mana levels up since, if you have curing charms set to auto-cast, your spellcasters can quickly heal your group faster than foes can deal damage.
