The Game includes repairing houses in an attempt to make a profit. Painting, tile installation, washing, set up, and destruction are all possible tasks. Players may modify and decorate their homes and mend and sell properties in functions.

• On May 17, 2018, the free Apocalypse Flipper DLC was released and published alongside the basic Game. More things are given to the player, as well as five additional properties that may be purchased.
• The Garden Flipper DLC was published on May 16, 2019. This enables the player to make improvements to the gardens of houses. The player may enter garden tournaments, where their labour will be reviewed and scored. The property can be sold at a more fantastic price, depending on the score.
• The HGTV DLC was published on May 14, 2020. This DLC adds new jobs, goods, gameplay systems, and attributes to the Game. The latter needs the player first to fulfil the associated tasks.

• In 2021, PlayWay announced two new DLCs: the Pets DLC, which focuses on acquiring and caring for pets such as dogs and cats, and the Luxury Flipper DLC, which will be launched in late 2021 and focuses on upgrading costly contemporary and historic houses in a new area called Moonrise Bay.
