About The Game:
In the cutting-edge real-time strategy Game Door Kickers, you take control of a SWAT unit and can direct them during a tactical intervention.
Prepare team routes, decide on equipment and breach locations, and organise numerous troopers to enter the hostage chamber before the bad guys can pull the trigger.
Like real-world CQB warfare, it may sound intimidating, and it most certainly is. But most levels can be finished quickly, and improvising on the spot is effective. It takes more practice to achieve excellent preparation and complete a mission without making mistakes.
- Quick Takes: Top Down, 2D for best tactical insight
- Real-Time Pausing Freely
- There are no turns, hexes, action points, or cumbersome interfaces.
- realistic but complete with activity
- Levels that aren't linear, freeform gameplay
- Modifiability and a mission editor
- using the mission generator and Level editor, endless gameplay
- Online Cooperative for One Player Multiplayer (2 players) (2 players)
Door Kickers incorporates tactical shooters and strategy Game features. The Game's 2D top-down viewpoint gives players a complete view of each Level and complete control over the playable characters.
The three stages of the Game are deployment, planning, and engagement. When the player chooses their SWAT troops and places them in predetermined deployment positions, they are given a rudimentary overview of the Level. The Game is paused while planning, and the player are instructed to plan the distinct movements and deeds of each trooper; Players may freely prepare their basic entry, map their team's moves across the entire Level, or even forgo planning entirely. The degree to which they do this is simply up to them. The Game is unpaused during the engagement, and the soldiers execute the pathing and actions allocated to them. The player can still draw courses while in engagement and switch between engagement and planning at any moment.
The pathing for each trooper is made by connecting one soldier (or pathing circle) to another place in the Level. Blue circles represent actions, while white circles indicate positioning (such as explicitly facing in a particular direction) (such as breaching doors, throwing grenades, or collecting evidence).
The trooper will hold a position or desist from action until all visible adversaries are neutralised, out of their field of vision, or the player instructs them to do so. Orange icons in the top-right of pathing circles or troops indicate a hold order (done by clicking them or, if assigned to one, activating one of four "go orders"). A transparent blue or solid black fog of war effect that is eliminated when a trooper's range of view passes through it covers most of the Level's objects and foes.
Some missions have sniper support, provided by a hidden police sniper who can rapidly target and eliminate any opponent in their line of sight.
