By utilising the Wallets feature, you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please desist from using the Wallets feature.

2. General Use

2.1. Eligibility

To avail of the Wallets feature, you must be a registered user of Driffle.com.

2.2. Exclusive Use for Driffle Products

The Wallet may solely be utilised to purchase products available on Driffle.com.

3. Wallet Transactions

3.1. Usage of Wallet Balance

If your Wallet balance exceeds the order amount, the entire order amount will be deducted from your Wallet, and no additional payment through a payment partner will be necessitated.

If your Wallet balance equals the order amount, the full amount will be deducted from your Wallet, and no additional payment through a payment partner will be necessitated.

3.2. Insufficient Wallet Balance

If your Wallet balance is less than the order amount, the Wallet will not be available as a payment option. The full transaction amount must be settled through an alternative payment method.

3.3. No Service applicable on Wallet Spends

Driffle does not impose any commission on purchases made via the Wallet balances.

3.4. Partial Payments Restrictions

Partial payments using the Wallet are currently not available. If your Wallet balance does not fully cover the transaction amount, you will need to use an alternative payment method for the entire transaction.

3.5. Integration with Third-Party Gateways

The Wallet may be integrated with third-party payment partners for transaction purposes.

3.6. No Interest Earned

No interest shall accrue on the amount held in the Wallet.

3.7. Service Fees on Refunds

Any amount refunded to your Wallet will not include any service fee initially charged.

3.8. No Service Fees for Wallet Purchases

If you purchase an item via your Wallet, no additional service fees shall apply.

4. Restrictions and Limitations

4.1. No Withdrawals

You are prohibited from withdrawing any amount from your Driffle Wallet.

4.2. No Expiry

The Wallet balance shall not expire.

4.3. Control by Driffle

Driffle retains full control over the amount in your Wallet and reserves the right to manage your Wallet balance.

4.4. Non-transferable Balance

The Wallet balance is non-transferable to other accounts or users.

5. Account Closure

5.1. Forfeiture of Funds

By agreeing to close your Driffle account, you consent to forfeit any remaining balance in your Wallet. The Wallet balance will neither be refunded nor transferred under any circumstances upon account closure.

6. Legal and Compliance

6.1. No Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use of the Wallet feature or any attempt to breach these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Wallet balance.

6.2. Compliance with Laws

Your use of the Wallets feature must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.3. Compliance with Driffle's Policies

The Wallets feature is subject to Driffle’s Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Driffle.com. By using the Wallets feature, you agree to adhere to all applicable policies.

Driffle is committed to protecting your personal data while using the Wallets feature. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your information.

6.5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Driffle is not liable for any transactions conducted through your account, whether authorised or unauthorised. Any transaction occurring from your account will be deemed to have been initiated by you.

Driffle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on Driffle.com. Your continued use of the Wallets feature after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
