Plot

With Stacey Forsythe, he watches a news story and then starts looking into the allegations that CURE is to blame for the outbreak. To check out the video monitors that showed Brandon arming explosives, he reunites with Rebecca Chang, an old friend of his. However, when they arrive at the Arena, they discover that the security room has been looted. Frank comes to the Safe House after receiving a call from Stacey claiming that Sullivan is threatening to eject her, but this leads nowhere. Later, the two see Brandon pulling a woman into the restrooms at Uranus Zone on the security cameras. When Frank goes to meet Brandon there, he finds out that Vikki was murdered and is then unexpectedly attacked by Brandon. When he loses, he confronts Stacey with the information he got from Brandon in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.
