About The Game:

An updated version of Panzer Dragoon that stays faithful to the original but has better controls and graphics to meet modern gaming standards! You come upon two dragons who have awoken from the past in a distant, lonely world. You must fulfil your destiny and prevent the Prototype Dragon from reaching the Tower or risk dying trying. You are armed with a lethal rifle from the past and are guided by your armoured blue dragon.

On a post-apocalyptic globe where people battle for resources, territory, and Ancient technology, the Panzer Dragoon series is set. The people who formerly ruled a hyper-advanced civilization that spanned the globe thousands of years before the Panzer Dragoon Game series began are collectively called "Ancients." The ability to create monsters allowed the Ancients to use them in battle or for other purposes.

One of the series' principal foes, these monsters are survivors of the fall of the Ancients. This civilization would fall, and the world would almost be destroyed in a mysterious disaster hinted at as a horrible conflict throughout the book, leaving the survivors to scratch out a miserable existence among the blasted remnants in the following millennia. Some would eventually revere the Ancients and their creations as almost "godlike" and held in horrifying regard.

Many of humanity's machines, weapons, and vehicles, such as the peculiar floating ships that are a series' mainstay, are created from the ruins of ancient technologies.

The games' soundtrack CDs were made available in Japan, while Panzer Dragoon Orta's came packaged with the Game. The Panzer Dragoon Orta soundtrack was made available in the US via Tokyopop. A female protagonist named Keil ("Kyle" in the anime) is attempting to save when she bonds with the Black Dragon in the first Game's anime adaptation, which was released. ADV Films distributed the English version. [15] Die Welt Von Panzer Dragoon Zwei (The World of Panzer Dragoon Zwei), an art book from the sequel, was also made available.

The racetrack in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is modelled after Panzer Dragoon.
