Last updated: 12 October 2026
Years of collabs, limited banners, and Insight upgrades have left Last Cloudia with a roster big enough to make any new player’s head spin. This Last Cloudia tier list ranks every single unit and ark in the game, from the brand new Mushoku Tensei collab stars to the farmable goblins you met in the first chapter. You will find PvE and Arena ratings for each unit, a separate Insight ranking, a full ark tier list, and a quick reroll guide to help you start strong.

| 10 | Archbeing Labyreth | 9.4 | 9.0 | Support, Enabler | Descent of Heroes |
One more name deserves a mention up top. The Insight version of Leena the Warlock scores a massive 9.8 in PvE, which makes her the best support you can get from the permanent pool once she is fully upgraded. You will find her in the Insight section further down.
Here is how the full roster splits across the tiers.
| Tier | Rating | What It Means | Units in Tier |
| S+ | 9.0 to 10 | Meta defining. Exceptional value for any account. | 36 |
| S | 8.0 to 8.9 | Excellent units that will carry you through hard content. | 22 |
| A | 7.0 to 7.9 | Still strong, but powercreep is catching up with them. | 40 |
| B | 6.0 to 6.9 | Outdated units or picks with a rare niche use. | 37 |
| C | 4.0 to 5.9 | Weak. Only use them if nothing better is available. | 58 |
| D | 1.0 to 3.9 | Bottom of the barrel. Skip these. | 66 |
How This Last Cloudia Tier List Is Ranked?
Every rating here comes from the global community tier sheet that veteran players maintain and update with each new banner. We cross checked those scores against the current unit lineup and rewrote every explanation in plain words for newer players.
Each unit gets scored on two types:
- PvE rating: How useful the unit is in story, events, bosses, Battlegraph, World Raids, Tower of Trials, and other player versus environment content. This score decides the tier.
- Arena rating: How strong the unit is in Arena and Guild vs Guild modes. When a unit shows Not rated, the community does not consider it a real Arena pick.
All ratings assume the unit is fully enhanced and awakened with every skill unlocked. A unit that sits in B tier can still be a great friend to you early on, so treat the list as a guide rather than a rulebook. Compare units that share the same role, because a top healer and a top attacker do completely different jobs.
Last Cloudia Terms You Should Know About
Last Cloudia throws a lot of shorthand at you. This quick table explains the terms you will see throughout this guide.
| Term | What It Means |
| PDPS | A physical damage dealer that hits with weapon skills. |
| Mage | A unit that deals damage with spells. |
| Support | A unit that keeps the team alive or makes it stronger with buffs and debuffs. |
| Enabler | A unit whose main job is boosting another unit’s damage or damage cap. |
| Breaker | A unit that fills a boss’s break gauge quickly, which opens it up for heavy damage. |
| Bruiser | A tanky attacker that deals damage while soaking hits. |

| SCT battery | A unit built to refill skill charges for the main damage dealer. |
| SC | Skill capacity. The budget you spend to equip passive skills on a unit. |
| Damage cap | The maximum damage a single hit can deal. Raising it is how late game units hit harder. |

| Insight | A late game upgrade for fully maxed units that rewrites and boosts their kit. |

| AER | Ark Ether Reward. An equipment piece you earn by farming ark ether. |
Newest Unit in Last Cloudia: Lenius Unbound
The latest Descent of Heroes unit landed after the Mushoku Tensei collab, and the community has not finished testing him yet. Here is what we know so far.

Lenius Unbound
PvE: TBA | Arena: TBA | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Lenius Unbound is a new take on the classic rainbow mage, listed as both a mage and a physical damage dealer in PvE and Arena. The community tier team has him as a main reroll target for the current Descent of Heroes banner, which tells you a lot about his expected power. His exact rating will land once testing wraps up, so check back for the final score.
Lenius
PvE: TBA | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage | Source: Descent of Heroes
The original Lenius is a rainbow mage with double hitting magic that works best when you focus him on one element at a time. He chains stacking and non stacking spells for his highest damage and pairs well with the Sandwyrm ark for Earth magic. He lacks many damage multipliers, so he is tough to build early, and the current community sheet leaves his score blank. If you already own Silver Society Lenius or Lenius Unbound, those versions are the better investment.
S+ Tier: The Best Units in Last Cloudia
S+ tier units define the current meta. Any one of them will make a real difference to your account, whether you are pushing World Raids, Battlegraph, or Arena.

Goddess Tilith
PvE: 10 | Arena: 8.8 | Role: Support, SCT Enabler | Source: Brave Frontier collab
Tilith is the only unit to earn a perfect 10 for PvE. She gives the whole team big defensive buffs, strong healing, and barriers, then adds a hefty damage cap raise on her second skill. Her third skill regenerates SCT, and her Special refills a huge amount of SCT and Special gauge for the party. That last part makes her the best friend a Special nuker could ask for.
Spirit Maiden Sera
PvE: 9.9 | Arena: 9.9 | Role: Support, Healer | Source: Descent of Heroes
Spirit Maiden Sera is widely considered the best unit in the game across both modes. Her kit covers healing, SCT recovery, and team utility with no real gaps, and the community expects her to stay relevant for a very long time. She also appears on the beginner Start Dash banner, so she is the number one reroll target for new players.
Oracle Knight Ark
PvE: 9.6 | Arena: 8.2 | Role: Physical DPS, Special | Source: Collab
Ark is a dual wield Light attacker with super armor that needs no setup. His damage is close to the very best physical attackers, but his real party trick is his massive Special damage with True Dual Wield and fast Special gauge refills. Pair him with units that boost Special damage and he nukes bosses at baseline. Newer accounts without solid SCT support will struggle to unlock his full output.
Arkh, King of Dragons
PvE: 9.6 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Descent of Heroes
This anniversary unit is one of the strongest PvE damage dealers ever released. His full conditions are easy to meet because his buffs reapply without fuss, and he can run single or dual wield, though dual wield is the usual pick. He doubles as a very good breaker and brings a strong Charisma that boosts teammates.
Rudeus Greyrat
PvE: 9.5 | Arena: 9.5 | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Mushoku Tensei collab
Rudeus is a reliable four element mage from day one, with good damage and extra bulk for himself and his team. On developed accounts, his fast animations let him swap into a powerful physical attacker with very high DPS, which is rare for a mage. He is just as scary in Arena.
Mysterious Poet Lucia
PvE: 9.5 | Arena: 9.3 | Role: Support, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
Lucia applies heavy enemy debuffs at the start of battle while handing her team a long list of enabling tools. The result is a support who grants a lot of damage cap and makes hard PvE content far easier. Some players prefer Emperor Lelouch for the battle start debuffs, but Lucia stays a very valuable pull in PvP too.
Emperor Lelouch
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: 9.8 | Role: Enabler, Support | Source: Code Geass collab
Emperor Lelouch is all about debuffs and enabling your main attacker. His unique battle start debuff and built in SCT generation let him fill several roles, and he can run single or dual wield as an SCT battery. In Arena he is near the top because that battle start debuff frees up two ark slots for other powerful arks, and he also generates SCT when he falls. His own damage is low, so use him for utility.
Cerule Breeze Dancer Kynei
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: 9.4 | Role: Physical DPS, Enabler | Source: Seasonal
Summer Kynei hits hard with a spammable second skill and lets you choose between Fire or Ice skills, with Fire being the stronger PvE build. She also hands one ally a 30,000 damage cap raise. She needs a dedicated SCT battery to shine, though she can act as one herself if you just want that cap boost.
Telestio
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: 9.3 | Role: Support, Enabler, Physical DPS | Source: Permanent pool
Telestio is one of the best permanent pool units in the game. He is a fully ranged physical attacker that scales with INT and covers multiple elements. His debuffs are outstanding, including Ex Drain, the strongest castable DEF debuff at minus 50 percent, plus a unique stacking debuff called Magic Theory. He casts four Wall II spells at battle start, can equip any weapon, and his third skill hits every enemy on the map.
Archbeing Labyreth
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: 9.0 | Role: Support, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
Labyreth is one of the top enablers in the game thanks to a debuff that adds plus 50,000 attribute damage cap for your team. She spreads Ex Drain, Blazer, and Lostoma through skills or spells. Build her STR so she keeps using skills, which lets her apply Laceration and the rare Rot ailment, a tier two status that drops enemy stats and resistances.
Demon Lord Caina-Resh
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: 8.6 | Role: Ailments, Support, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
Caina-Resh is a long range Dark attacker who stacks ailments on enemies with ease. She mostly works as an enabler and makes a solid SCT battery, but her damage is decent with her buff active. Her Anima lowers some enemy ailment resistances and can apply Bound, a tier two ailment, to any enemy carrying three or more ailments. It only lasts five seconds, yet it can cheese very tough fights.
Roxy Migurdia Greyrat
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage, Enabler | Source: Mushoku Tensei collab
Roxy is an Ice mage built around enabling the rest of your party. With every condition met, she can raise damage caps by up to 85,000, which makes her a huge asset for World Raids and similar score chasing content.
Yule Illumination Rem
PvE: 9.4 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Re:Zero collab
Christmas Rem was the first unit to break 10 million PvE DPS. She lands Fatal Strikes, has fast animations, and carries big caps. Her trait buff is the key to her damage, and it reapplies at low HP for 80 seconds of peak power. Use the Soulspark spell with Decoy or a revive accessory to trigger it again.
Lougseus, God of Ruin: Worldcleaver
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: 9.6 | Role: Physical DPS, Special | Source: Descent of Heroes
Worldcleaver Lougseus is a true no wield unit that fights without weapons and still brings high damage, great bulk, and slayer damage against every enemy type except Gods. He also supports Light teams and nukes with his Special. In Arena, his Judgement passive lets him snipe fragile backline units and ignore tanks, which keeps him useful even after newer units arrive.
Moment’s Archbeing, Megius
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: 9.0 | Role: Physical DPS, Counter | Source: Descent of Heroes
This version of Megius is brutal and incredibly tough in both modes. His damage during Break is enormous, matching Christmas Rem, and he hits his damage caps with little effort. Add innate super armor and you get a unit that dominated the Arena meta at launch.
Rena Lanford
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: 8.7 | Role: Healer, Support | Source: Star Ocean collab
Rena was the best defensive support at her release. Every active heal she casts gives allies a Barrier that works like temporary super armor, and she stacks a ridiculous amount of team damage mitigation. Hand her Glass Record or Keen Eye and she becomes an amazing SCT engine for the whole party as well.
Earth God, Seadrael
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: 7.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Seadrael is the best physical off DPS in the game. Once he reaches 200 combo hits, each of his skills deals roughly the same damage, so you barely need to micromanage him. That makes him a huge quality of life pick for chewing through big health bars in endgame content.
Joshua Bright
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: 6.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Trails collab
Joshua had the highest damage potential in the game at release, but he is trickier to use than the easier top attackers. His high STR lets him cap well against tanky content, and he carries crest farming runs. In Arena he shreds tanks but is made of paper, so he needs careful targeting.
Fire God Vargas
PvE: 9.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Brave Frontier collab
Vargas is a hard hitting single wield Fire bruiser who deals bonus damage to Divinity and God type enemies while staying strong everywhere else. His second and third skills share the damage load and his Special hits hard. He is locked to his free exclusive sword, and he was handed out completely free with 30 skill capacity worth of prisms, which makes him an amazing carry for new players.
Demon Lord Judecca-Samekh
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 9.5 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Judecca is a single wield Thunder attacker built for Arena, yet he is also the best Thunder damage dealer in PvE right now. He gains SCT stocks when he kills with a skill, which snowballs fast in PvP, and his critical hits break enemy guard, making him one of the hardest tank busters in the game.
Emperor Lonardo
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 9.1 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
This shift of Lonardo deals strong Ice damage with a higher Freeze chance than his older version. He keeps the battle start minus 20 Ice resistance debuff and now reapplies it every 40 seconds, which makes him a cheap enabler for the Icy Guardian ark. He also pairs with Emilia for nasty burst teams in Arena. He relies on low Ice resistance, so pick your fights.
Advocate of God, Labyreth
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 9.0 | Role: Support, Healer | Source: Descent of Heroes
Advocate Labyreth is an exceptional healer with a stack of potent debuffs that help your team both deal and avoid damage. Her kit is well rounded enough to sit among the top supports in the game.
Silver Society Lenius
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 8.3 | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Silver Society Lenius covers a lot of ground. He has excellent magic damage, solid physical damage, and an Anima that lowers enemy resistances. He can spend MP to spam skills, so pairing his second skill with Trishula works well against heavily resistant enemies. With the Sandwyrm ark, his Earth magic deletes anything that does not resist Earth. He is fragile but hits very hard in PvP.
Archprefect of God, Yuda
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 7.4 | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Yuda is the strongest mage for raw damage at the moment. Stack buff duration on her so her signature buff stays up longer, which pushes her output close to a modern physical attacker. Her element coverage is narrower than Lilaha or Silver Society Lenius, and she wants enemies with low attribute resistance.
Kallen
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: 6.8 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Code Geass collab
Kallen was the best physical attacker for long fights at release. Boss Slayer and full super armor make her easy to use in any PvE content, and she works with Trishula for a true plug and play setup. She was also the top pick for the Battlegraph Simulator when she launched.
Reisalin Stout
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker, Support | Source: Atelier Ryza collab
Ryza is a strong breaker and a Swiss army knife for endgame content. She opens up bosses for your heavy hitters and brings enough extra utility to stay useful outside of her breaking job.
Shalltear Bloodfallen
PvE: 9.2 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Overlord collab
Shalltear was the top damage dealer when she arrived. She has super armor, fast animations, and spammable skills, and she heals herself through her damage. Her Special unlocks the Einherjar buff, which doubles her skill hit counts for 40 seconds. Her damage was already huge before that buff, so the result is silly.
Archbeing Mayly
PvE: 9.1 | Arena: 8.7 | Role: Ailments, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
The ailment queen is back. Archbeing Mayly keeps reapplying an ailment resistance debuff, her Anima lowers Light and Dark resistance, and she can switch her attribute with Sancrosinister Floor. Her damage is good while she spreads ailments, and Paranoia feeds her SCT. She struggles against ailment immune enemies, but her constant Annula Melth gives her a very long shelf life.
Demon Lord Mem-Tolomea
PvE: 9.1 | Arena: 8.5 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Mem-Tolomea is a dual wield Dark attacker who loves back attacks and crit builds. She speeds up team SCT charging when the boss breaks, and her Timestop spell gives 15 seconds of free damage while fully restocking her skills. She can recharge it and timestop twice in one battle, which makes her a star in the Battlegraph Simulator.
Demongunner Jade
PvE: 9.1 | Arena: 8.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Jade is a ranged single wield Earth attacker with a great damage spread across all his skills. His first skill is his best damage skill, so he does not need Purple Orb to reach full power. He feels smooth to play manually and has few conditions, but offers no utility. In Arena he mainly counters Judecca.
Demon-Lord Karma-Noug
PvE: 9.1 | Arena: 8.1 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Karma-Noug deals decent damage with an even spread, but a lot of his power hides behind a Trample buff that needs Laceration. You usually only land one or two Laceration stacks, so he is best in short fights. Solid, not special.
Hinata Sakaguchi
PvE: 9.1 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Slime collab
Hinata is a single wield Light attacker with a clunky hybrid of magic and physical damage. Most of her value comes from the Fatal Strike on her third skill, and she scales heavily with STR in both builds. She can also drain enemy STR, which makes her a handy sub attacker against bosses that burst at battle start.
Eris Greyrat
PvE: 9.0 | Arena: 9.6 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Mushoku Tensei collab
Eris is a no attribute single wielder who protects male mages like Rudeus and brings unique offensive tools. She gains extra damage and caps from high STR, though her skills are on the slow side. In Arena she is the only unit that can stun the enemy party at battle start. It is not reliable, but when it lands it wins fights.
Telestio, God of Ruin
PvE: 9.0 | Arena: 8.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
The God of Ruin version of Telestio trades his older support toolkit for a pure physical damage role. The community rates him as a meta level attacker in PvE and a strong Arena pick, though a full written breakdown of his kit is still pending on the community sheet.
Cerule Beauty Sera
PvE: 9.0 | Arena: 7.9 | Role: Physical DPS, Support | Source: Seasonal
Summer Sera is a fully ranged Ice attacker whose physical damage scales with INT. Her first two skills are spammable, and dual wield lets her double dip into cap boosts. In Arena, she attacks safely from range, disrupts Allure setups at battle start, and helps the team with Foam Deluge mitigation. She also makes a great SCT battery.
Shinobi Hime Lilebette
PvE: 9.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Ninja Lilebette posts strong numbers, with each skill dealing around 6 million damage, but she feels clunky because she has to teleport into melee to hit. Her one niche is a spell that applies Blind and Gloom, which helps Terror Melth strategies. Great numbers, awkward to play, so she is an easy skip unless you love her design.
S Tier Units in Last Cloudia
S tier units are excellent picks that carry hard content with ease. Many of them were S+ material at launch and have only slipped slightly because of newer releases.

Yule Illumination Emilia
PvE: 8.9 | Arena: 8.2 | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Re:Zero collab
Christmas Emilia offers rare build flexibility. She can run as a physical attacker or swap into Ice or no attribute magic when content demands it. Her skills and Special can Freeze, and her Special has a 30 percent Freeze chance that ignores Ice resistance, which is great for instant freezes at battle start. Pair her with Gobl, whose first skill extends ailments, to keep non immune bosses frozen.
Goddess Lilaha
PvE: 8.8 | Arena: 7.9 | Role: Mage | Source: Descent of Heroes
Lilaha casts double hitting non stacking magic backed by huge innate boosts and strong team synergy. She can use collab spells too. With the Sandwyrm ark and the After 3700 Years spell, she reached the highest mage DPS of her time, and stacking several Zekus Forgates with her in Multiplayer is nuts. She is also one of the three units you can pick in the tutorial.
Demongunner Lilebette
PvE: 8.8 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
This gunner Lilebette is a fantastic unit for newer players because of her SCT cheating, which keeps her skills flowing in almost any content. She ignores some Earth resistance, can equip machine weapons including Trishula, and loves the Veldis weapon. Give her the right anti type passive and she clears event stages almost on her own.
Ascended Roland
PvE: 8.7 | Arena: 6.2 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Ascended Roland lands massive Dark critical hits. His first trait gives him 100 percent crit rate and big SCT recovery for 5 seconds whenever it triggers, so he needs far less help from SCT spells. His guaranteed crits also make the SSR Icy Guardian ark a must use on him, since every crit adds a bonus hit.
Benimaru
PvE: 8.6 | Arena: 9.2 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Slime collab
Benimaru is an Arena menace. He is bulky, hits hard, and has a rare DEF to damage scaling that makes him the ideal bruiser. His PvE damage is low, so think of him as a PvP pick first. His tanky bruiser build needs his paid accessory, but a glass cannon build is still very strong without it.
Demon Lord Balezar
PvE: 8.5 | Arena: 7.7 | Role: Physical DPS, Mage, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
Balezar is a hybrid who brings good physical damage, fast solid magic, and a great Charisma that boosts Dark allies. In Arena, his magic is the scariest part of his kit.
Zekus Forgate
PvE: 8.5 | Arena: 7.1 | Role: Mage, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
Zekus Forgate casts very strong Ice magic and comes with an Ice Charisma plus an instant, innate Giga Weak, which is rare. His standout passive, Ether Resonance, boosts any ally mage’s non stacking magic by 20 percent damage and 30,000 cap at his own MP cost, and it stacks with multiple copies. He also farms certain maps with ease.
V
PvE: 8.5 | Arena: 6.3 | Role: Ailments, Support | Source: Devil May Cry collab
V throws out ailments like confetti. His ranged, piercing regular attacks do not need line of sight, and he comes with instant Annula Melth, Stun Research, and a Blind resistance drop on enemies. His first skill clears waves faster than almost anyone, which makes him the ideal ark ether farmer. He is fragile, and his paid staff helps but is not required.
Yule Illumination Ram
PvE: 8.4 | Arena: 9.0 | Role: Mage | Source: Re:Zero collab
Christmas Ram is a sturdy Earth mage with Earth enabling and good area magic for PvE. She shines brightest in Arena as the tankiest mage at her release while still dealing good damage. She feels awkward without her paid wand, but she is still very usable.
New Year Maihime, Kynei
PvE: 8.4 | Arena: 8.9 | Role: Friend Support, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
New Year Kynei deals decent sword damage with slowish skills, but her real value is her passives. She gives plus 100 percent EXP and Zell and plus 50 percent quest chest drop rate, which makes her the best friend support unit in the game. Set her as your support to help friends level and farm, or run her yourself on Autorun.
Lonardo
PvE: 8.4 | Arena: 7.5 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
The original Lonardo brings good Ice damage, a strong Anima, great SCT regeneration, and a spot in PvP teams. His best weapon is the free Godforge Zestina. His instant minus 20 Ice resistance debuff on the whole enemy team helps every Ice attacker and Ice mage in your party.
Princess of the Great Tree, Famille
PvE: 8.4 | Arena: TBA | Role: Physical DPS, Healer | Source: Permanent pool after six months
Famille is a competent Earth attacker who also boosts Earth allies. Her Special gives the team a good chunk of SCT, and her skills heal, which triggers Spirit Breath SCT regeneration for her allies. She can also turn enemies into Plant types, unlocking Plant and Brute slayer damage. She makes a great secondary attacker.
Demonplate Alice
PvE: 8.3 | Arena: 7.6 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Demonplate Alice has heavy hitting skills with huge hit counts and a solid base kit. She truly shines with Purple Orb, a collab limited spell that lets her fire off her third skill several times in a row. Without it she is still great and works well with Trishula.
Cerule Emperor, Nael
PvE: 8.3 | Arena: 6.5 | Role: Physical DPS, Support, Special | Source: Seasonal
Summer Nael is a fully ranged single wield Ice spear user who specializes in debuffs. Her Anima, debuff spells, and battle start SCT all add up to a strong unit. Her Special can deal over 20 million damage across the whole map when the enemy carries 20 debuffs, since each debuff adds 15,000 cap.
Genmusha Kyle
PvE: 8.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Genmusha Kyle is a late 2025 Descent of Heroes physical attacker rated as a high tier damage dealer for PvE. The community has not posted a full kit breakdown for him yet, so treat him as a strong but unexplored option.
Klaudia Valentz
PvE: 8.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Support | Source: Atelier Ryza collab
Klaudia is an INT based physical attacker with okay damage and handy debuffs and utility on her skills and spells. Existing enablers outclass her, but she fills the gap nicely if you lack those options.
Estelle Bright
PvE: 8.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Enabler | Source: Trails collab
Estelle is a perfect new player unit. She gives the team SCT and Special gauge regeneration, plus damage and cap raise buffs, and she is easy to cap and fairly durable. Her own damage is modest, but her innate steal is great for Multiplayer farming. Her SCT spell is the only spell that also refills the Special gauge.
Alphen
PvE: 8.2 | Arena: 7.3 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Tales of collab
Alphen is a chunky Fire bruiser with great damage and very good self bulk. He drains his own HP quickly, so bring Proud Force or a healer for harder content. You can also use that drain to keep him at specific HP thresholds that boost his damage.
Lelouch
PvE: 8.0 | Arena: 7.6 | Role: Enabler, Physical DPS | Source: Code Geass collab
The original Lelouch can do a bit of everything. He boosts team damage and caps, offers defensive support, and runs dual wield for PvE or single wield for PvP. His standout tool is Absolute Obedience, a timestop spell that gives roughly 15 seconds of free damage when you feed him SCT and damage buffs.
Gen Asagiri
PvE: 8.0 | Arena: 6.7 | Role: Enabler, Support | Source: Dr. Stone collab
Gen gives the party a unique plus 30 percent physical damage buff at battle start, carries strong innate debuffs, and comes with Glass Record built in. All of his attacks count as back attacks, which makes him a great no attribute SCT battery while he chips in steady damage of his own.
Spirit Maiden Theria
PvE: 8.0 | Arena: 6.7 | Role: Healer, Support | Source: Descent of Heroes
Spirit Maiden Theria is a near perfect healer. Her heals add an HP barrier that stops flinching, she gives the whole team Faint immunity, and she reduces damage from the most common enemy type. She wants Glass Record or Keen Eye for best results. She is also one of the three tutorial picks, which makes her a great safe start.
Gobl
PvE: 8.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Breaker | Source: Farmable
Yes, a free goblin sits in S tier. Gobl’s third skill has crazy high break damage, especially with dual wield, and his SCT is quick. He can also instantly kill non boss enemies with that skill even on boss waves, which is unique. Every F2P player should build one.
A Tier Units in Last Cloudia
A tier units are still strong and will serve you well, but newer releases are starting to pass them by. Most of them are great stepping stones and excellent role fillers.

Emperor Soleil
PvE: 7.9 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Enabler, Special | Source: Descent of Heroes
Soleil mixes damage, utility, and Special use. Once he holds over 250 MP, he can fire his Special, which deals damage, raises and restores team HP, and refunds 30 seconds of SCT to every ally. With Goddess Kiss and other MP tools, he can spam that Special up to three times in a fight.
Knight of God, Mauna
PvE: 7.8 | Arena: 7.8 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Knight Mauna swaps between two builds. Run her as a tanky single wielder that punishes attackers, or as a high damage dual wielder. Her Order to Charge skill also helps the AI pick the right targets, and she can hold Allure in Arena.
Godlyfair Demonknight, Degrogue
PvE: 7.8 | Arena: 6.1 | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Descent of Heroes
Degrogue deals fine damage with break utility, along with Faint, evasion, and Fatal Strike gimmicks. She needs the boss broken to reach her best damage, which holds her back, but she is a serviceable PvE attacker.
Arngrim
PvE: 7.8 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Valkyrie Profile collab
Arngrim is a single wield Dark attacker with massive damage caps and super armor. He deals extra damage and gets extra cap against Dragon type enemies, and has a 50 percent chance to ignore Dark resistance when hitting bosses. Feed him SCT and he chunks bosses hard.
Great Hero Adel
PvE: 7.7 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Adel is a big single wield boss killer and one of the three tutorial picks. He gets anti boss damage, super armor on boss waves, and a full SCT refill when the boss wave starts. Half of his hits are Light and half are Fire, so build general damage boosts rather than one element.
Sonic
PvE: 7.7 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Sonic collab
Sonic is a dual wield Thunder attacker with extremely spammable skills. He had the highest physical DPS at his release, mostly from first skill spam. He lacks his own SCT, so you need to supply it.
Advocate of God, Eber
PvE: 7.6 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Eber is a 2025 Descent of Heroes physical attacker that lands in A tier for PvE. The community sheet has not added a written breakdown for him yet, so he is a decent pull rather than a priority.
Tails
PvE: 7.5 | Arena: 7.2 | Role: Physical DPS, Enabler | Source: Sonic collab
Tails is an Earth attacker graded mostly for his utility. His good regular attacks suit SCT battery builds, and he hands out enemy debuffs and team damage buffs. Dual wield him if you want more of his own damage.
Maiden of Binding, Sera
PvE: 7.5 | Arena: 7.1 | Role: Healer, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
The original Sera has an overpowered healing kit with huge MP and defensive spells. She also raises party damage cap while alive and adds attribute damage and caps through her Special, so she enables as well as she heals.
Palamena
PvE: 7.4 | Arena: 6.6 | Role: Mage, Special | Source: Visions of Mana collab
Palamena deals some of the highest single target magic damage of her time and covers useful elements. Her spells hit a small area though, so she is great against single bosses and poor against waves.
Guardian Angel Lukiel
PvE: 7.4 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Special, Physical DPS | Source: Permanent pool
Guardian Angel Lukiel has one of the best Specials in the game. It gives her 14 seconds of time stop to spam skills. She also heals and revives, freeing up SC for other skills. She works great with the Great War of Ruin ark and likes holding Trishula.
Fairy King Aernewisse
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: 9.3 | Role: Enabler, Counter | Source: Descent of Heroes
The Fairy King is the Descent of Heroes counter unit. He is tanky, deals good counter damage, enables Earth allies, and ignores slayer damage from Spirit types. His PvE damage is poor, so use him there only to boost Earth teams. In Arena he is excellent.
Lenneth Valkyrie
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: 6.8 | Role: Physical DPS, Special | Source: Valkyrie Profile collab
Lenneth is a dual wield Light attacker with fast, spammable skills. Her third skill is her best damage. Her battle start STR and INT buffs help the team, she fits mono Light teams, and her Special hits hard when buffed. Swap to single wield and armor for a bulky Arena build.
Velvet Crowe
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: 6.2 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Tales of collab
Velvet is a speedy Dark attacker who clears waves well with first skill spam and keeps a health draining effect going. Her damage caps and skill animation length hold her back.
Val
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Visions of Mana collab
Val deals decent physical damage and can swap between Dark, Thunder, and Light. He is a solid new player attacker with nice innate slayers and wide coverage. His Dark setup is by far his best.
Jade Beachblade, Sevia
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Seasonal
Summer Sevia is a dual wield Earth attacker who zips around the map and combos her skills for extra damage. She recharges her own SCT on skill use and has a 35 percent steal chance on kills. Great damage at release, no team utility.
Levi, Sworn Avenger
PvE: 7.3 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Special | Source: Attack on Titan collab
Sworn Avenger Levi is a hard hitting dual wield Dark attacker, great against Beasts and Dark weak enemies. If he falls, his Vengeance debuff marks the enemy that killed him and makes him far stronger against it, which is perfect for bosses. He caps consistently and works with Trishula.
Shredding Seductress, Labyreth
PvE: 7.2 | Arena: 8.3 | Role: Ailments, Enabler | Source: Seasonal
Summer Labyreth offers team damage cap enabling through her Anima and ailments, along with a Laceration mechanic for a little extra damage. Her ailments are less reliable than top options, but she is a nice utility pick, especially in Arena.
Claude C. Kenny
PvE: 7.2 | Arena: 7.5 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Star Ocean collab
Claude is a strong Fire attacker with spammable second and third skills and bonus damage against Humans. Dual wield him for PvE damage or single wield him for a chunky Arena bruiser. He can equip any weapon, Trishula included, which makes him friendly for new and veteran players alike.
Saintly Mia
PvE: 7.2 | Arena: 6.7 | Role: SCT Enabler, Physical DPS | Source: Seasonal
Christmas Mia is an Earth attacker who brings huge team magic damage reduction for Arena. Her standout tool is a spell that gives 15 SCT to one ally, one of very few ally targeted SCT spells, which makes her a strong SCT battery.
Alice S-Custom
PvE: 7.2 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Special | Source: Seasonal
Alice S-Custom brings good Earth damage with Alice’s signature SCT recovery. Her Special can reach 75 percent instantly on boss waves, and using it powers her up. She has no long range warp, so she walks for some skills.
2P’s Body Replica
PvE: 7.1 | Arena: 8.5 | Role: Physical DPS, Counter | Source: NieR collab
2P is a Thunder attacker with massive dual wield hits, but she loses damage when she takes hits. Her real home is Arena, where her extreme counter damage bypasses tanky setups. Her unique counter throws a piercing flying sword that can cleave entire teams.
Dias Flac
PvE: 7.1 | Arena: 8.0 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Star Ocean collab
Dias is a no attribute attacker and a great new player unit with big SCT regen on kills and crits. He gets super armor and heavy damage reduction while moving, and can reach one of the highest STR stats in the game. Dual wield for PvE, single wield for Arena.
Goddess of Mercy, Lilaha
PvE: 7.1 | Arena: 6.6 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
This Lilaha is a no attribute single wield attacker who hits hard. Her second trait gives her automatic slayer damage based on enemy type, so she works almost anywhere. Her skills are very slow, which drags her DPS down, but she breaks tanks in Arena.
Albedo
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: 9.2 | Role: Tank | Source: Overlord collab
Albedo is one of the thickest tanks in the game. With armor equipped she cannot flinch from physical attacks, and she cannot Faint. Her Love buff protects your highest INT ally with damage reduction. Her mapwide third skill gives her some PvE use, but she is mainly an Arena wall.
Gilbert
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: 7.3 | Role: Enabler, Bruiser, Tank | Source: Descent of Heroes
Gilbert has immense survivability and a Thunder Charisma, so he fits PvE teams built around Thunder. He shines in Arena as a tank, and his Fulminator buff buys extra time when he gets low. Protect him from ailments while it is active.
Determined Soldier, Mikasa
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: 6.3 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Attack on Titan collab
This Mikasa is a bulky dual wield bruiser. Her Ackerman Bloodline buff makes her tougher than many pure tanks, and her Gas gets her into range fast. Low crit and weak multipliers mean she needs heavy SC investment, and she loses her Gas if she dies.
Senku Ishigami
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: 6.3 | Role: Enabler, Support, Mage | Source: Dr. Stone collab
Senku is a rainbow mage with spammable magic, but his real value is utility. His buffs and debuffs are some of the strongest around, he boosts party elemental damage while alive, and his Special restores SCT. Watch his very low HP.
Diablo
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Support | Source: Slime collab
Diablo is a dual wield Dark attacker that scales with INT. He inflicts Fear at battle start and every 10 seconds, cutting enemy damage by 20 to 60 percent. His skills also have a chance to apply a huge minus 50 percent MND debuff, and he brings four strong area debuff spells.
Veldora Tempest
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Slime collab
Veldora is a heavy hitting no wield unit with no weapon or armor slots, which makes him easy to build. You need to manage his Magicule buffs, and he lacks power for the first few seconds. Super armor and Pirate’s Feast are big pluses. Keep spamming skills to avoid his STR debuff.
Vergil
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Devil May Cry collab
Vergil’s Doppelganger spell doubles his hit counts, and his no attribute single wield damage works almost everywhere. He lacks SCT recovery, but with the right support he delivers some of the highest burst damage in the game. His Insight version climbs much higher.
Leena the Warlock
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Healer, Support | Source: Permanent pool
Base Leena covers healing and cleansing and recovers a lot of MP by herself. Dual wield makes her second skill a massive MP refill, which turns her into an SCT battery that does not need Goddess Kiss. Her Insight upgrade makes her a 9.8, so she is a top investment target.
Stahn Aileron
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Tales of collab
Stahn swings a huge single wield sword for big damage and caps easily. He has solid break and regains skill stocks as his Swordian Device level rises. He has no gap closers, so give him movement speed.
Kanon of the Three Sages
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage, Breaker | Source: Permanent pool
Kanon is a Thunder mage with some stun tools, but her secret is insane damage during Break. Dual wield her, let another unit break the boss, and watch her third skill nuke it. She is a top permanent pool option for break teams.
Arkh
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Descent of Heroes
The original Arkh was the best breaker at his release. He is a single wield Thunder attacker with great break on his third skill, SCT gain after breaking, and a Draconic buff that triggers from his Special or low HP.
Enjin Samurai Megius
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Samurai Megius is a Fire attacker with super armor on skills, a 25 percent chance to restock a skill after using it, and 50 percent Fire resistance piercing as a single wielder. Good range, wide hitboxes, and reasonable bulk round him out.
Beast Divinity Rei
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Descent of Heroes
Beast Divinity Rei raises his skill damage cap based on his max HP, so HP boosting arks become damage arks for him. He also has tons of slayers, good break, and solid healing. His animations are long, but his dual wield hit count helps.
Kyle, Knight of Pale Flame
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Pale Flame Kyle is a single wield Light bruiser with good caps and a Charisma that boosts damage and reduces damage against bosses. His Oversoul buff adds 50,000 cap and can be reused after 40 seconds. Give him Goddess Kiss to keep it cycling.
Lily-white Maiden Theria
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage, Enabler | Source: Descent of Heroes
This Theria deals heavy Light magic, though her non stacking spells cast slowly. She enables your highest STR ally, giving both of them plus 10,000 cap the closer they stand. Pair her with an attacker that stays in one spot.
Chrome
PvE: 7.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Farmer | Source: Dr. Stone collab
Chrome is a fantastic farming unit. He has a 45 percent steal chance on every enemy at battle start and 20 percent on kills, so you can run him on Autorun without slowing down. His damage and science magic are also decent in longer fights.
B Tier Units in Last Cloudia
B tier holds outdated units that still have something to offer, plus specialists with a rare niche. Several of them are far better in Arena than their PvE score suggests.

Dark Holy Knight Ruuto
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 9.5 | Role: Tank, Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Dark Ruuto offers huge area damage reduction and bulk, which makes him one of the best Arena tanks. His PvE kit is awkward, with split skill attributes and damage tied to odd guard passives, so keep him for PvP.
Prefect of God, Zero
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 7.8 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Zero was the first truly good no weapon unit and can even run with no armor. He deals solid Ice physical damage with a slayer package built for Arena. With the UR Glacial Archfiend Xenobas ark and his paid accessory, he becomes a PvP wrecking ball.
Emperor Leodore
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 7.7 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Leodore is a ranged no attribute attacker with a newbie friendly kit that includes SCT tools, Goddess Kiss, and any weapon type. His battle start debuff raises team physical damage, and his wide third skill is great for farming event stages when you set him up to fire it first.
Summoner Leena
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 7.7 | Role: Healer, Support | Source: Permanent pool
Summoner Leena is an old unit that still heals well. Sacred Guardian gives her very fast healing cast speed, and she has super armor on skills and magic. She starts battles with big MP and her Special refills MP, which keeps her useful in Arena.
Jeanne
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 7.6 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser, Support | Source: Bayonetta collab
Jeanne deals damage, reduces damage, and debuffs whole areas. Witch Time triggers on both physical and magic hits with super armor, and her Atrophy debuff stacks with other mitigation. She lacks innate SCT regen and wants her paid clothes for Arena. Her Insight version jumps to 8.0.
Guile
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 7.4 | Role: Tank, Counter | Source: Street Fighter collab
Guile is a unique counter unit built around Allure and defense. His Hold On a Sec skill roots him in place but gives huge defense and first skill regen. He is mainly an Arena pick that punishes glass cannon attackers.
Lagrobos the Wise
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.9 | Role: Mage | Source: Descent of Heroes
Lagrobos is a true rainbow mage with hard hitting non stacking magic in five elements plus no attribute. His damage is underwhelming today, but he is a great farmer on certain maps, and third skill spam with the SSR Thunderstorm Aragami ark is brutal in Arena.
Knuckles
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.6 | Role: Bruiser | Source: Sonic collab
Knuckles is a Fire bruiser with great bulk and a 3 second self shield after each skill that works like short super armor. Strong damage multipliers, warp, and good area hits make him useful in a lot of content.
Saintly Theria
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.4 | Role: SCT Enabler, Support | Source: Seasonal
Christmas Theria is a fairly generic Light mage, but she gives 15 SCT to the whole party at wave start. That makes her a huge enabler for instant burst builds, especially in PvP. Her Insight version pushes her further.
Roy Mustang
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Fullmetal Alchemist collab
Roy uses Alchemy to spend MP on skills, so a big MP pool lets him spam. His near mapwide third skill is an incredible wave clearer, and Human slayer helps in Arena. His DPS has been powercrept.
Divine Beast Thouzer
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.2 | Role: Enabler, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes

Saintly Lilebette
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: 6.0 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Seasonal
Christmas Lilebette is an Ice attacker with a large persisting third skill and fast skill cancel regular attacks. She gives your highest STR ally a free slayer against the most common enemy type plus extra cap, though her buffs only last 40 seconds.

Maddine gives the team 10 SCT at battle start, a physical cap buff, STR, crit rate, and Grand Brave. He hands out DEF and MND buffs when he falls. His own damage is far from meta, so use him for support.
Nero, the Young Knight
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Devil May Cry collab
Young Knight Nero is pure RNG fun. He brings big Fire damage, wild cap mechanics, on command super armor, and eight slayers. Focus on first skill spam and give him Trishula. His Insight version reaches 8.35.
Nero
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Devil May Cry collab
Nero has solid damage and break. With the Overture Devil Breaker, every skill hit has a small stun chance, so a well fed Nero can keep bosses stunned for ages. His Insight version jumps to 9.1.
Errant Steelheart Beyland
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
This Beyland is a below par attacker. The community jokes that his best use is sitting on the bench and paying out 1,000 gems when he reaches level 100. Skip him unless you are collecting.
Bayonetta
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Bayonetta collab
Bayonetta deals strong Dark damage with a great innate kit and Trishula synergy. Her Witch Time needs her to take physical hits to trigger, which is tricky to repeat. Her Insight version reaches 7.3.
Ainz Ooal Gown
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage | Source: Overlord collab
Ainz has fun stackable Tier magic but weak non stacking spells. His one time spell, The Goal of All Life is Death, massively boosts his next magic or Special, letting his Special hit for 400,000 plus per hit. Fun for memes, not a top mage.
Freya
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Mage, Special | Source: Valkyrie Profile collab
Freya is a slow casting mage with big mapwide Thunder and Dark magic. Her highlight is her Special, which had the highest Special damage at her release and can hit for over 12 million across the whole map with the right hit count setup.
Chun-Li
PvE: 6.0 | Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Street Fighter collab
Chun-Li throws big kicks for okay damage and leans on critical hits. She has MP based super armor, a small chance to gain SCT on hits, and removes her own STR and DEF debuffs when she uses skills. Her second skill can whiff if she is out of range.

Last Cloudia Insight Tier List
Insight is Last Cloudia’s late game upgrade for older units. To unlock it, a unit needs 6th Enhance, level 120, and a fully completed skill board, plus Insight materials. In return, its kit gets rewritten with better stats, damage modifiers, and new effects. Some units barely change, while others leap from the bottom of the Last Cloudia tier list straight into the meta.
These ratings only apply once a unit is fully Insighted, which is why they sit in their own section. Use this table to decide which of your older units deserve the investment.

Insight turns Leena into the best permanent pool support and a better pick than most limited supports thanks to her consistency. Her second skill becomes ranged, so she refills MP far more easily. She is much tankier, and her heals now add barriers. If you own her, upgrade her first.
Davan (Insight)
Insight PvE: 9.1 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Tank, Breaker | Source: Descent of Heroes
Insight Davan is a genuinely great upgrade. His first and second skills deal respectable damage, and after 60 seconds his output rivals much higher rated attackers. He also offers strong protection with damage reduction and a party revive, plus some break.
Nero (Insight)

Insight lifts Nero from a mid tier attacker to a meta level PvE damage dealer, one of the biggest jumps in the game. He keeps his stun cheese with the Overture Devil Breaker. Insight takes Milim from a forgotten 4.0 to an 8.7 physical attacker with real Arena use. That is one of the largest jumps in the game, so dust her off if she is sitting in your box.

Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: 9.4 | Role: Physical DPS, Bruiser | Source: Code Geass collab
Insight Suzaku gains better damage and modifiers, and with his Godforged paid gear he becomes a PvP powerhouse that punishes burst teams. Expect to spend about 130 SC for his best build, and watch out for magic and counters.
Rimuru Tempest (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: 9.1 | Role: Physical DPS, Mage | Source: Slime collab
Insight takes Rimuru from a 2.0 to a 9.1 Arena mage, with a solid PvE score as well.
Sea Princess Lilah (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: 8.5 | Role: Mage, SCT Enabler | Source: Seasonal
Insight makes Summer Lilah an Ice mage with good damage through Ultimate Casting, while her skills stop mattering. She also gives 5 extra SCT at battle start, which helps clear event waves.
Saintly Theria (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: 8.2 | Role: SCT Enabler, Support, Mage | Source: Seasonal
Insight keeps Christmas Theria’s famous 15 SCT at battle start and makes her a much better healer with Sacred Guardian and bigger healing boosts. She also becomes a capable Light mage.
Angela (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: 7.5 | Role: Mage | Source: Trials of Mana collab
Insight Angela is great for plug and play wave clearing with no attribute magic. In Arena, with limited skills, she has some of the highest mage damage modifiers around, but she is fragile.
Bayonetta (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.3 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Bayonetta collab
Insight gives Bayonetta a modest bump in Dark damage. A low priority upgrade unless she is a favorite.
Eliza (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.2 | Insight Arena: 8.1 | Role: Mage, Physical DPS | Source: Descent of Heroes
Insight Eliza is better than before and can be fun when enabled through her third skill. Low base caps and her need for an ally’s non stacking magic keep her inconsistent in PvE.
Yuri Lowell (Insight)
Insight PvE: 7.2 | Insight Arena: 6.8 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Tales of collab
Insight gives Yuri a decent bump while keeping his self SCT refill. Fine, but not urgent.
White Knight Melza (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: 9.2 | Role: Tank, Bruiser | Source: Free
Free Melza becomes one of the best Arena tanks with Insight. She gains huge DEF and plenty of team damage reduction. If you play Arena or GvG, this is a free win.
Advocate of God, Zouglas (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: 7.1 | Role: Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Insight moves Zouglas into a usable Arena tank, though he stays average in PvE.
Dante (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Devil May Cry collab
Insight lifts Dante into B tier for PvE. Still a low priority.
Luger King of Destruction (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS, Breaker | Source: Permanent pool
Insight Luger becomes a single wield machine user with fast animations and a restock mechanic that reduces his need for outside SCT. His caps are low, and his first skill is his best damage.
Duran (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Trials of Mana collab
Insight gives Duran some real damage on top of his Saber buffs. Low priority.
Randi (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Secret of Mana collab
Insight brings Randi’s no attribute damage back to B tier. Nice for fans, not a priority.
Godhunter Shin (Insight)
Insight PvE: 6.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Permanent pool
Insight Shin hits hard on critical hits but still lacks PvE damage. Focus on STR if you build him.
Lanceveil (Insight)
Insight PvE: 5.0 | Insight Arena: 9.5 | Role: Tank, Bruiser | Source: Descent of Heroes
Insight Lanceveil is a very bulky Arena tank that becomes immune to crits and slayers at low HP. His standout trick is applying Rage to the enemy party at battle start, which blocks them from casting spells at all.
Ice Emperor Seilios (Insight)
Insight PvE: 5.0 | Insight Arena: 6.4 | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Permanent pool
Insight makes Seilios a budget Ice attacker for Arena that new PvP players can build from the permanent pool.
Popoi (Insight)
Insight PvE: 5.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Physical DPS | Source: Secret of Mana collab
Insight bumps Popoi to C tier. Low priority.
Primm (Insight)
Insight PvE: 5.0 | Insight Arena: Not rated | Role: Enabler, Support | Source: Secret of Mana collab
Insight improves Primm’s support kit slightly. Low priority.
Prince Gorm (Insight)
Insight PvE: 4.0 | Insight Arena: 7.6 | Role: Tank | Source: Permanent pool
Insight did little for Gorm in PvE. In Arena his Special triggers often thanks to Guard Charge, but he stays a low tier pick.
Last Cloudia Arena Tier List (PvP)
PvP plays by different rules, so this part of the Last Cloudia tier list ranks units by their Arena score instead. Tanks, counter units, and battle start tricks matter far more than raw boss damage, which is why some low PvE units become Arena monsters. These are the units the community rates 9.0 or higher for Arena, including fully Insighted units.

For Arena, pair your team with the Pirate Ship Legnis ark for 10 seconds of flinch resistance at battle start, which is close to mandatory at higher ranks.

Last Cloudia Ark Tier List
Arks matter just as much as units in Last Cloudia, and sometimes more. You can equip an ark on any unit for its trait, teach its learnable skills to your roster, and earn its AER gear by farming ark ether. A good ark turns an average unit into a strong one, which is why this Last Cloudia tier list ranks every ark too.
The community scores every ark in five areas.
- Trait: The effect you get while the ark is equipped.
- Learnables: Skills your units can learn from the ark and keep forever.
- AER: The Ark Ether Reward, an equipment piece you earn from ark ether farming.
- Arena: How useful the ark is when equipped for PvP.
- Ark Skill: The ark’s active skill, which usually needs ark levels to reach full power.
Most players chase an ark for one standout reason, so each ark is placed by its strongest category. The Best For column tells you exactly what that reason is. An ark marked for Learnables, for example, is worth owning even if you never equip it. If you only want the best arks in Last Cloudia, start with the S+ table.
| Tier | Strongest Score | Arks in Tier |
| S+ | 10 | 35 |
| S | 9 | 68 |
| A | 8 | 74 |
| B | 7 | 62 |
| C | 6 | 32 |
| D | 5 or lower | 24 |

Last Cloudia Reroll Guide
Rerolling is the fastest way to start with a top unit, and Last Cloudia makes it painless. Here is the quickest route.
- Play through the tutorial and pick your free starter unit and starter ark. Both picks are covered below.
- Grab every free pull. Enter any active serial codes on the official Last Cloudia serial code page and add a friend’s invite code under Friend and then Invite for 3,000 bonus Crystals.
- Pull on the Start Dash banner for Spirit Maiden Sera, then on the current Descent of Heroes banner.
- Not happy? Reset. Open the Menu, tap Other, and choose Start as a New Player to begin a fresh account.
Steam players should be careful. Rerolling on Steam links that account to your Steam profile, so either use Start as a New Player or unlink the account in Settings before heading back to the title screen.
Best Tutorial Picks in Last Cloudia
The tutorial lets you choose one unit and one ark for free. Every unit option is viable, so pick the role your main reroll target does not cover.
| Pick | Options | Best For |
| Unit | Goddess Lilaha | A strong double hitting mage |
| Unit | Great Hero Adel | A boss killing physical attacker |
| Unit | Spirit Maiden Theria | A top tier healer that keeps you alive |
| Ark | Icy Guardian | Bonus hits on every critical for physical attackers |
| Ark | Kaldina the Great | Trishula, the AER that ignores elemental resistance |
| Ark | March of the Saints | Goddess Kiss for endless MP on regular attacks |

Who to Reroll For in Last Cloudia
| Priority | Unit | Why | Where to Pull |
| 1 | Spirit Maiden Sera | The best unit in both PvE and Arena | Start Dash banner, or a low cost selector pack if you are willing to spend a little |
| 2 | Lenius Unbound | The current rate up unit, listed as a main reroll target | Descent of Heroes |
| Keep if pulled | Silver Society Lenius, Archbeing Mayly, Ascended Roland, Advocate of God Labyreth, Goddess Lilaha, New Year Kynei, Demon Lord Balezar, Lonardo, Arkh, Great Hero Adel, Prefect of God Zero, Demonplate Alice, Goddess of Mercy Lilaha, Zekus Forgate | Strong Descent of Heroes units that hold value | Descent of Heroes |
| Keep if pulled | Leena the Warlock, Telestio | The best permanent pool units | Any gem banner |
The Start Dash banner has no pity, so do not sink paid Crystals into it expecting a guarantee. If you pull a UR ark during your rolls, check it against the ark section of this Last Cloudia tier list before resetting, because a top UR ark can be worth more than a mid tier unit.
Tips for Building a Strong Team in Last Cloudia
- Build a support first. A healer or enabler like Spirit Maiden Sera, Leena, or Telestio makes every attacker better, so they give more value than a fifth damage dealer.
- Fix your SCT early. Skills win fights in Last Cloudia. Goddess Kiss, Glass Record, Keen Eye, Honey Elixir, and Winry’s Apple Pie are worth chasing for any account.
- Do not ignore free units. Gobl sits in S tier as a breaker and costs nothing but time. Insight White Knight Melza is a free 9.2 Arena tank.
- Plan Insight upgrades. Leena, Davan, Nero, Milim, and Dilmordo all jump into high tiers once fully Insighted.
- Treat Arena separately. Units like Dark Holy Knight Ruuto, Benimaru, and Fairy King Aernewisse are average in PvE but elite in PvP.

Last Cloudia Tier List FAQs
Who is the best unit in Last Cloudia right now?
Goddess Tilith holds the only perfect 10 PvE rating, while Spirit Maiden Sera scores 9.9 in both PvE and Arena. For most players, Sera is the best overall pull because she is excellent in every mode and appears on the beginner Start Dash banner.
Who should I reroll for in Last Cloudia?
Reroll for Spirit Maiden Sera first, then aim for the current Descent of Heroes rate up, which is Lenius Unbound at the moment. Silver Society Lenius, Archbeing Mayly, and Goddess Lilaha are also great accounts to keep.
Who is the best healer in Last Cloudia?
Spirit Maiden Sera is the best healer and support in the game. Rena Lanford and Advocate of God Labyreth are excellent limited options, and Leena the Warlock becomes a 9.8 support from the permanent pool once she is fully Insighted.
Who are the best free units in Last Cloudia?
Gobl is a farmable S tier breaker, and White Knight Melza becomes a 9.2 Arena tank with Insight. Fire God Vargas was handed out free during his collab and sits in S+ tier for PvE. From the permanent pool, Telestio and Leena the Warlock are the best long term picks.
Are arks more important than units in Last Cloudia?
Arks are just as important. A single ark can teach skills like Dual Wield, Goddess Kiss, or Winry’s Apple Pie to your whole roster, and AERs like Trishula change how every elemental attacker performs. A strong ark collection makes even mid tier units useful.
What is Insight in Last Cloudia?
Insight is an upgrade for units at 6th Enhance, level 120, with a fully completed skill board. It rewrites their kit with stronger stats and new effects. Some units, like Leena the Warlock and Davan, jump into the top tier after Insight.
What is the difference between PvE and Arena ratings?
The PvE rating covers story, events, raids, and bosses, while the Arena rating covers PvP modes like Arena and Guild vs Guild. Some units are great in one and weak in the other, so check both scores against the content you play most.
Is Last Cloudia free to play friendly?
Yes. Free Crystals come from events, story progress, serial codes, and login rewards, and many strong tools are free, like Gobl, the Vaahs and Lougseus 2nd Form arks, and Insight upgrades. Limited collabs are where spending helps the most.
Can you play Last Cloudia on PC?
Yes. Last Cloudia is available on PC through Steam as well as on Android and iOS, so you can pick whichever platform suits you.
How often does the Last Cloudia tier list change?
Rankings shift whenever a new Descent of Heroes unit, seasonal unit, or collab arrives, which happens every few weeks. We update this guide as the community finishes testing new units like Lenius Unbound.
