Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Driffle Boost, a digital marketplace operated by UAB Driffle, a company incorporated under the laws of Lithuania (“Driffle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Driffle Boost is an online platform that enables users to list, offer, and purchase digital gaming accounts and related services (“Services”). Driffle provides a technology platform only and does not own, create, sell, resell, supply, or otherwise control any accounts or services listed on the platform.
All listings are created, offered, and fulfilled by independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”), who act in their own capacity and not as agents, employees, or representatives of Driffle. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, including their accuracy, legality, delivery, and any representations made to Buyers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Driffle Boost, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms; and
- You accept all risks associated with the use of the platform and participation in transactions facilitated through it
These Terms apply to all Users of the platform, including Buyers and Sellers.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform.
3. Eligibility
To use Driffle Boost, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
- Not be restricted or prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws or regulations
By using Driffle Boost, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Driffle reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these conditions are not met.
4. Marketplace Nature & No Agency Relationship
Driffle Boost operates strictly as an independent online marketplace and intermediary platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Driffle is not a buyer, seller, reseller, distributor, or merchant of record for any accounts listed on the platform
- Driffle is not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers
- Driffle does not assume any responsibility or liability for the conduct, actions, omissions, or representations of any User
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Driffle and any User.
5. Third-Party Platform Dependency & No Guarantees
All gaming accounts listed on Driffle Boost are created, maintained, and governed by third-party game publishers or service providers (“Publishers”).
Driffle has no control over and assumes no responsibility for:
- The policies, enforcement actions, or decisions of any Publisher
- The continued availability, accessibility, or status of any account
- Any suspension, restriction, termination, or modification of accounts by Publishers
Driffle makes no representations or warranties regarding the compatibility of account transactions with any Publisher’s terms of service or policies.
6. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By using Driffle Boost, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The purchase, sale, or transfer of gaming accounts may violate the terms of service of third-party Publishers
- Accounts may be subject to suspension, restriction, or permanent ban at any time, including after successful delivery
- Access to accounts may be lost due to actions taken by Publishers, Sellers, or other third parties
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participating in such transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driffle shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from such risks.
7. Limited Role in Payments
Driffle may act as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Sellers for the purpose of facilitating transactions.
Receipt of payment by Driffle shall be deemed as receipt by the Seller, and Driffle shall not be liable for the underlying performance of the Seller, except as expressly provided under applicable protection or warranty policies.
8. Modification of Terms
Driffle reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
Updated Terms will be made available on the platform and shall take effect upon publication. Continued use of Driffle Boost after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of Digital Goods and Gaming Accounts
2.1 No Ownership Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all gaming accounts listed or purchased through Driffle Boost are digital access credentials associated with accounts created on third-party platforms operated by game publishers or service providers (“Publishers”).
Such accounts do not constitute tangible property or legally transferable ownership rights, and any rights associated with such accounts remain subject at all times to the terms, policies, and discretion of the relevant Publisher.
Driffle does not grant, transfer, or guarantee any ownership rights in relation to such accounts.
2.2 Publisher Control and Supremacy
All gaming accounts are created, maintained, and governed exclusively by Publishers. As such:
- Publishers retain full and unilateral control over accounts, including the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, modify, or reclaim accounts at any time
- Publishers may enforce their policies retroactively or without prior notice
- Any transaction conducted through Driffle Boost does not bind or obligate any Publisher in any manner
Driffle has no authority over Publisher decisions and cannot prevent or reverse any such actions.
2.3 Potential Violation of Publisher Terms
You acknowledge that:
- The sale, purchase, transfer, or sharing of gaming accounts may violate the terms of service, user agreements, or policies of the relevant Publisher
- Participation in such transactions is undertaken at your own risk
Driffle makes no representation, warranty, or assurance that any transaction conducted on the platform complies with the rules or policies of any Publisher.
2.4 Nature of the Transaction
Transactions conducted on Driffle Boost involve the transfer of access credentials and associated information (such as login details, recovery information, or linked email accounts), and do not constitute a legally recognized transfer of ownership of the underlying account.
Driffle does not guarantee:
- Continued access to the account after delivery
- The ability to retain control of the account
- The permanence or stability of any account features, content, or status
2.5 No Guarantees on Account Status or Value
Driffle makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- The current or future status of any account
- The presence, availability, or retention of in-game items, ranks, currency, or progress
- The future value or usability of the account
All such attributes are subject to change, removal, or restriction at the discretion of the Publisher or due to factors beyond Driffle’s control.
2.6 No Post-Delivery Control
Following completion of a transaction:
- Driffle does not control, monitor, or manage the account
- Driffle cannot guarantee that the account will remain accessible, secure, or unchanged
Any issues arising after delivery shall be handled strictly in accordance with the applicable Warranty & Protection Policy, where applicable.
2.7 Buyer Responsibility for Use
You are solely responsible for:
- How you access, use, or modify any purchased account
- Compliance with Publisher rules and policies
- Any actions taken using the account after delivery
Driffle shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of the account.
3. User Accounts, Verification & Platform Enforcement
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of Driffle Boost, you must create a user account (“Account”).
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintain and promptly update such information
- Safeguard your login credentials and restrict access to your Account
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or not.
3.2 Single Account Requirement
Unless expressly authorized by Driffle, each User may maintain only one Account.
You may not:
- Create or control multiple Accounts
- Use false, misleading, or fictitious identities
- Operate Accounts on behalf of others without authorization
Driffle reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently terminate any duplicate or related Accounts at its sole discretion.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Driffle may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require Users to complete identity verification procedures, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued identification
- Biometric or selfie verification
- Proof of address or payment ownership
Driffle may restrict access to features, delay transactions, or withhold payouts until such verification is successfully completed.
Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in suspension or termination of the Account.
3.4 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.
Driffle shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account, except where required by applicable law.
You must promptly notify Driffle of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.
3.5 Prohibited Use and Circumvention
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities
- Abuse or manipulate payment systems, disputes, or warranty mechanisms
- Circumvent, bypass, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards
- Conduct or attempt to conduct transactions outside the platform (“off-platform trading”)
- Solicit, encourage, or facilitate off-platform payments, communications, or repeat transactions
Driffle may investigate and take action against any such behavior.
3.6 Off-Platform Trading and Fee Circumvention
All transactions initiated through Driffle Boost must be completed exclusively through the platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Redirecting transactions outside the platform
- Sharing contact details for the purpose of completing transactions off-platform
- Offering incentives or discounts to transact outside Driffle Boost
Any violation may result in:
- Immediate Account suspension or termination
- Cancellation of transactions
- Forfeiture of fees or funds
- Recovery of losses incurred by Driffle
3.7 Network Fraud and Coordinated Activity
Driffle may investigate and take action where it reasonably suspects that one or more Accounts, Users, or entities are acting in coordination to:
- Evade restrictions or enforcement actions
- Manipulate transactions, listings, or pricing
- Abuse disputes, warranties, or promotions
- Circumvent platform fees or safeguards
Driffle may determine that multiple Accounts are “linked” based on shared indicators, including but not limited to:
- IP address or network data
- Device or browser characteristics
- Payment methods or financial identifiers
- Behavioral patterns or transaction history
Where Accounts are determined to be linked or coordinated, Driffle may:
- Treat such Accounts as a single risk group
- Suspend, restrict, or terminate all associated Accounts
- Freeze or hold funds across such Accounts
- Cancel transactions or deny payouts
- Recover losses from any associated Account
3.8 Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
Driffle reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account
- Limit access to platform features
- Cancel pending or completed transactions
Such actions may be taken where Driffle reasonably suspects:
- Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
- Violation of these Terms or applicable policies
- Risk to the platform, Users, or third parties
3.9 Fund Holds, Freezes, and Reserves
Driffle may impose restrictions on funds associated with your Account, including:
(a) Holds
Temporary restrictions placed on specific transactions or payouts for purposes including:
- Transaction verification
- Dispute resolution
- Fraud prevention
(b) Freezes
Broader restrictions on Account funds where Driffle reasonably suspects:
- Fraudulent or coordinated activity
- Serious policy violations
- Risk of financial loss
(c) Rolling Reserves
Driffle may, at its discretion, retain a portion of Seller proceeds as a rolling reserve for a defined or undefined period to cover:
- Refunds, disputes, or warranty claims
- Chargebacks or payment reversals
- Potential or anticipated risks associated with transactions
Reserve amounts, duration, and release conditions may vary based on:
- Seller history and performance
- Risk level of listings or categories
- Transaction patterns or claim rates
Driffle reserves the right to adjust, extend, or apply reserves at any time.
3.10 No Right to Access or Continuity
Access to Driffle Boost is provided on an “as available” basis.
Driffle does not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access
- Availability of any feature or service
- Preservation of Account data
Driffle may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.
3.11 Survival of Obligations
Termination or suspension of your Account does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to such action, including:
- Pending transactions
- Payment obligations
- Liability arising from disputes, claims, or violations
Driffle retains the right to enforce such obligations after termination.
4. Buyer Obligations & Risk Acknowledgment
4.1 Informed Purchase and Risk Acceptance
By purchasing any account through Driffle Boost, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Gaming accounts are digital assets controlled by third-party Publishers
- The transfer, sale, or use of such accounts may violate Publisher policies
- Accounts may be subject to suspension, restriction, or loss of access at any time
You confirm that you are making an informed and voluntary purchase and accept all inherent risks associated with such transactions.
4.2 Review of Listing and Due Diligence
Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating listings prior to purchase.
You acknowledge that:
- All listings are created and provided by Sellers
- Driffle does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of listing details
- You are responsible for assessing the suitability, value, and risk of any purchase
Failure to review listing details shall not constitute grounds for dispute.
4.3 Compliance with Transfer Instructions
Buyers must strictly follow all instructions provided by the Seller and/or Driffle for account transfer and securing access.
This includes, where applicable:
- Changing login credentials as instructed
- Securing linked email or recovery information
- Completing any required verification steps
Failure to follow such instructions may result in:
- Loss of access
- Increased risk of account recovery
- Invalidation of eligibility for warranty or dispute claims
4.4 Prohibited Buyer Conduct
Buyers must not:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated disputes or claims
- Attempt to exploit or manipulate the warranty or dispute system
- Conduct unauthorized resale or transfer of purchased accounts
- Share account access with third parties in a manner that compromises security
Driffle reserves the right to investigate and take action against any such conduct.
4.5 Actions That Void Warranty and Protection
The following actions, including but not limited to, may result in partial or complete loss of eligibility for warranty, protection, or dispute resolution, as determined by Driffle:
- Failure to follow transfer or security instructions
- Modification of account credentials or settings in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions
- Contacting the Publisher or game support regarding the account
- Use of cheats, bots, exploits, or prohibited software
- Violation of Publisher rules or policies
- Resale, transfer, or sharing of the account after purchase
- Failure to secure the account within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
- Any action that alters, damages, or compromises the original state or integrity of the account
4.6 Post-Purchase Responsibility
Following delivery, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for:
- The use, maintenance, and security of the account
- Compliance with all applicable Publisher rules and policies
- Any actions taken using the account
Driffle shall not be liable for any consequences arising from Buyer actions or omissions after delivery.
4.7 Evidence and Cooperation in Disputes
In the event of a dispute or claim, Buyers must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely evidence as requested
- Cooperate fully with Driffle’s investigation process
- Refrain from taking actions that may compromise the integrity of the investigation
Failure to provide sufficient evidence or cooperate may result in denial of the claim.
4.8 No Double Recovery or Chargeback Abuse
Buyers may not:
- Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a resolution through Driffle
- Seek recovery through multiple channels for the same transaction
Where a Buyer initiates a chargeback or payment reversal:
- Driffle may suspend or terminate the Account
- Access to services may be restricted
- Any funds, credits, or benefits associated with the transaction may be revoked
4.9 Acknowledgment of Limited Remedies
Buyers acknowledge and agree that:
- Remedies for issues arising from transactions are limited strictly to those expressly provided under the applicable policies, including the Warranty & Protection Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy
- Driffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of in-game assets
No additional guarantees, remedies, or compensation shall apply unless explicitly stated by Driffle.
5. Seller Obligations & Representations
5.1 Seller Responsibility and Independent Capacity
Sellers list and sell accounts on Driffle Boost in their own independent capacity.
Sellers acknowledge and agree that:
- They act solely as independent parties and not as employees, agents, or representatives of Driffle
- They are fully responsible for all listings, transactions, and post-sale obligations
- Driffle does not assume ownership, liability, or control over any accounts listed by Sellers
5.2 Ownership and Right to Sell
Sellers represent and warrant that:
- They have full legal authority and control over the accounts they list
- They have the right to transfer access to such accounts
- The accounts are not stolen, compromised, or obtained through unauthorized means
Sellers must not list or sell accounts that:
- Violate applicable laws
- Are subject to unresolved disputes or restrictions
- Have been previously sold or transferred in a manner that compromises ownership
5.3 Accuracy of Listings
Sellers must ensure that all listings are:
- Accurate, complete, and not misleading
- Reflective of the true state of the account at the time of sale
Sellers must not:
- Misrepresent account attributes (including items, rank, currency, or status)
- Omit material information that could affect Buyer decisions
Any discrepancies between the listing and the delivered account may result in disputes, refunds, or penalties.
5.4 Full Transfer of Control
Sellers must provide Buyers with complete and exclusive control of the account upon delivery.
This includes, where applicable:
- Login credentials
- Linked email account or full email access
- Recovery information and backup codes
Sellers must not:
- Retain access to the account after delivery
- Retain or reuse recovery credentials
- Maintain any means of regaining access to the account
5.5 Prohibition on Account Recovery
Sellers are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to access or recover any account after delivery
- Assisting or facilitating any third party in recovering such accounts
Any recovery attempt, whether direct or indirect, shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
5.6 Post-Sale Liability and Accountability
Sellers acknowledge that they remain responsible for the account after sale in cases where:
- The account is recovered or access is lost due to Seller actions or retained control
- The account is found to have been misrepresented
- The account is subject to issues arising from Seller’s prior actions
Seller liability may extend beyond the initial transaction and may apply even after completion of delivery or expiry of standard protection periods.
5.7 Delivery Obligations
Sellers must:
- Deliver accounts promptly and within the agreed timeframe
- Provide clear and accurate transfer instructions
- Ensure that credentials provided are valid and functional
Failure to deliver as agreed may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refund to Buyer
- Penalties or Account suspension
5.8 Cooperation in Disputes
Sellers must:
- Respond promptly to disputes or inquiries
- Provide accurate and complete evidence as requested
- Cooperate fully with Driffle’s investigation process
Failure to cooperate may result in:
- Automatic dispute resolution in favor of the Buyer
- Suspension or restriction of Seller Account
5.9 Financial Liability, Clawbacks, and Set-Off
Sellers acknowledge and agree that Driffle may:
- Recover funds from Sellers for losses arising from disputes, refunds, or warranty claims
- Offset such amounts against Seller balances, payouts, or reserves
- Retain or deduct funds to cover actual or anticipated losses
Sellers are responsible for any negative balance resulting from such actions and must promptly settle such amounts.
5.10 Reserves, Holds, and Risk Controls
Driffle may apply:
- Transaction holds
- Account-level freezes
- Rolling reserves
to Seller funds based on:
- Risk profile
- Transaction history
- Dispute or claim rates
- Category-specific risks
Sellers acknowledge that such measures are necessary to protect the platform and may be adjusted at Driffle’s discretion.
5.11 Prohibited Seller Conduct
Sellers must not:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- List accounts with hidden risks (including prior violations or recovery risks)
- Circumvent platform safeguards or fees
- Conduct off-platform transactions with Buyers
- Use multiple Accounts to evade enforcement
5.12 Network and Multi-Account Abuse
Sellers must not operate or participate in coordinated networks of Accounts designed to:
- Evade restrictions
- Manipulate listings or pricing
- Distribute risk across multiple Accounts
Driffle may take action against all linked Accounts where such activity is detected.
5.13 No Limitation of Liability for Seller Misconduct
Sellers shall be fully liable for losses arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misrepresentation
- Account recovery or retained control
- Fraudulent or negligent conduct
Such liability shall not be limited by Seller withdrawal of funds, Account closure, or passage of time.
6. Listings, Product Accuracy & Delivery Standards
6.1 Listing Creation and Responsibility
Sellers are solely responsible for creating and maintaining accurate listings for all accounts offered on Driffle Boost.
Each listing must:
- Accurately describe the account being offered
- Include all material information relevant to the Buyer’s decision
- Reflect the true condition of the account at the time of listing
Driffle does not verify listings and is not responsible for their accuracy.
6.2 Mandatory Listing Information
Sellers must include, where applicable:
- Game title and account type
- Key attributes (e.g., rank, level, items, currency, skins)
- Region or server (if relevant)
- Platform (e.g., PC, console, mobile)
- Whether email access or recovery information is included
- Any known risks, restrictions, or limitations
Failure to disclose material information may result in disputes, refunds, or penalties.
6.3 Prohibited Listing Practices
Sellers must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or exaggerated information
- Omit known defects, risks, or limitations
- Use deceptive images or descriptions
- Reuse or duplicate listings in a misleading manner
Driffle reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these standards.
6.4 Account Condition at Delivery
The account delivered must:
- Match the description provided in the listing
- Be functional and accessible at the time of delivery
- Include all elements explicitly stated in the listing
Minor variations that do not materially affect the value or usability of the account may not constitute a valid claim.
6.5 Delivery Method and Content
Delivery must include all necessary information required to access and control the account, including:
- Login credentials
- Email access or transfer (if applicable)
- Recovery information and instructions
Delivery must be completed through Driffle Boost’s systems unless otherwise authorized.
6.6 Delivery Completion and Confirmation
A transaction shall be considered delivered and complete when:
- Valid and functional credentials have been provided; and
- The Buyer has successfully accessed the account, or has been provided a reasonable opportunity to do so
Driffle may determine delivery completion based on available system data, including login confirmation and communication records.
6.7 Delivery Timeline and Delays
Sellers must deliver accounts within the timeframe specified in the listing.
Delays or failure to deliver may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refund to the Buyer
- Penalties or Account restrictions
6.8 Buyer Verification Window
Buyers are expected to:
- Verify account access promptly after delivery
- Raise any issues within a reasonable timeframe
Failure to report issues within such timeframe may:
- Weaken or invalidate claims
- Be considered acceptance of delivery
6.9 No Modification Prior to Verification
Buyers must not materially modify the account before verifying that it matches the listing.
Such modifications include, but are not limited to:
- Changing key account attributes
- Transferring items or currency
- Altering linked accounts or credentials beyond required steps
Any such modification may:
- Compromise the ability to verify the original condition
- Result in denial of claims
6.10 Platform Determination of Listing Compliance
Driffle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether:
- A listing is accurate or misleading
- A delivered account matches the listing
- A discrepancy is material or immaterial
Driffle’s determination shall be final for the purposes of dispute resolution.
7. Transactions, Payments & Escrow
7.1 Transaction Structure
All transactions conducted on Driffle Boost are facilitated through the platform.
By placing an order:
- The Buyer agrees to purchase the listed account from the Seller
- The Seller agrees to deliver the account in accordance with the listing
Driffle facilitates the transaction as an intermediary and is not the seller of the account.
7.2 Payment Collection and Agency Role
Driffle acts as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Sellers.
- Payments made by Buyers to Driffle shall be deemed as payments made to the Seller
- Driffle is authorized to collect, hold, and process such payments in connection with the transaction
Driffle does not assume responsibility for the underlying obligations of the Seller except as explicitly provided in applicable policies.
7.3 Escrow and Holding of Funds
Upon payment by the Buyer:
- Funds shall be held by Driffle in an escrow-like arrangement
- Funds will not be immediately released to the Seller
Driffle may retain such funds for purposes including:
- Verification of delivery
- Dispute resolution
- Fraud prevention
7.4 Delivery Confirmation and Release of Funds
Funds may be released to the Seller when:
- Delivery is confirmed in accordance with Section 6; or
- The Buyer confirms receipt; or
- The Buyer fails to raise a dispute within the applicable verification window
Driffle may determine delivery confirmation based on available system data and communications.
7.5 Delayed Payouts and Risk-Based Controls
Driffle may delay or stage payouts to Sellers based on:
- Transaction risk level
- Seller history and performance
- Category-specific risks
- Dispute or claim activity
Payout timelines are not guaranteed and may be adjusted at Driffle’s discretion.
7.6 Fees and Charges
Driffle may charge fees in connection with transactions, including but not limited to:
- Platform service fees
- Payment processing fees
- Warranty or protection fees
All applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of transaction where required.
7.7 Refunds and Reversals
Refunds may be issued where:
- A dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer
- The Seller fails to deliver
- The transaction is canceled in accordance with platform policies
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Reverse transactions
- Deduct refunded amounts from Seller balances
- Apply set-off against reserves or future payouts
7.8 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Buyer:
- Driffle may suspend or restrict the Buyer’s Account
- The associated transaction may be reversed
- Any funds, credits, or benefits related to the transaction may be revoked
Sellers may be held financially liable for chargebacks where applicable, including through:
- Deduction from balances
- Use of reserves
- Recovery of funds
7.9 Currency, Conversion, and Payment Methods
Transactions may be conducted in various currencies and through different payment methods.
Driffle is not responsible for:
- Currency conversion differences
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Fees imposed by payment providers
7.10 Transaction Finality
Once a transaction is completed and funds are released:
- The transaction shall be considered final, subject only to applicable dispute and warranty policies
Driffle does not guarantee reversibility outside such policies.
7.11 Fraud Prevention and Transaction Controls
Driffle may implement measures to detect and prevent fraud, including:
- Transaction monitoring
- Risk scoring
- Additional verification requirements

7.12 Platform Discretion in Financial Decisions
Driffle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Determine whether conditions for payout or refund are met
- Delay or withhold payments
- Adjust transaction handling based on risk
Such decisions shall be final for the purposes of platform operations.
8. Fees, Pricing and Charges
8.1 Platform Fees
Driffle may charge fees in connection with transactions conducted on the platform.
Such fees may include:
- Buyer service fees
- Seller commission fees
- Payment processing fees
- Warranty or protection fees
- Withdrawal or payout fees
Applicable fees may vary depending on:
- Transaction type
- Game or category
- Payment method
- User location
- Risk profile
8.2 Buyer Fees
Buyers may be charged a service fee in addition to the listed price of an account.
Such fees:
- May be displayed at checkout or included within the total payable amount
- May vary based on payment method, currency, or region
Buyers acknowledge that the total price paid may include such fees.
8.3 Seller Commission
Sellers agree that Driffle shall deduct a commission (“Seller Commission”) from each successfully completed transaction on the platform.
Commission Structure
The Seller Commission shall be calculated as a percentage of the final transaction value (excluding applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks), and shall be determined as follows:
- Base Commission: A standard commission rate of 10% shall apply to all transactions, unless otherwise specified.
- Category / Game-Specific Commission: Certain games or categories may be subject to different commission rates based on demand, liquidity, risk profile, and operational considerations.

Driffle reserves the right to apply different commission rates based on:

- Promotional campaigns or platform incentives
Application of Commission
- Seller Commission shall be deducted prior to payout
- Commission shall apply only to successfully completed transactions, except where deductions are required to recover:
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Disputes
- Platform losses attributable to the Seller
Seller Acknowledgement
Sellers acknowledge and agree that:
- The final payout amount may be lower than the listing price due to applicable commissions and deductions
- Commission structures may change in accordance with Section 8.7
8.4 Warranty and Protection Fees
Driffle may offer optional or bundled warranty and protection services for transactions.
- Such services may be subject to additional fees payable by the Buyer
- Warranty fees may vary based on duration, category, or risk
Driffle reserves the right to determine the structure, pricing, and allocation of such fees.
8.5 Payment Processing and Third-Party Fees
Transactions may be subject to fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Driffle is not responsible for:
- Fees charged by payment gateways, banks, or processors
- Currency conversion charges
- Cross-border transaction costs
Such fees may be:
- Included in the total payable amount; or
- Deducted separately
8.6 Withdrawal and Payout Fees
Sellers may withdraw available balances from the platform using supported payout methods, subject to applicable fees, limits, and processing conditions.

Driffle currently supports the following withdrawal methods:
- SEPA Bank Transfer
- SWIFT Bank Transfer
- USD Coin (USDC)
Driffle reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported withdrawal methods at its sole discretion.

- Banks

Driffle shall not be responsible for such charges.
Conditions and Restrictions
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Set or modify minimum withdrawal thresholds
- Delay or withhold withdrawals in case of:
- Ongoing disputes
- Suspected fraud
- Chargebacks or reversals
- Offset any liabilities, penalties, or refunds against Seller balances prior to payout
Seller Acknowledgement
Sellers acknowledge and agree that:
- The final amount received may be lower than the requested withdrawal amount due to applicable fees and deductions
- Withdrawal fees and conditions may be updated in accordance with Section 8.7
8.7 Fee Adjustments and Changes
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Modify, introduce, or remove fees at any time
- Adjust fee structures based on market conditions, risk factors, or operational considerations
Where required, Driffle may provide notice of such changes.
Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
8.8 Taxes and Duties
Users are responsible for:
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges arising from transactions
Driffle may:
- Collect taxes where required by law
- Display tax-inclusive pricing where applicable
8.9 Pricing Integrity and Manipulation
Users must not:
- Manipulate prices to circumvent fees
- Structure transactions to avoid platform charges
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Adjust or cancel such transactions
- Recover lost fees
- Take enforcement action against Users
8.10 Net Settlement and Set-Off
Driffle may:
- Deduct all applicable fees, charges, refunds, penalties, or liabilities from User balances
- Apply set-off across transactions, payouts, or reserves
The net amount after such deductions shall be the final payable or receivable amount.
9. Warranty and Protection Policy
9.1 Overview of Protection
Driffle Boost provides a structured protection system for account transactions, which may include:
- A free protection period applicable to all eligible transactions
- Optional extended warranty plans available for purchase
- Dispute resolution mechanisms subject to these Terms
Protection is intended to cover specific risks associated with account transactions, subject to the conditions set out herein.
9.2 Free Protection Period
All eligible account purchases include a limited free protection period, the duration of which may vary by:
- Game or category
- Risk profile
- Listing type
During this period, Buyers may report issues in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Policy.
The free protection period shall begin upon:
- Delivery confirmation; or
- Automatic completion of the order
9.3 Optional Extended Warranty
Driffle may offer Buyers the option to purchase extended warranty coverage.
Such extended warranty:
- May provide protection beyond the free protection period
- May vary in duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or otherwise)
- Is subject to additional fees
The scope, duration, and pricing of extended warranty plans shall be determined by Driffle and may vary by transaction.
9.4 Covered Events
Subject to compliance with these Terms, protection may apply to the following events occurring within the applicable protection period:
- Loss of access to the account
- Unauthorized recovery of the account by the Seller or a third party
- Account suspension or ban attributable to actions prior to the sale
- Material discrepancies between the delivered account and the listing
Driffle reserves the right to determine whether an event qualifies as a covered event.
9.5 Exclusions and Limitations
Protection shall not apply in cases including, but not limited to:
- Buyer actions that violate Section 4 (Buyer Obligations)
- Failure to follow transfer or security instructions
- Use of cheats, bots, exploits, or prohibited software
- Contact with the Publisher or actions that expose account ownership inconsistencies
- Resale, transfer, or sharing of the account after purchase
- Modification of the account prior to verification
- Issues arising after the expiration of the applicable protection period
Driffle reserves the right to determine applicability of exclusions.
9.6 Claim Submission Requirements
To initiate a claim, Buyers must:
- Submit the claim within the applicable protection period
- Provide accurate and complete evidence as requested
- Cooperate with Driffle’s investigation
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of the claim.
9.7 Investigation and Determination
Driffle will review claims based on:
- Evidence submitted by the Buyer and Seller
- Platform data and activity logs
- Transaction history and timing
Driffle may request additional information and may suspend or delay resolution pending investigation.
Driffle’s determination shall be final for the purposes of platform resolution.
9.8 Resolution Outcomes
Where a claim is determined to be valid, Driffle may, at its discretion:
- Issue a refund (full or partial)
- Provide replacement access or equivalent remedy (where applicable)
- Apply credits or other forms of compensation
Where a claim is denied, no refund or compensation shall be provided.
9.9 Seller Liability and Recovery
Where a claim is attributed to Seller fault, Driffle may:
- Recover funds from the Seller
- Apply set-off against Seller balances or reserves
- Impose penalties or restrictions
Seller liability may extend beyond payout and may apply after the protection period where appropriate.
9.10 No Guarantee of Continuous Access
Driffle does not guarantee:
- Continuous access to any account
- Immunity from Publisher actions
- Long-term stability of accounts
Protection is limited strictly to covered events within the applicable protection period.
9.11 Non-Transferability of Protection
Protection and warranty rights:
- Apply only to the original Buyer
- Are non-transferable
Any resale or transfer of the account voids eligibility for protection.
9.12 Interaction with Other Policies
This Warranty & Protection Policy must be read in conjunction with:
- Buyer Obligations (Section 4)
- Seller Obligations (Section 5)
- Transactions & Payments (Section 7)
In case of conflict, Driffle’s determination shall prevail.
10. Dispute Resolution Process
10.1 Right to Raise a Dispute
Buyers may initiate a dispute where they reasonably believe that:
- The account was not delivered
- The delivered account does not match the listing
- Access to the account has been lost or compromised within the applicable protection period
Disputes must be raised within the applicable verification window or protection period, as defined in these Terms.
10.2 Dispute Initiation
To initiate a dispute, the Buyer must:
- Submit a dispute through Driffle Boost’s designated system
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Submit all required supporting evidence
Disputes submitted outside the platform may not be recognized.
10.3 Evidence Requirements
Both Buyers and Sellers may be required to provide evidence, including but not limited to:
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Login attempts and error messages
- Account access history
- Communication logs between Buyer and Seller
- Proof of delivery and transfer
Driffle may request additional evidence at its discretion.
10.4 Seller Response Obligation
Upon initiation of a dispute:
- The Seller must respond within a reasonable timeframe specified by Driffle
- The Seller must provide all requested evidence and clarification
Failure to respond or cooperate may result in:
- Resolution in favor of the Buyer
- Penalties, including account restrictions
10.5 Investigation Process
Driffle will investigate disputes based on:
- Evidence provided by both parties
- Platform data, including system logs and transaction history
- Timing and sequence of events
Driffle may:
- Request additional information
- Temporarily restrict accounts or funds
- Extend investigation timelines where necessary
10.6 Interim Measures
During an active dispute, Driffle may:
- Place a hold or freeze on funds
- Suspend or restrict Buyer or Seller accounts
- Prevent withdrawal of funds related to the transaction
Such measures are intended to preserve the integrity of the process.
10.7 Resolution Determination
Following investigation, Driffle will determine the outcome of the dispute, which may include:
- Refund to the Buyer (full or partial)
- Release of funds to the Seller
- Alternative remedies as deemed appropriate
Driffle’s determination shall be based on:
- Compliance with these Terms
- Evidence provided
- Platform data
10.8 Finality of Decision
All dispute decisions made by Driffle shall be final and binding for the purposes of platform resolution.
Users agree not to challenge such decisions except as required under applicable law.
10.9 Abuse of Dispute Process
Users must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or repetitive disputes
- Attempt to exploit the dispute system for financial gain
Driffle may take action against abusive behavior, including:
- Denial of claims
- Account suspension or termination
- Financial penalties or recovery of losses
10.10 Chargebacks and External Disputes
Users are expected to resolve disputes through Driffle Boost before initiating chargebacks or external payment disputes.
Where a chargeback is initiated:
- Driffle may suspend the User’s account
- Access to services may be restricted
- Any ongoing or future claims may be denied
Driffle reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated losses.
10.11 Timeline and Processing
Dispute timelines may vary depending on:
- Complexity of the case
- Availability of evidence
- Response time of Users
Driffle does not guarantee resolution within a fixed timeframe but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly.
10.12 Relationship with Warranty Policy
All disputes are subject to the terms of:
- Section 9 (Warranty & Protection Policy)
- Section 4 (Buyer Obligations)
- Section 5 (Seller Obligations)
In case of conflict, Driffle’s interpretation shall prevail.
11. Prohibited Activities and Enforcement
11.1 General Prohibition
Users must not engage in any activity that:
- Violates these Terms or any applicable policies
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive
- Compromises the integrity, security, or operation of Driffle Boost
Driffle reserves the right to investigate and take action against any such activity.
11.2 Fraud and Deceptive Practices
Users must not:
- Engage in scams, fraud, or misrepresentation
- Provide false or misleading information in listings, disputes, or communications
- Attempt to exploit platform systems, including payments, disputes, or warranty mechanisms
11.3 Account Misuse and Unauthorized Access
Users must not:
- Access or attempt to access accounts without authorization
- Use stolen, compromised, or unlawfully obtained accounts
- Share or transfer account credentials in violation of these Terms
11.4 Off-Platform Transactions and Circumvention
Users must not:
- Conduct or attempt to conduct transactions outside Driffle Boost for listings initiated on the platform
- Share contact details to facilitate off-platform transactions
- Offer incentives or discounts to bypass platform fees
11.5 Multi-Account and Network Abuse
Users must not:
- Create or operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement
- Participate in coordinated activity across accounts to manipulate transactions, pricing, or disputes
- Use linked or associated accounts to distribute risk or avoid detection
Driffle may treat such accounts as a single entity for enforcement purposes.
11.6 Payment and Financial Abuse
Users must not:
- Engage in chargeback abuse or repeated payment disputes
- Use unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods
- Attempt to manipulate pricing or transaction structure to avoid fees
11.7 Warranty and Dispute Abuse
Users must not:
- Submit false or exaggerated claims
- Attempt to exploit warranty coverage or dispute processes
- Repeatedly file claims without legitimate basis
11.8 Platform Manipulation and Technical Abuse
Users must not:
- Interfere with or disrupt platform systems
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate listings, pricing, or transactions
- Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass platform safeguards
11.9 Misuse of Communication Channels
Users must not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users
- Share malicious links or harmful content
- Use communication channels for purposes unrelated to transactions
11.10 Enforcement Actions
Where Driffle determines that a User has violated these Terms, Driffle may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue warnings or require corrective action
- Remove or modify listings
- Cancel or reverse transactions
- Withhold, freeze, or recover funds
- Apply penalties, fees, or deductions
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate User accounts
- Deny access to certain features or services
11.11 Severity-Based Enforcement
Driffle may determine enforcement actions based on:
- Nature and severity of the violation
- Frequency or repetition
- Impact on other Users or the platform
Driffle reserves the right to escalate enforcement measures in cases of serious or repeated violations.
11.12 Linked Account Enforcement
Where multiple accounts are determined to be linked or associated, Driffle may:
- Apply enforcement actions across all such accounts
- Treat such accounts as a single User for purposes of liability and enforcement
11.13 Financial Recovery and Liability
Users agree that Driffle may:
- Recover losses arising from violations
- Deduct amounts from balances, payouts, or reserves
- Pursue additional recovery where necessary
Users remain liable for any outstanding amounts resulting from such actions.
11.14 No Circumvention of Enforcement
Users must not:
- Attempt to re-register or access the platform after suspension or termination
- Use alternate accounts or identities to bypass enforcement actions
Driffle may take further action against such attempts.
11.15 Platform Discretion and Final Authority
Driffle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Determine whether a violation has occurred
- Decide the appropriate enforcement action
Such determinations shall be final for the purposes of platform operation.
12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
12.1 Platform Role Disclaimer
Driffle Boost operates solely as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
Driffle:
- Does not own, create, sell, or control the accounts listed
- Is not a party to the underlying transaction between Users
- Does not guarantee the performance, conduct, or obligations of any User
All transactions are conducted at the Users’ own risk, subject to these Terms.
12.2 No Warranty on Accounts
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driffle makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- The quality, functionality, or performance of any account
- The continued availability or accessibility of any account
- Compliance of accounts with Publisher terms or policies
All accounts are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
12.3 Third-Party and Publisher Risk
Buyers acknowledge that:
- Accounts are controlled by third-party game publishers
- Publishers may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time
- Transfer of accounts may violate Publisher policies
Driffle shall not be liable for any actions taken by publishers, including but not limited to:
- Account bans or suspensions
- Loss of access
- Restrictions imposed on accounts
12.4 No Guarantee of Continuous Service
Driffle does not guarantee that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any feature or service will remain available
- Data or account information will be preserved
Driffle may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
12.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driffle shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity
- Loss of data, virtual assets, or in-game items
Driffle’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any transaction shall not exceed:
the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim
12.6 User Conduct and Responsibility
Driffle shall not be liable for:
- Actions or omissions of Buyers or Sellers
- Misuse of accounts after delivery
- Violations of these Terms by Users
Users are solely responsible for their conduct and use of the platform.
12.7 Payment and Financial Risks
Driffle shall not be liable for:
- Payment failures, delays, or reversals caused by third-party providers
- Currency fluctuations or conversion differences
- Fees charged by banks or payment processors
12.8 Dispute and Warranty Limitations
Driffle’s responsibility in disputes is limited strictly to:
- Application of the Warranty & Protection Policy (Section 9)
- Determinations made under the Dispute Resolution Process (Section 10)
Driffle shall not be obligated to provide remedies beyond those expressly stated.
12.9 Force Majeure
Driffle shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Failures of third-party systems or infrastructure
12.10 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability.
In such cases:
- The above limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
12.11 Survival of Liability Provisions
The provisions of this Section shall survive:
- Termination of User accounts
- Completion of transactions
- Expiry of protection periods
13. Indemnification
13.1 User Indemnity Obligation
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Driffle, its parent entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all:
- Claims
- Demands
- Damages
- Losses
- Liabilities
- Costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
13.2 Seller-Specific Indemnity
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driffle from any claims arising out of or relating to:
- Ownership, control, or sale of accounts
- Misrepresentation in listings
- Unauthorized or unlawful acquisition of accounts
- Account recovery, retention of access, or post-sale interference
- Any disputes with Buyers arising from Seller conduct
13.3 Buyer-Specific Indemnity
Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driffle from any claims arising out of or relating to:
- Misuse of purchased accounts
- Violations of Publisher rules or policies
- Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of platform systems
- Unauthorized resale, transfer, or sharing of accounts
13.4 Third-Party and Publisher Claims
Users agree to indemnify Driffle against any claims brought by third parties, including but not limited to game publishers, arising from:
- Transfer, use, or sale of accounts
- Violations of Publisher terms or policies
- Any actions that result in account suspension, restriction, or termination
13.5 Cooperation and Defense
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Assume control of the defense of any claim subject to indemnification
- Require Users to cooperate fully in such defense
Users agree to:
- Provide all necessary assistance and information
- Not settle any claim without Driffle’s prior written consent
13.6 Survival of Indemnity
The obligations under this Section shall survive:
- Termination or suspension of your Account
- Completion of transactions
- Expiry of protection or warranty periods
14. Termination and Account Closure
14.1 Termination by User
Users may terminate their Account at any time by:
- Following the account closure process provided on the platform; or
- Contacting Driffle support
Termination requests may be subject to:
- Completion of pending transactions
- Resolution of disputes or claims
- Settlement of any outstanding balances or obligations
14.2 Termination or Suspension by Driffle
Driffle may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:
- The User has violated these Terms or applicable policies
- The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
- The User poses a risk to the platform, other Users, or third parties
- Required verification (including KYC) is not completed
14.3 Effect of Suspension
Where an Account is suspended:
- Access to certain or all platform features may be restricted
- Transactions may be paused or canceled
- Funds may be held pending investigation or resolution
14.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an Account:
- Access to the platform and associated services shall cease
- Listings may be removed
- Ongoing or future transactions may be canceled or restricted
Termination does not affect:
- Rights or obligations accrued prior to termination
- Any ongoing investigations, disputes, or claims
14.5 Treatment of Funds Upon Termination
Driffle may, upon suspension or termination:
- Hold or retain funds for a reasonable period to cover disputes, chargebacks, or warranty claims
- Deduct any amounts owed to Driffle or other Users
- Apply set-off against balances, reserves, or future payouts
Release of remaining funds, if any, shall be subject to:
- Completion of investigations
- Expiry of applicable protection or risk periods
- Compliance with these Terms
14.6 Outstanding Liabilities
Users remain liable for:
- Any negative balances
- Refunds, chargebacks, or claims
- Breaches of these Terms
Driffle reserves the right to:
- Recover such amounts
- Pursue collection or legal remedies
14.7 Re-Registration Restrictions
Users whose Accounts have been suspended or terminated must not:
- Create new Accounts
- Access the platform through alternate identities
Driffle may take action against any such attempts.
14.8 Data Retention
Driffle may retain User data following termination:
- As required by law
- For dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement purposes
14.9 Survival of Terms
The following provisions shall survive termination:
- Financial obligations
- Warranty and dispute provisions
- Limitation of liability and indemnification
- Enforcement and recovery rights
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Driffle Boost shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to:
- These Terms
- Use of the platform
- Any transaction conducted through Driffle Boost
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
15.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall:
- Limit or exclude any rights that Users may have under applicable consumer protection laws
- Prevent Users from bringing claims in jurisdictions where such rights are mandatorily applicable
15.4 Statutory Dispute Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights that Users may have under applicable law to seek resolution of disputes through legally available mechanisms.
15.5 Language of Proceedings
All proceedings, disputes, and communications shall be conducted in English, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15.6 Injunctive Relief
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Driffle reserves the right to seek:
- Injunctive or equitable relief
- Interim or protective measures
in any jurisdiction where such action is necessary to:
- Protect its rights

16. Miscellaneous Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (including but not limited to Warranty & Protection Policy, Dispute Resolution Process, and other platform guidelines), constitute the entire agreement between the User and Driffle relating to use of the platform.
They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
16.2 Amendments and Updates
Driffle reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms may be posted on the platform
- Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance
Where required by applicable law, Driffle may provide notice of material changes.
16.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable:
- Such provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary
- The remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable
16.4 No Waiver
Failure or delay by Driffle in exercising any right or enforcing any provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and shall apply only to the specific instance.
16.5 Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Driffle.
Driffle may:
- Assign or transfer these Terms
- Delegate its rights and obligations
including in connection with:
- corporate restructuring
- mergers or acquisitions
- transfer of business operations
16.6 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create:
- Any partnership
- Joint venture
- Employment or agency relationship
between Driffle and any User.
16.7 Communications and Notices
Driffle may communicate with Users through:
- Platform notifications
- Other contact details provided by the User
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
Such communications shall be deemed received:
- At the time of transmission; or
- When made available on the platform
16.8 Electronic Agreement
Users acknowledge that:
- These Terms are entered into electronically
- Electronic acceptance (including clicking “accept” or using the platform) constitutes a legally binding agreement
16.9 Headings and Interpretation
Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
16.10 Prevailing Terms
In the event of any conflict between:
- These Terms; and
- Any help center content, guidelines, or informal communication
