Gameplay

Warlords is similar to its predecessors. Players must build and manage their stronghold, gather resources, recruit and train armies, and engage in battles with enemy forces. The Game introduces a new feature: players can recruit and command warlords to help them in fighting. Warlords are potent units with unique abilities and can provide various bonuses to the player's Army. The Game has several modes, including the single-player campaign, skirmish mode, and multiplayer mode. The Mongol Empire Campaign is one of the campaigns in the single-player mode.

Storyline

The Mongol Empire Campaign takes place during the 13th century, where the player takes on the role of Genghis Khan, the legendary founder and emperor of the Mongol Empire. The campaign consists of several missions, each with unique objectives and challenges. The player must lead the Mongol Army to conquer and expand their empire, starting from their homeland in Mongolia to China, Central Asia, and Europe. The campaign is divided into three parts, each focusing on a different empire region.

The first part of the campaign takes place in Mongolia, where the player must unite the Mongol tribes under their banner and prepare for their first conquest. The player must build a strong economy, train soldiers, and launch attacks on neighbouring tribes to gain control of their resources.

The second part of the campaign takes place in China, where the player must conquer the Chinese dynasties and establish their rule. The player must overcome the mighty Chinese armies, navigate the complex political landscape, and manage the newly conquered territory to ensure stability.

The third part of the campaign takes place in Central Asia and Europe, where the player must lead the Mongol Army to conquer and subjugate the mighty empires of the region, including the Khwarezmian Empire and the Holy Roman Empire. The player must overcome the challenges of the harsh Terrain and the mighty armies of the enemy.
