The Game is an imaginative interpretation of a biblical setting. When the city of Babylon was being built, humanity built a tower meant to reach the skies and displayed such conceit as to annoy God, the player, purportedly.

Babel Rising's gameplay combines the administration of divine powers and action. The sole restriction is how long it takes for each energy to recharge. The player has a variety of capabilities that they can send to a selected place.
