The Deer in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Deer is a towering deer-like monster that hunts players during nighttime throughout the forest. It has a massive head, oversized eyes, black antlers, twitching ears, and sharp claws capable of devastating attacks. Normally bipedal, it can quickly switch to running on all fours when chasing prey. On hungry nights, its eyes glow blood red, making it even faster and deadlier.

The Deer 99 Nights in the Forest

Players can temporarily stun The Deer using flashlights, though repeated stuns become less effective. To escape, players should use large trees, buildings, rocks, or terrain obstacles to break its pathfinding while sprinting back toward the Campfire or using teleporters.

The Owl in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Owl is a horrifying humanoid owl creature that appears during snowy biome nights. It possesses elongated legs, huge glowing eyes, gray feathers, clawed wings, and an enormous open beak. Unlike The Deer, The Owl relies heavily on detection and patience. During encounters, it lands nearby and begins a dangerous detection minigame where movement slowly alerts it.

The Owl 99 Nights in the Forest

If the eye indicator fully turns red, The Owl attacks immediately. Players can survive by remaining perfectly still until it leaves. Flashlights can stun it temporarily, and poor pathfinding allows it to get stuck on obstacles. Wolves may spawn nearby to force movement, making encounters especially tense and unpredictable.

The Ram in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Ram is a gigantic black sheep-like monster that appears when the Volcanic Biome is active. Covered in dark fur with enormous horns and glowing eyes, it relentlessly hunts players at night. Unlike other monsters, The Ram’s signature attack is its devastating charge. Before charging, it briefly stops while building power, then launches forward at incredible speed, smashing through trees and damaging everything in its path.

The Ram 99 Nights in the Forest

Flashlights and Campfires can stun it while walking, but charging makes it completely unstoppable. Escaping The Ram requires quick side movement because it turns poorly while charging. Players should dodge left or right instead of running directly away during attacks.

The Bat in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Bat is a gigantic purple bat monster that exclusively inhabits the Caverns. Its massive wings, glowing white eyes, skeletal frame, and enormous fanged mouth make it one of the game’s most terrifying creatures. Unlike the other monsters, The Bat is blind and cannot be stunned with flashlights. Instead of chasing players directly, it patrols the caves and periodically lands before releasing a deadly screech attack.

The Bat 99 Nights in the Forest

A rising screech meter warns players before a damaging red shockwave spreads through the area. To survive, players must quickly hide behind rocks, stalagmites, or cave structures. Managing cultist enemies while avoiding The Bat creates extremely dangerous cave encounters.

The Cat in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Cat is a massive black humanoid feline that appears in the Jungle Biome during nighttime. It has exaggerated cartoon-like features including oversized white eyes, sharp whiskers, giant claws, and a huge open jaw. Although it walks upright, it moves with incredible speed and agility. The Cat attacks using close-range claw swipes and an especially deadly pounce ability.

The Cat 99 Nights in the Forest

During a pounce, a glowing red circle appears where it will land, but the leap can travel through terrain, trees, houses, and rocks. Escaping The Cat requires constant movement and awareness of the landing marker. High ground offers little safety because its leap easily reaches elevated positions.

The Evil Bunny in 99 Nights in the Forest

The Evil Bunny is a terrifying event-exclusive monster triggered after stealing its egg from the Easter Bunny’s house. Normally harmless, it transforms into a monstrous creature with glowing red eyes, a massive mouth hidden inside its stomach, sharp saw-like teeth, and a giant blue bowtie.

The Evil Bunny 99 Nights in the Forest

Unlike most monsters, the Evil Bunny cannot be stunned with flashlights and is unaffected by daylight. Once activated, it spawns close to the player and begins an aggressive chase toward the Campfire. Fortunately, it moves slower than sprinting players. To escape safely, players should use buildings, trees, and elevated terrain to slow it down while carrying the stolen egg back home.
