Miyuki

Miyuki is the best partner in the game, and almost every ranking agrees. Every single one of her attacks drains extra Rage from enemies and the enemy Leader, which delays their Unique skills for the whole fight. Her Unique, Fortune Caller, then hits the entire enemy team at once. The best part? You get a free copy on day 8 of the login event, so every account should build her.

Kasumi

Kasumi is the cleanest answer to defensive teams. The moment she lands, she gains a big CRIT damage boost and steals every enemy Shield and Invincible effect, getting stronger for each one she takes. Her Unique slices an entire column and sharply raises her CRIT Rate, though it costs her 40% of her HP. Deploy her right after the enemy puts up their shields and watch them melt.

Phoebe

Phoebe is the best value buy in the game, since she comes from a cheap $0.99 beginner pack. Her Unique hits all enemies and cuts their DEF by 50% for 10 seconds, which makes every follow up attack hit harder. When she dies, she revives once with boosted ATK and keeps fighting. Run 5 Light or Healer partners and she also makes 3 random allies Invincible for 20 seconds.

Anna

Anna is the best PvE healer you can own. Just by being on the field, she gives every ally 16.5% more damage and 16.5% damage resistance. Her Unique heals the whole team and refills her own Rage, so she casts it again quickly, while her normal attacks patch up the ally with the lowest HP. One warning for the Arena: hold her until the enemy’s Fenebeth is gone, or her heals turn into damage.

Ming

Ming heals in a way no one else does. While she’s on the field, every action your partners take restores 20% of their max HP, and Guardians plus Ming herself get double healing. Her Unique heals everyone and gives each ally a permanent ATK and DEF boost. She’s the top ranked healer for the Arena, and she gives healer teams a real way to survive against Fenebeth.

Gemmy

Gemmy is a nightmare to remove from a fight because she revives twice per battle, coming back with full Rage each time. Her Unique deals heavy damage plus extra damage based on the target’s current HP, which makes her brilliant against bosses and fat tanks. Her Special also hands out a permanent Lifesteal boost to a random ally. She’s a top pick in both PvE and PvP.

Nicola

Nicola makes your whole team hit harder. Every attack she lands cuts the target’s damage resistance by 33% for 3 rounds, and her Unique hits 3 enemies while targeting the highest HP units first, which is perfect for breaking tanks. She also heals herself through Lifesteal. She feels average at 3 stars, so plan to farm her shards. Guild contribution summons can eventually guarantee her.

Yuffie

Yuffie is the heart of every Sorcerer team. Her passive boosts the AoE damage of your entire team by 16.5%, and her Unique hits every enemy, dealing extra damage to expensive partners that cost 14 Energy or more. That makes her a natural counter to teams built around big SSRs. She’s a top reroll target and a core piece of the Soul Reaper Leader setup.

Hachi Shiki

Hachi Shiki, often just called Shiki, is a chaotic burst dealer. Her Unique hits 3 random enemies and cuts their damage resistance by 20% for the whole battle. It also has a 60% chance to trigger Frenzy, which doubles the damage and stuns the targets, though Shiki gets stunned for a round afterward. One big catch: never put her on the same team as Rie, because her presence slashes Rie’s damage and defense by 80%.

Elena

Elena joined the roster with the deep sea update, and she arrived with a bang. Her Unique hits every enemy and strips 2 buffs from each of them, removing Death Resistance first. It also cleanses 2 debuffs from all of your allies at the same time. She gets stronger with every buff she wipes, and she’s one of the best tools for breaking Angela’s taunt or Phoebe style Invincibility in the Arena.

Angela

Angela is a Guardian with a game changing entry. When she lands, she instantly revives one fallen ally with 70% HP and gives herself a big shield. Her Unique then taunts the whole enemy team for 2 rounds while giving her 80% damage resistance that can’t be removed. She deals almost no damage and costs 18 Energy, but in tough fights that revive alone can flip the result.

Selena

Selena is the safest tank investment for most players. She can survive two fatal hits per battle, which keeps her standing long after other tanks fall. Her Unique hits a single target hard and uses part of that damage to heal your Leader. At 6 stars she also starts healing your weakest ally, and her reasonable 15 Energy cost makes her easy to fit into any team.

Maki

Maki is all about deleting things. Her Unique hits one target with huge damage and has a high chance to strike again, and when she dies she deals bonus damage straight to the enemy Leader. Keep your team’s average cost at 14 or lower and every ally death also damages the enemy Leader. She comes alive after 5 stars, and her Selected banner shows up early, around day 4 on a new account.

Natata

Natata’s value hits the moment she arrives. Her entry lowers the damage and damage resistance of every enemy partner by 20% for 2 rounds, giving your attackers a free window. Her Unique hits all enemies and deals more damage when fewer enemies are left, so she’s great for finishing fights. Her Special also cuts one target’s ATK by 40%. She’s a top PvP pick right now.

Kiraya

Kiraya is the tank who protects more than herself. She enters with a shield worth 40% of her HP and cuts enemy Rage gain by 60% for 10 seconds, slowing their big skills. Her Unique hits hard and shields every ally in her column. Field 5 Light or Healer partners and all of your allies also get 50% stronger healing. She’s a fantastic early tank and still holds up later.

Diana

Diana is the best emergency healer on the list. The moment she lands, she restores 33% of your Leader’s HP, which can save a match that’s slipping away. Her Unique deals solid damage and fully heals the ally with the lowest HP, though that ally receives a little less healing afterward. She’s the healer to pair with Anna, or the one to lean on until you get her.

Hersey

Hersey was built to punish Sorcerer teams. When she lands, she hits every enemy and deals much more damage to Sorcerers, and her Special always targets Sorcerers first. Her Unique is a huge single target hit that also splashes onto other enemy Sorcerers. She’s strong all around and a must have in the Arena, where Sorcerer teams are everywhere.

Fenebeth

Fenebeth is the best counter to healer teams in the game. When she appears and again when she dies, she curses every enemy for 2 rounds, dealing damage each round and turning all healing they receive into damage. Her Unique hits the whole enemy team and deals extra damage to Healers. She feels weak at 3 stars, but in PvP she can single handedly break a healing lineup.

Rikia

Rikia proves rarity isn’t everything. When she lands, she removes every debuff from your team and grows stronger for each one she clears. Her Unique hits all enemies and applies a random debuff like Stun, Silence or lower ATK and DEF, and her Special can Silence a target for 2 rounds. She’s cheap at 12 Energy and easy to max out, which makes her perfect for free to play accounts.

Rotania

Rotania gets stronger for every enemy standing on the field, so she shines in stages where the enemy floods the grid. All of her attacks hit multiple targets, from column strikes to a team wide Unique. The downside is her 20 Energy cost, the highest on this list, and her damage drops off as the enemy board empties. Bring her for crowded waves and swap her out for small fights.

Gagaku

Gagaku fights with an army of foxes. Her Unique hits an enemy column and summons 3 Spirit Foxes that copy her full ATK, and her Special adds another fox. The foxes only have 1 HP, but every time one dies, Gagaku hits the weakest enemy for bonus damage. She deals reliable damage at every stage of the game and works best when enemies lack AoE to clear her foxes.

Saya

Saya is the face of Illusion Connect and one of the cheapest partners to field at just 10 Energy. Her kit is built around a chance to instantly take out a target, no matter how much HP it has left, and her Unique adds bonus damage based on the enemy’s max HP. Several upcoming partners have lineup skills tied to her, so she’ll only get better as the roster grows.

Rie

Rie is an R partner that hits far above her rarity. Her Unique strikes 3 random enemies and has a 60% chance to trigger Frenzy, doubling the damage and stunning the targets, but her own HP drops to 1 afterward. Luckily she can survive one fatal hit per battle, and she deals extra damage to Guardians. Just keep her away from Hachi Shiki, who cuts her power by 80%.

Astaroth

Astaroth keeps your Leader alive while dealing real damage. Her Unique hits the whole enemy team and uses part of the damage to heal your Leader, and her Special does the same to a column. When she dies, she gives your Leader 400 Rage and a burst of HP. Pair her with Barinas and your Leader also starts the fight with Death Resistance. At 12 Energy, she’s a bargain.

Vivian

Vivian’s job is speed. She cuts the Energy cost of the next partner you deploy, letting you drop an expensive SSR far earlier than your opponent expects. Timing is everything with her, since most of her value comes from that one discount, and her own damage is modest. In the right hands she enables some of the fastest combos in the game.

Yume

Yume makes life miserable for enemy Unique skills. While she’s on the field, enemy Rage regeneration slows by 20%, and she gives DEF penetration to herself and your whole team. Her Unique is a big single target hit that steals 300 Rage from the target, and she can stun enemies who are left with no Rage. She’s a strong pick for both burst damage and control.

Charlotte

Charlotte turns your losses into fuel. Whenever an ally dies while she’s on the field, the killer is marked as a Murderer and Charlotte gains 1000 Rage. Her Unique then hits all enemies and deals double damage to every Murderer. She shines in summon teams where allies die often, and she pairs nicely with Eileen, who gives her extra protection.

Pan

Pan is one of the best budget attackers you can get. Her ATK grows for every empty square on the battlefield, and her Unique hits one target hard and cuts its healing by 80% for 3 rounds, which makes her a handy answer to healers. Her Special refunds some Rage too. Free to play players can lean on her for months.

Chaturaji

Chaturaji brings a whole chess board to the fight. She summons six chess pieces, each with its own attack range, and those pieces make enemies take more AoE damage. She also deals extra damage to the enemy Leader. Her kit is almost pure damage with little else to offer, which keeps her out of the higher tiers.

Frantiva

Frantiva gets her real value after she falls. When she dies, she summons 3 Shadows that copy a big chunk of her ATK, and both she and her Shadows take 40% less AoE damage. Her Unique is a heavy single target hit that also raises her max HP. She gets much better with stars, so she’s a solid long term project if you pull duplicates.

Hotaru

Hotaru costs just 10 Energy and punches way above that price early on. Every attack has a chance to trigger extra combo hits on a whole column, and her Unique slashes a column with a 70% chance to Stun. She’s one of the best early game partners at 3 stars, though her damage falls behind top attackers later. Her RNG heavy kit can also swing fights both ways.

The Enforcers

The Enforcers are a trio that only makes sense in summon teams. Their passive lowers the Energy cost of your other Summoner partners and boosts the stats of your summons. Outside that setup, they feel weak for a 19 Energy SSR. If you’re running Gagaku, Frantiva or Ann together, they’re worth a slot.

Nina

Nina is a cheap R Sorcerer built for big hits. Every enemy she damages powers up that same attack’s damage and CRIT Power, and her Unique hits a whole column while gaining CRIT Rate for each target hit. That makes her great against lined up enemies. She’s an easy partner to max out early, and she holds her own until you find a stronger damage dealer.

Diamond

Diamond is a healer with a clever trick. When she lands, she sends your lowest HP ally back to your hand, saving them from death so you can redeploy them later. Her Unique heals the 2 weakest allies, keeps healing them for 2 rounds and gives them an ATK and DEF boost. She shines in revive and redeploy teams rather than raw healing.

Amon

Amon is a cheap way to get a second life on your best partner. Her Unique revives a fallen ally with 40% HP and 800 Rage, so a revived Miyuki or Kasumi can fire their Unique almost right away. When 3 or fewer enemies are left, her ATK and DEF more than double, letting her close out fights herself. She’s one of the most useful SR partners around.

Barinas

Barinas refuses to stay down. The first time he dies, he returns to your hand with boosted ATK so you can deploy him again. His Unique hits enemies in a cross pattern and makes him stronger for every target hit, and he deals extra damage to enemy Guardians. He also unlocks Astaroth’s Leader protection lineup skill.

Shanti

Shanti costs just 8 Energy, which makes her one of the cheapest partners in the game. Her strength is emergency defense, stepping in to protect allies when things go wrong rather than dealing damage herself. That cheap cost helps you drop her early, and she performs better in PvE than most players expect. She’s still very easy to replace once you have a real tank.

Annie

Annie is a budget Guardian who protects your Leader. While she’s on the field, your Leader gains 30% damage resistance, and her own max HP rises too. Field 5 Sorcerers and all of your Sorcerers gain 30% damage resistance, which is handy for Soul Reaper teams. Her Special can Stun, and her Unique raises her max HP even further.

Brooke

Brooke is all about positioning. When she lands, she gives 1000 Rage to the partner standing directly behind her, letting that ally fire their Unique almost instantly. Her Unique hits a whole enemy row and adds part of the damage from that same partner behind her. Pair her with a strong Unique user and she becomes much more than a filler. She ranks far higher once fully starred.

Camille

Camille is a tank who punishes attackers. His Unique gives him a shield worth 45% of his max HP and reflects damage back at enemies for 2 rounds. Run a lineup with an average cost of 14 or more and he taunts every enemy for 2 rounds on arrival. He’s tough to kill, but his 20 Energy cost and low damage hold him back.

Gigi

Gigi gets stronger the longer she fights. Every action raises her ATK and DEF, stacking up to 5 times, and her Unique hits hard and Stuns the target. Keep your team’s average cost at 14 or below and every partner costing less than 14 deals 15% more damage. That makes her a great fit for cheap, fast lineups early in the game.

Victoria

Victoria is an R Guardian whose job is simple. She draws enemy attacks with taunts and disrupts their plans while your damage dealers work. Her own damage is low, so she’s mainly a placeholder until you get Selena, Kiraya or Angela. Use her own shards to upgrade her rather than spending Lost Mirrors.

Jasmine

Jasmine is the healer to use until Anna shows up. She raises the ATK and DEF of every ally in her row, and her Unique hits the weakest enemy while healing your weakest ally. With the right lineup, she also heals your lowest HP ally after every action. She’s a solid early pick for keeping your team alive.

Chiyo

Chiyo is a cheap SR who exists to power up Sorcerers. When she lands, she boosts the damage of your Leader and every Sorcerer in your hand, and the boost grows if you run more than 4 Sorcerers. Her Unique hits an entire row. On her own she’s middling, but in a dedicated Sorcerer team she plays several tiers above this ranking.

Eileen

Eileen is a defensive support. She gives your Leader and allies 15% damage resistance, with an extra boost for Charlotte. Her Unique hits every enemy with a small chance to Stun at least 2 of them, while her Special ignores part of the target’s DEF. The stun relies on luck and her damage is low, so she’s best as Charlotte’s partner.

Mei

Mei hunts the weakest enemy on the field. Her Unique always targets the enemy partner with the lowest HP, and when she dies she deals big damage to whoever is weakest. That makes her great at picking off damaged units. She gains a lot from extra stars, but her 3 star version struggles to keep up.

Ann

Ann summons two puppets with her Unique. The Snow Queen boosts the damage of all allies by 16.5%, and the Mermaid Princess raises their damage resistance by 16.5%. The puppets can’t attack, but they soak hits while the buffs last. She’s a decent early support who works best alongside Mad Hatter.

Ashwaya

Ashwaya is one of the most divisive partners in Illusion Connect: Re. She summons Wandering Nightmares that copy her ATK, and she grows stronger for every Nightmare on the field. When one dies, it damages enemy Sorcerers. The problem is that AoE teams wipe her summons easily, which is why most rankings keep her near the bottom despite her SSR rarity.

Mad Hatter

Mad Hatter’s Unique creates 2 hats that explode when destroyed, hitting the whole enemy team and dealing extra damage to Sorcerers. He also protects Alice, Jasmine and Ann with extra damage resistance and gives Alice a long Invincible window. Outside that fairy tale team, he’s a weak pick.

Beatrice

Beatrice grows stronger for every Light, Healer and Guardian on the enemy side, which makes her a decent counter to defensive teams. Her Unique hits enemies in a cross pattern with a chance to Stun, and her Special stuns a column. The stun chances are low, so she’s mostly a situational pick.

Sachiko

Sachiko is a 10 Energy Guardian who plays more like a support. She hands out light buffs to her allies and can fill a frontline slot cheaply. Her overall impact is small next to dedicated tanks and buffers, so treat her as early game filler you replace once your roster grows.

Carol

Carol is a 9 Energy R partner with a sneaky kit. For 3 rounds after landing, every attack cuts the target’s ATK by 65% for 10 seconds, and her Unique steals 2 buffs from the target. She’s a fun disruption tool against buff heavy teams, but her damage won’t carry you past the early chapters.

Lunar

Lunar has one of the strangest kits in the game. If 3 or more units have died before she’s deployed, her cost drops to just 1 Energy. Her Unique blasts the middle enemy column and splashes damage onto everyone else. When the conditions line up she’s a great surprise, but that’s not often enough to rank her higher.

Alice

Alice is a cheap R partner who helps others. When she dies, she boosts the ATK and DEF of one partner on the field and one in your hand, and the effect doubles for Muscipula partners. Her Unique also raises the damage of Muscipula partners by 25%. She’s best in a Mad Hatter team that keeps her protected.

Haruka

Haruka is a tricky Leader hunter for experienced players. If a partner is placed in front of her, she returns to your hand and refunds 6 Energy, coming back stronger. Her Unique ignores half of the target’s damage resistance, and her first Unique after each entry aims straight at the enemy Leader. She’s powerful in skilled hands, but tough for beginners to use well.

Mary

Mary costs only 8 Energy, so she’s often the first partner on the field. When she lands, she boosts the damage of every ally still in your hand by 15%. Her Unique hits a column and sets enemies on fire for 3 rounds. She’s one of the better R partners to use early, and that hand buff stays handy later.

Polly

Polly is a healer focused on your Leader. Her heals are far stronger on your Leader, and her Unique heals the whole team while healing your Leader again over 3 rounds. Her Special can strip an enemy buff. She’s a good early R healer, but Fenebeth wrecks her in PvP.

Tiffany

Tiffany works against summon heavy enemy teams and not much else. In normal content her damage and utility fall well short of other Sorcerers. Only bring her when a stage throws a lot of summons at you.

Flora

Flora splits into two units when she dies: herself and her puppet Nono. Her Special also cuts the target’s DEF by 30%. It’s a fun idea, but both halves are too weak to matter in harder content.

Mia

When Mia dies, she passes part of her ATK and HP to your Leader. Her Unique also lowers the target’s DEF by 30%. The bonus is too small to justify a team slot once you have better partners.

Loro

Loro enters with a shield worth 44% of her HP and gets a better Block Rate. She’s a basic early tank that every other Guardian outclasses fast.

Nanalie

Nanalie lowers the ATK and DEF of every enemy for 15 seconds when she lands, and her Unique hits a whole row. The debuff is short and her damage is low.

Harto

Harto deals extra damage to Light and Spell partners and has a high CRIT Rate. That makes her a niche counter pick, but she’s useless against everything else for a 16 Energy cost.

Penny

When Penny lands, she boosts the ATK and CRIT Rate of your 2 most expensive partners in hand. It’s a nice idea, but she does very little once she’s on the field.

Bontenmaru

Bontenmaru targets enemy Attackers first and deals extra damage to them, while taking less damage himself. He’s a narrow counter that rarely earns a spot in a real team.

Illusion Connect: Re PvP Tier List for the Arena

The Arena plays differently from story stages. Many Leader buffs are doubled there, and fights come down to the order you play your cards. These partners stand out most in PvP right now.

PartnerWhy They Rule the Arena
MingConstant healing that keeps healer teams alive even against Fenebeth
MiyukiDrains enemy Rage so their big skills come late
KasumiSteals Invincibility and Shields the moment she lands
GemmyRevives twice and refuses to leave the board
Hachi ShikiMulti target burst and stuns

AngelaInstant revive plus a full team taunt
ElenaStrips taunts, Invincibility and Death Resistance
NatataWeakens the entire enemy team on arrival

MakiDirect Leader damage that ends matches fast

Fenebeth and Hersey also deserve a spot on your Arena bench. Fenebeth shuts down healing teams, while Hersey deletes Sorcerer lineups.

How We Ranked the Illusion Connect: Re Partners?

To build this Illusion Connect: Re tier list, we blended the major community rankings for the relaunch and gave more weight to the newest ones, then checked every pick against the partner’s actual in-game kit. Here’s what decides each placement in our Illusion Connect tier list:

  • PvE and PvP value – A partner that’s great in story stages and the Arena ranks higher than one that only works in a single mode.
  • Fully starred power – Rankings assume decent investment. Some partners, like Maki and Nicola, are much weaker at 3 stars, and we call that out where it matters.
  • Deploy cost – In real time battles, a cheap partner that hits the field early can beat an expensive one that shows up too late.
  • Team flexibility – Partners that fit almost any lineup rank above ones that need a very specific team to work.

Note: Illusion Connect: Re unlocks banners based on your account age. Two players who started a few weeks apart can see completely different banners, so some partners on this list may not be summonable for you yet.

Best Beginner Team in Illusion Connect: Re

You don’t need a perfect team in your first week. What matters more is following the right Leader path and keeping your team’s average cost low. Here’s a simple route that works for most accounts.

  1. Start with the Sakura Swordsman Leader. He’s your only Leader until Chapter 6, so don’t sink rare materials into him.
  2. Switch to the Nightmare Hunter Leader after Chapter 6. Keep the same partners and just swap the Leader. He’s built for killing the enemy Leader and carries you through the early and mid game.
  3. Move toward a Soul Reaper Sorcerer team in the mid game. Built around Yuffie, Miyuki and other AoE partners, this is the strongest setup for pushing late story stages.

For your early lineup, build around these slots and swap in the stronger option when you own it.

SlotPartnerStronger Swap
Burst damageRieHachi Shiki (never both)
HealerJasmineAnna
Single target damageSayaMaki
7th partnerAnnPhoebe
8th partnerGigiAny strong DPS
9th partnerNicolaNicola
10th partnerHotaruKasumi

A few quick tips will save you a lot of headaches:

  • Keep your average team cost at 14 or below. That keeps lineup skills from partners like Maki and Gigi active.
  • Activate Leader buffs over chasing Combat Power. A lower power team that lights up more Leader buffs often beats a stronger looking one.
  • Watch the buff blocker. With Miyuki, Phoebe and Nicola all on the field together, your Leader’s 4th buff won’t activate. Drop Phoebe if you need it back.

Who Should You Reroll For in Illusion Connect: Re?

Rerolling is optional, but a strong start makes the first few weeks much smoother. Skip the beginner banner, since those partners also come from the Arena, Guild and Expedition rewards. Focus on the Radiant banner instead.

The best reroll targets from this Illusion Connect: Re tier list are Miyuki, Kasumi, Yuffie, Anna, Phoebe, Maki, Selena and Kiraya. Remember that Miyuki is free on day 8, so a duplicate of her is a bonus rather than a must.

To reroll, play as a guest, clear Stage 1.2 to unlock summoning, spend your pulls on the Radiant banner, and delete the account from the Settings menu if you don’t like the results. Only link your account once you land a partner you want to keep.

Once you’re settled, plan your diamonds around these points:

  • Selected banners guarantee an SSR within your first 20 pulls and the featured partner on every 70th pull.
  • You get 1 free Select Ticket every day from missions, with extras costing 400 diamonds each.
  • Maki’s Selected banner appears around day 4 and Kasumi’s around day 18 on a new account, so save up early.
  • Don’t panic about missing SSRs. Rikia, Pan, Chiyo, Amon, Rie, Mary and Polly all pull their weight on a budget.

Illusion Connect Partners Missing From This Tier List

A few names, like Edward, Emma, Lily and Abby, appear in some rankings, but we couldn’t confirm they’re available to every account in the relaunch yet, so we’ve held them back. Original favorites like Kichou, Kanata and Silver Dragon Rie also haven’t arrived for most players. We’ll add them to this Illusion Connect: Re tier list as soon as they become summonable.

Illusion Connect: Re Tier List FAQs

Q1. Who is the best partner in Illusion Connect: Re?

Ans: Miyuki is the best partner in Illusion Connect: Re. Her attacks drain enemy Rage while hitting the whole enemy team, and every player gets a free copy on day 8 of the login event.

Q2. Who is the best healer in Illusion Connect: Re?

Ans: Anna is the best healer for PvE because she heals the whole team and buffs everyone’s damage and defense. Ming is the stronger pick for the Arena, since her constant healing holds up even against Fenebeth.

Q3. Who is the best tank in Illusion Connect: Re?

Ans: Selena is the safest tank because she survives two fatal hits per battle. Kiraya is great for shielding your backline, and Angela is the best choice when you need a revive and a full team taunt.

Q4. Are SR and R partners worth using?

Ans: Yes. Rikia, Pan, Amon and Chiyo are excellent SR partners, while Rie, Mary and Polly are strong R picks. They’re cheap to field and easy to max out, which makes them perfect for free to play accounts.

Q5. Can Rie and Hachi Shiki be on the same team?

Ans: No. When Hachi Shiki is on your team, Rie loses 80% of her damage and damage resistance. Pick one of them for each lineup.

Q6. Is this Illusion Connect: Re tier list for PvE or PvP?

Ans: It covers both. The main tiers reflect each partner’s overall value across story stages, bosses and the Arena, and the PvP section highlights the partners that stand out most in Arena fights.

Q7. Why can’t I summon some partners on this list?

Ans: Illusion Connect: Re unlocks banners based on how old your account is. If a partner from this tier list isn’t showing up for you, their banner should appear as your account ages.
