Boss 1: Billy

Boss 4: Grigori

The only boss where character-switching is prohibited is this one. To make building and equipping the best trinkets simpler, you should play with Joyce and Hopper (Body Armor, Battle Gear, CounterPunch, Big Britches and Jaws). His AK firing rounds are his most dangerous attack. After being electrocuted or having his strike blocked, he loses his vulnerability.

 

Boss 5: Tom and Bruce

Because they constantly heal each other when they're near together and because striking one of them also damages the other, this boss may be extremely tiresome. If you let one character deal with one of the duo while forcing the other to follow you to a different location, you can stop them from healing, but even then, they will eventually run into each other again.
