Baldur's Gate Siege of Dragonspear DLC (Global) (PC / Mac / Linux) - Steam - Digital Key

Even though Sarevok is killed and his war plot has been thwarted, peace remains elusive to the residents of Baldur's Gate. From the north, a crusade marches, taking commodities, compelling villagers into Army duty, and interrupting trade along the Sword Coast. This Army is led by a fascinating fighter known as the Shining Lady, whose history is largely unknown. Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear is an expansion pack for Beamdog's role-playing video Game Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. The expansion is the first new original material to the Baldur's Gate DLC series in almost a decade, occurring between the circumstances of Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn.

The nearer you go to the Bright Lady, the more you discover your father, the long-dead King of Murder, is still casting a dark shadow on your way. Baldur's Gate has placed its trust in you, but before you meet the Illuminated Lady beneath the remains of Dragonspear Castle, you must decide whose concerns you serve. Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear is the first original Game in the Baldur's Gate series in almost a decade, and it introduces a fresh chapter to the Bhaalspawn tale. This 25-hour Quest reveals the events between Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II.

Siege of Dragonspear was released on July 10, 2015, as a bridge between the events of Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn at a live event sponsored by Beamdog. The expansion was designed to compete with the Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal expansions. The Forgotten Realms of Baldur's Gate significantly differed from the most current version of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. Thus Game authors Amber Scott and Andrew Foley had an arduous task to ensure that the narrative of Siege of Dragonspear adhered to the second edition canon.
