By adopting a first-person perspective, the player can go around the dungeon at predetermined distances. Simple 3D computer graphics are used to present a dungeon. After a chance encounter, the player's team engages in turn-based combat with a horde of 2D sprites that represent creatures. The witch in the game makes dolls that fight for the player because the player's character is a book.

After you've entered the labyrinth, make careful to look in every crevice as you scale obstacles, work out puzzles, and break down walls to descend farther and farther in search of gold and valuable items.
