Error in Tech Support Unknown, you take on the role of a tech support worker who Quasar Telecommunications just employed. You work from residence and interact with clients via a unique operational platform in your new position. You must assist consumers with their technological problems as part of your employment, preferably in an acceptable way. After a few days on the job, Indigo, a "hacktivist" organization that is attempting to bring down Quasar Communications because of their disregard for client privacy and general avarice, contacts you. Additionally, the authorities looking into Quasar and Indigo will contact you.

Error Unknown is one of those gamers that is hard to accurately explain because it doesn't fall into any of the more common video Game categories. Clients approach you in the fundamental action loop, and you respond by attempting to address their issues. Using a chat menu with a selection of essential phrases, you will communicate with clients to solve their difficulties. Asking them about their problem and how it came about, providing potential remedies that could or might not help, and then either asking them to turn in their smartphones if they are still covered by warranties or attempting to sell them more services if their phone is not
