After the series of cloning experiments for the military went wrong, the city and countryside of England were ruined. Killing Floor is a Co-op Survival Horror FPS in which the player and the team are members of the military dropped into the location to complete a simple mission: Survive long enough to cleanse the area of the failed experiments.

Key Features:

• The game is a cooperative play for up to six players against multiple waves of monsters and specimens.
• The killing floor allows players to convert their in-game achievements into permanent improvements to their character's abilities and skills. 
• There are over 170 achievements that include "Dignity for the dead" for killing ten enemies feeding on dead teammates' corpses and "Hot Cross Fun" for eliminating 25 burning opponents with a crossbow.
• There is a solo game mode for offline play.
• The game contains ten monsters trying to eat the player's face off, equipped with everything from teeth and claws to chain guns, chainsaws and rocket launchers.
• There are 33+ weapons ranging from fire-axes and knives to pump shotguns, rifles and a flamethrower. The player can choose from a variety of weapons and equipment.
• The players can equip their team with welders, body armour and medical tools to cope with the odds of survival.
• Players can choose the perks they want to play to balance their team against the horrors.
• The game provides an open and non-linear play area in which the player can choose when and where to combat or run; weld doors closed to direct the monster mob down alternate corridors.
• The game is fully-configurable, allowing players to change the difficulty level, set up their favourite waves of monsters, and even alter the number of creature waves.
• Support for Steam Friends and other Steamworks features.
• The game includes Windows-only SDK for the creation of new levels and mods.
