You must own Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield in order to use the code! After entering the purchased download code, you will be asked to select between Sword Expansion Pass and Shield Expansion Pass. The selected version is then downloaded (the action is not reversible). If you wish to have both versions, you will need to purchase two download codes.
