Overview

A classic game of exploration and survival in pixel art. Skyscrapers that have been constructed procedurally offer almost endless opportunities for item crafting, looting, and salvage.

A mysterious prion sickness that affected humanity has imprisoned those who contract it in an endless dream. They couldn't wake up, so they changed into enigmatic dreamers—sleepwalking, zombie-like creatures that avoid the light.

They now live in the shadowy urban canyons of the cities and the ground floors of tall buildings, hiding from the sun and only emerging at night to hunt down any who are still resisting.

Four survivors are trapped in a skyscraper in a devastated city, and their survival depends on their tenacity, ingenuity, and ability to work together.

Creation

From basic clubs to crossbows to homemade rifles and explosives, the survivors may create a lethal arsenal with the correct supplies, tools, and amount of ingenuity. Other than firearms, there are also barriers, workbenches, tools, machines, food, and medicine.

Collaborate

Fortunately, the survivors can combine their resources, abilities, and expertise. They greatly improve their chances of survival if they cooperate and combine their skills. Their only chance is an old, wrecked helicopter on the rooftop. Although it will never be able to fly fully once more, they can utilise it to leap from rooftop to rooftop as they slowly leave the city.

Major Highlights

• Fix the helicopter: enhance and alter the HC-27 to enable escape, more cargo delivery, and farther flight.
• Confront the dreamers because you'll be pursued by the mutant humans who live in the shadows. They must be defeated through combat, seduction, immobilisation, impersonation, hiding, deterrence, and stalling until dawn saves you for another day.
• Plan ahead carefully if you want to make it through the night. The structures contain special floors that offer extra valuable loot or unique interactions.
• As each character's skill tree is unlocked, new recipes, benefits, options, and potent interactions between the four characters will become available.
• It's up to you how to approach each new structure because there are an infinite number of crafting recipes, supplies, weapons, and barriers.
• For each skyscraper, many procedurally produced levels produce a limitless number of high-rise structures of diverse forms and with various difficulties.
