Anchor Panic throws free pulls at you early, then makes every upgrade material count. Pour them into the wrong operator and you will feel it the moment story stages turn into damage checks. This Anchor Panic tier list ranks over 60 operators on the global server, updated for version 3.1 and the arrival of Lyerwood, so you know who to pull for, who to build, and who can happily sit on the bench.

Karanissa
Karanissa is still the damage queen of Anchor Panic, and nothing released since has knocked her off that spot. She is a back row assassin with huge single target damage, and she can fire her Energy Burst again right after landing a kill, chaining through an enemy lineup in a single turn. Her Energy Burst also grows stronger for every Lightning operator on your team. Grab her A3 if you can, since it removes the damage drop on those repeat bursts.

Tern
Tern makes everyone around her better, which is why she is the safest pull in the game. She raises the whole team’s ATK and Speed and adds bonus damage to allies’ skills, with an even bigger boost on Quantum teammates. She is fully useful at zero Ascensions, and that extra Speed helps you grab the first turn in PvP. Her signature Sigil pushes the damage boost even further.

Echo
Echo is a support who does a bit of everything. She boosts ally damage, heals the team, and her AoE attack can stop enemies from using their Energy Burst while lowering their Lightning RES. Next to Karanissa, she turns Lightning into the scariest element in the game. Some of her best passives sit behind A3 and A6, so her duplicates are worth chasing.

Tiya
Tiya is the Quantum answer to Karanissa. She is an assassin who deals damage based on enemy HP and hunts down low HP targets, but unlike Karanissa she also brings reliable AoE damage through her Energy Burst. She needs A3 and A6 to reach her ceiling, so she is a bigger investment than she first looks.

Lilira
Lilira has been the backbone of Quantum teams since launch. She heals the entire team based on her own max HP and covers allies in shields, and same element allies get even more healing from her. With A3 and A6 she can also revive a fallen ally once per battle, which saves a lot of boss attempts. Newer healers have caught up, but she remains a top pick.

Frost Jade
Frost Jade is the strongest healer in the game right now. Her passives restore HP to the whole team whenever she uses a normal attack or skill and stack an ATK buff up to three times. On Ice teams she heals even more and raises CRIT DMG for Ice allies. While her Energy Burst is active, the team keeps healing and is protected from lethal damage.

Abyss Alicia
Abyss Alicia is the limited, upgraded version of Alicia, and the gap between the two is massive. Her allies’ attacks push her into the Abyss Echo state, where she takes less damage and fires stronger Energy Bursts. A talent also keeps her alive as long as another teammate is still standing. She asks you to follow a set skill rhythm, but the payoff makes her a perfect second carry next to Karanissa.

Rose
Rose is a Physical Breaker who deals big damage and makes everyone else hit harder too. She hits all enemies with strong AoE attacks, raises team ATK, and lowers enemy DEF and Physical RES. She gets the most value next to Raven and other Physical damage dealers, but her buffs still pull weight in mixed teams.

Ling
Ling is the glue of every Lightning team. She tags enemies with Lightning Mark to cut their Lightning RES, and her AoE Energy Burst applies Shock, which Lightning damage dealers love. At A3 and A6 she also raises ally CRIT Rate against marked targets. With enough copies, she even works outside Lightning teams.

Eucaly
Eucaly is Ice’s main damage dealer, and she has aged really well. She excels against low HP and shielded enemies and gains stacking buffs with every attack she lands, so she gets scarier the longer a fight runs. Her A3 is the big one, as it turns her Blood Hunting skill into a full AoE attack.

Luna
Luna is a tank built to absorb punishment for the whole team. She creates Moonblades that soak up damage aimed at allies and record it, and she raises the team’s HP based on her own. After using up five Moonblades, she clears crowd control from herself and raises Moonlight Aegis, a large shield sized by the damage she recorded. Stack as much HP on her as you can.

| Kovneil | TBA | Fire | Stun | See newest operators below |
| Lyerwood | SSR | Natural | Healer | See newest operators below |

Lengjiao
Lengjiao is the best crowd control operator in the game. Her skills raise her own effect hit rate, and she can Freeze every enemy at once while stacking Freezing on them. She is a menace in PvP, and since her Energy Burst does most of the work, she is great even at zero Ascensions.

Grenache
Grenache is a Fire Support who doubles as a sturdy damage dealer. She stacks Burn on enemies, gives allies Lifesteal when they hit burning targets, and boosts her own Lifesteal and damage. She is surprisingly tanky for a Support, though her best Lifesteal bonus waits at A6.

Flicker
Flicker is the go to tank for Quantum teams and holds up well in mixed squads. She shields allies, survives a fatal hit once per battle, and is very hard to kill while still dealing decent damage. Her signature Sigil and A6 are what make her truly great.

Olivia
Olivia is a Fire Striker who carries and buffs at the same time. She deals heavy AoE damage, grants damage bonuses to her allies, and builds Battle Will stacks that power up her Energy Burst. With A6 and her Sigil her numbers get silly, but without that investment she falls behind the newer carries.

Ifrit
Ifrit is one of the most flexible Quantum operators. She boosts the team’s Energy Burst damage and lowers enemy Quantum RES, and with the right Models she can double as a sub DPS. Her signature Sigil adds even more Quantum RES shred plus a CRIT DMG boost.

Thunderock
Thunderock is a Lightning tank with a fun loop. Every three hits she takes builds a Magnetic Barrier that parries the next attack and heals her, and it zaps the attacker with Lightning damage when it breaks. Her Energy Burst shields the whole team and gives Lightning allies DEF penetration. The catch is that she cannot be healed by anyone else, only by her own barrier.

Alice
Alice is one of the three SSRs on the beginner Onboarding Link banner and a strong Lightning damage dealer. She stacks CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, and PEN, and every enemy she defeats raises her CRIT DMG further. She is a great stand in until Karanissa shows up.

Newcastle
Newcastle is the most accessible Quantum damage dealer. Her ATK grows with the number of allies on the field, she buffs allies of the same element, and her line Energy Burst hits harder when it only catches one enemy. She needs A3 to become a proper buffer.

Dawalin
Dawalin is the long awaited Natural carry. She earns extra turns and stacks CRIT boosts, so her damage snowballs quickly. Natural supports are still thin, but with Lyerwood now in the game she has a better team around her than ever.
Streyne
Streyne is the best SR healer and one of the most valuable SRs overall. She heals one ally or the whole team and hands out massive ATK buffs. Her Adrenaline passive lowers ally DEF until you clear it at A3 or A6, but as an SR that happens fast. Some recent community rankings even push her into S tier.

Deling
Deling is an SR Breaker who punches well above her rarity. Her AoE Energy Burst stacks Radiation on enemies, and she raises ally ATK and DEF. Because she is an SR, unlocking her excellent A6 bonus is easy.

Centaurea
Centaurea is a free to play favorite for good reason. She cleanses debuffs, heals the whole team, and boosts ally damage, all while being easy to Ascend. In PvE she is often worth running even if you own Lilira.

Dione
Dione is a Natural Defender and one of the best SR tanks. She shields every ally, and when those shields expire, they heal the team. She also raises ally DEF, and her A3 and A6 add extra shields when she drops to low HP.

Antilope
Antilope is the tank most new players lean on. She shields and heals allies, raises their block chance, and gives stronger buffs to Quantum teammates. She is easy to Ascend and can hold the front row deep into the game.
B-Tier Operators
See all the operators in this tier:
| Operator | Rarity | Element | Class | Best For |
| Merlot | SSR | Fire | Striker | Free to play Fire carry |
| Marcilene | SSR | Fire | Striker | Fire damage amplifier |
| Quasar | SSR | Fire | Support | Damage reduction for the team |
| Sparkle Wing | SR | Fire | Support | Burn stacks, Fire RES shred |
| Yuanya | SR | Fire | Support | AoE Burn for Merlot |
| Neon | SR | Fire | Breaker | AoE Burn with buffs |
| Raven | SSR | Physical | Striker | Boss damage |
| Yan | SSR | Physical | Striker | Physical wave clear |
| Lycosha | SSR | Physical | Striker | Line damage |
| Dawn | SSR | Ice | Striker | Starter Ice carry |
| Abyssal | SSR | Ice | Support | Ice RES shred |
| Diamond | SSR | Ice | Stun | Single target Freeze |

Merlot
Merlot is the best pick from the beginner banner and a top free to play carry. She deals more damage to enemies at high HP, adds bonus damage for every Burn stack on the target, and gets 60% extra CRIT Rate against enemies with four or more Burn stacks. Her line skills hit hardest when enemies stand in a row, so pair her with AoE Burn spreaders like Yuanya.

Marcilene
Marcilene is a Fire Striker who makes the whole team hit harder. She stacks Tear on enemies, and each stack makes them take 10% more Fire damage. Her A3, A6, and signature Sigil make up most of her strength, so she needs heavy investment.

Quasar
Quasar is a Fire Support built around survival. She gains extra HP for each Fire teammate, offers a CRIT Rate buff that works best on Fire allies, and summons a Puppet that takes 22% of the damage aimed at the team while healing her. Solid, but her buffs rarely swing a fight.
Sparkle Wing
Sparkle Wing is a handy SR Support for Fire teams. Her Energy Burst applies several Burn stacks, she buffs Fire allies, and her attacks lower enemy Fire RES. Other Fire supports offer more, but she is cheap to build.
Yuanya
Yuanya is an SR with a simple job: spread Burn across every enemy with AoE Fire damage so Merlot can cash in. She works fine at zero Ascensions, but she loses most of her value outside a Merlot team.

Neon
Neon is another AoE Fire SR for Merlot teams. Unlike Yuanya, she buffs allies and debuffs enemies on top of her damage. She overtakes Yuanya once you reach A6, but she is weaker before that.
Raven
Raven is the best Physical single target damage dealer you can build without spending. She deals damage based on enemy HP and ignores enemy DEF and Block, which makes her a boss shredder. She shines brightest next to Rose.

Yan
Yan is the strongest AoE Physical damage dealer outside of Rose. She clears waves with AoE attacks and pairs beautifully with Rose. The downside is that she only really works in full Physical teams.

Lycosha
Lycosha deals line damage that grows by 20% for every extra enemy in the row, so she loves stages where enemies line up. Her A3 and A6 let her survive a fatal hit. Strong, but more situational than Yan or Raven.

Dawn
Dawn is one of the three SSRs on the beginner banner. She gains Bravery as she keeps attacking, which raises her Ice damage, and she can hit multiple enemies. Eucaly outclasses her, so treat Dawn as a starter Ice carry.

Abyssal
Abyssal is an Ice Support who makes Eucaly much scarier. She deals solid AoE damage, lowers enemy Ice RES, and raises ally Ice damage, all without needing much investment.

Diamond
Diamond is an Ice Stun unit with a high chance to Freeze her target and the ability to slow enemies down. She has uses in PvP Ice teams, but Lengjiao does the job better, which makes her one of the lowest priority SSRs.
C-Tier Operators
See all the operators in this tier:
| Operator | Rarity | Element | Class | Best For |
| Crag | SSR | Natural | Support | Natural team buffs |
| Mustang | SR | Physical | Defender | Early Physical tank |
| Lionblade | SR | Fire | Stun | Seal Fire control |
| Kymia | SR | Physical | Striker | Backup Physical damage |
| Catalpa | SR | Natural | Striker | Damage over time |
| Artisan | SR | Lightning | Defender | Early Lightning tank |
| Core | R | Ice | Support | Early Ice debuffs |
| Koraz | R | Fire | Defender | Early Fire tank |
| Corrosicat | R | Fire | Support | Early single target damage |
Crag
Crag is a Natural Support with a busy kit. Her skills build Mind Energy that raises ally ATK and Block chance, with a bigger boost for Natural allies, and her Energy Burst makes her counterattack whenever an ally gets hit. Her Rage State also raises her Break Rate and DEF Ignore. She has upside now that Natural is growing, but few teams want her today.

Mustang
Mustang is a quick SR tank with high Speed, DEF, and Block, plus some line AoE damage. She can hold the front of a Physical team early on, but she has none of the utility that Dione or Antilope bring.

Lionblade
Lionblade is a Fire Stun SR whose standout trick is Seal Fire, which stops enemies from acting. Her single target damage is decent, but Yuanya, Neon, and Sparkle Wing help Fire teams more.
Kymia
Kymia is a capable SR Physical Striker. Her passives boost her damage and DEF Ignore, and she hits shielded targets harder. Use her only if you are missing Raven or Yan.
Catalpa
Catalpa is one of the best SR single target damage dealers on paper. She applies Thorns for strong damage over time, but Natural teams have rarely had the support to make her shine.

Artisan
Artisan is an SR Lightning tank to use until Flicker or Thunderock shows up. She gains DEF for each Lightning operator on the field, heals based on her missing HP when she uses skills, and lowers enemy damage.

Core
Core is an R Ice Support who applies Frostbite, which makes enemies take more Ice damage. Abyssal does the same job far better, so Core is only an early stopgap.

Koraz
Koraz is an R Fire tank with a parry and an AoE Energy Burst that adds extra Burn stacks. She is the best dedicated tank for an all Fire team until you get Grenache.

Corrosicat
Corrosicat is the best R single target damage dealer, with passives that pile on CRIT Rate. The problem is that Fire teams need AoE Burn spreaders, and she brings none.
D-Tier Operators
See all the operators in this tier:
| Operator | Rarity | Element | Class |
| Alicia | SR | Lightning | Striker |
| Snow Fox | SR | Ice | Striker |
| Prism | SR | Ice | Striker |
| Firefly | SR | Fire | Striker |
| Trigger | R | Lightning | Support |
| Arc | R | Physical | Support |

Alicia
Alicia is an SR Lightning Striker whose Energy Burst deals damage based on enemy HP. At A6 she is passable, but SRs with AoE or utility are far more useful. Her Abyss version is a completely different story.

Snow Fox
Snow Fox is an SR Ice Striker with low damage and an Energy stacking passive that rarely reaches full value. Only use her if your roster is empty.

Prism
Prism is an SR Ice Striker who hits harder against enemies above 50% HP, but her best passive is locked at A6, and even then she trails other SRs.

Firefly
Firefly is an SR Fire Striker who gains stats based on enemy Burn stacks, but she cannot stack much Burn herself, so she falls flat next to other Fire SRs.

Trigger
Trigger is an R Lightning operator with low damage, no AoE, and weak passives. She is the easiest skip in the game.

Arc
Arc is an R Physical operator with single target damage that helps for a few early stages. Physical teams struggle early anyway, so she is not worth upgrades.

Newest Anchor Panic Operators (Version 3.1)
Anchor Panic adds new operators every few weeks, and the global roster has grown a lot since version 2.1. Full kit data for several of the newest arrivals is still thin, so their spots in this Anchor Panic tier list lean on the latest community rankings. Anything we could not confirm is marked TBA, and we will update it as details firm up.
| Operator | Arrived | Element | Class | Tier |
| Lyrewood | Version 3.1 | Natural | Healer | A |
| Mingye | Summer 2026 | TBA | Healer | S |
| Windy | Version 2.6 | TBA | TBA | S |
| Kovneil | June 2026 | Fire | Stun | A |
| Momiji | Spring 2026 | TBA | Striker | S |
| Argo | Version 2.1 | TBA | TBA | S |
| Morpho | TBA | TBA | TBA | S |
| Yun Zhuan | TBA | TBA | Defender | S |
| Zephyrin | TBA | TBA | TBA | A |
| Frost Knight Dawn | TBA | TBA | TBA | A |

Lyrewood
Lyrewood is the newest SSR and a big deal for Natural teams, which never had a proper healer of their own. She gains buffs and becomes immune to crowd control whenever her teammates act, and when she takes lethal damage she instantly recovers HP and interrupts the enemy’s action. She sits in A tier on our Anchor Panic tier list for now while players get more time with her, with plenty of room to climb.

Kovneil
Kovneil is a Fire Stun operator from the Lord faction. She gains gems and buffs after every action, and her Energy Burst can make her teammates immune to crowd control, which is a huge counter to Freeze heavy PvP teams.

The rest of the newest operators are as follows:
- Mingye arrived in summer 2026 and is ranked among the best Healers in the game right now.
- Windy was the headline operator of version 2.6 and ranks S tier for PvE.
- Momiji joined in spring 2026 and sits among the top Strikers.
- Argo debuted on her own rate up banner in version 2.1 and still ranks S tier.
- Morpho ranks S tier in current community rankings.
- Yun Zhuan is rated as one of the strongest Defenders available.
- Zephyrin and Frost Knight Dawn, an alternate version of Dawn, both sit in A tier.
Best Anchor Panic Teams for Every Element
The best Anchor Panic teams run two or three operators of the same element for the element bonus, then fill the gaps with a buffer, a healer, and a tank. Here are strong team comps for each element built from the top of the Anchor Panic tier list, plus budget swaps if you are missing a piece.
| Element | Team | Why It Works | Budget Swaps |
| Lightning | Karanissa, Abyss Alicia, Ling, Echo, Thunderock | Five Lightning operators max out Karanissa’s bonus, Ling and Echo shred Lightning RES, and Thunderock shields the team while adding DEF penetration. | Alice for Abyss Alicia, Artisan for Thunderock |
| Quantum | Tiya, Ifrit, Tern, Lilira, Flicker | Tern and Ifrit stack damage buffs and Quantum RES shred while Lilira and Flicker keep everyone alive. | Newcastle, Deling, Centaurea, Antilope |
| Ice | Eucaly, Lengjiao, Abyssal, Frost Jade, Luna | Frost Jade’s Ice CRIT DMG buff and Abyssal’s RES shred make Eucaly hit absurdly hard, while Lengjiao freezes threats. | Dawn for Eucaly, Core for Abyssal, Streyne for Frost Jade |
| Fire | Olivia, Marcilene, Grenache, Lilira, Tern | Marcilene’s Tear stacks make enemies take more Fire damage, and Grenache adds Burn plus team Lifesteal. | Merlot, Yuanya, Sparkle Wing, Antilope |
| Physical | Raven, Rose, Yan, Lilira, Flicker | Rose lowers DEF and Physical RES for Raven’s boss hits, while Yan clears the waves. | Kymia, Lycosha, Mustang |
| Natural | Dawalin, Crag, Lyerwood, Dione, Tern | Lyerwood finally gives Natural a dedicated healer, Crag buffs Natural allies, and Dione shields the team. | Catalpa for Crag |
A few team building tips that make a real difference:
- Tanks go in the front row, while damage dealers sit in the middle or back where they are harder to reach.
- Line skills need lined up enemies. Place operators like Merlot and Lycosha where their attacks can pass through several targets.
- Kovneil is a strong flex pick for Fire teams in PvP, thanks to her team wide crowd control immunity.
- Build depth for Advanced Arena. This mode asks for three separate five operator lineups, and no operator can appear in more than one, so a deep roster matters as much as a strong one.

Best Anchor Panic Operators for F2P Players
You do not need to spend to build a strong account, and plenty of free operators sit high on the Anchor Panic tier list. The beginner Onboarding Link banner guarantees one SSR out of Merlot, Dawn, or Alice. Merlot is the best pick for most players, while Alice is the better choice if you are building toward Lightning and Karanissa.
The best free to play SR operators are Streyne, Deling, Centaurea, Dione, and Antilope. For Fire teams, Yuanya and Sparkle Wing are worth adding too. A solid starter F2P team looks like this:
| Role | Operator | Why |
| Main DPS | Merlot | Cashes in on every Burn stack |
| Sub DPS | Yuanya | Spreads Burn across all enemies |
| Support | Sparkle Wing | Extra Burn and Fire RES shred |
| Tank | Antilope | Shields, heals, and block chance |
| Healer | Centaurea | Heals, cleanses, and damage buffs |
When it comes to upgrades, follow this order:
- Max one main DPS first. Most story walls are damage checks.
- Build a healer and a tank you will keep. Centaurea, Streyne, Dione, and Antilope all stay useful for a long time.
- Lean on SRs to fill the gaps. Their A6 bonuses come online quickly.
- Save Link Permits for rate up banners featuring S tier operators instead of spending them on the standard pool.
Anchor Panic Rerolling Guide and Tips
Rerolling in Anchor Panic is pretty simple and straight-forward. Follow the steps below to reroll:
- Finish the new player tutorial, then claim your mail rewards and any active redeem codes.
- Pull on the beginner banner. You can redo your first ten pull on it at no cost until you like the result.
- Spend your remaining Link Permits on the rate up and standard banners.
- Not happy with the haul? Use the in game account deletion option and start again.

Use the S tier of this Anchor Panic tier list as your target list. Your top reroll targets are Karanissa, Tern, and Echo, with Tiya and Lilira close behind. From the beginner banner, take Merlot or Alice. Every banner guarantees an SSR within 50 pulls, so plan your pity before chasing a specific operator. If you receive an SSR Sigil selector, hold it until you know which main DPS you are building.
Top Up Anchor Panic for Less with Driffle
Once you know who to chase from this Anchor Panic tier list, you will want enough Crystal Ashes and Link Permits to actually pull them. Since in game purchases go through your phone’s store, the cheapest way to top up is with discounted Google Play gift cards or Apple gift cards from Driffle. Codes arrive by email within moments, so you can grab that limited operator before the banner ends.

Ans: Karanissa tops the Anchor Panic tier list as the best DPS, thanks to her repeat Energy Bursts after kills. Tern is the best support and fits almost any team.
Q2. Who is the best healer in Anchor Panic?
Ans: Frost Jade is the strongest overall healer, especially on Ice teams. Lilira is still excellent for Quantum teams, while Streyne and Centaurea are the best SR healers.

Ans: Yes. Rerolling is fast, and starting with Karanissa, Tern, or Echo makes the early and mid game much smoother.

Q6. Are SR operators worth building in Anchor Panic?
