The secret of Mana is a Single Player RPG Game developed and published by Square Enix in 2018.

Start playing Secret of Mana today!

The game uses contemporary 3D visuals and controls while properly retelling the well-known tale. It will have brand-new music, spoken characters, and fresh material.

The new "Secret of Mana" revives the journey of Randi, Primm, and Popoi!

The Key Features of Secret of Mana:

  • PRINCIPALS: 3D REMASTERED GRAPHICS: The stunning 3D graphics of the MANA world.
  • ADVANCED GAMEPLAY: exciting new interlude episodes.
  • NEARBY CO-OP: Play in three-player co-op mode with your pals!
  • VOICED-CHARACTERS: Finally, hear the voices of many additional well-known characters, like Popoi, Primm, and Randi!

Flammie, a toy dragon controlled by the player and capable of unrestricted flight around the world as depicted by an overworld map, is made available to the group. These scenes employ the SNES' Mode 7 feature to produce a rotating background that shows Flammie standing on the three-dimensional ground. The player can access the "world map," a two-dimensional representation of the overworld, or the "rotated map," which shows the world as a globe while riding Flammie.

Players must initially travel across the hostile terrain to get to their destination. With Cannon Travel Centers, where the group can be shot into the air and transported to distant locations, travel can be sped up. However, it is necessary to use Cannon Go to travel to other continents later.

The group must save Elemental spirits to master magic. Each of the eight Elementals grants the player a unique spell and represents a particular element, such as water, earth, or life. Weapons and magic have skill levels, but casting each spell requires magic points.

Real-time combat takes place. The power bar, a gauge that governs how much damage is dealt to an enemy when attacking, is at the bottom of the screen. When a character swings a weapon, the gauge empties and swiftly refills, enabling them to attack fully. The group is armed with swords, spears, bows, axes, boomerangs, gloves, whips, and spears, among other weapons. A weapon's skill level can be increased by a maximum of eight times with frequent use, and each additional level unlocks a new special attack. Weapon Orbs, obtained by beating specific bosses or finding them in dungeons, are used to improve weapons.

Each character has particular advantages and disadvantages. The girl is a healer who can cast healing and support spells, the sprite casts offensive magic to harm and hinder adversaries, and the hero, who cannot use magic, learns how to use weapons more quickly. Each character gains levels and advances in skills like strength and evasion after earning enough experience points in battle. The group can recharge their hit points or buy equipment and vital supplies while they rest in towns. The game's Ring Commands, a circular menu that hangs around the character you are presently controlling in the party, allow you to carry out actions like changing your gear, casting spells, or checking your status. When the Ring Commands appear, the game is briefly suspended.
