Overview

You're invited to experience the Wild West like never before. One man is forced to ruthlessly pursue everyone who harmed him when a catastrophic turn of circumstances sends him down a path of supernatural chaos and retaliation. Follow Warren as he plunges into the depths of the human psyche and attempts to live in a world full of difficult decisions and much more complex outcomes. Because death is a constant in this world, and the sinister deals you make with powers beyond human comprehension will haunt everyone in your vicinity forever.

Try your hand at 40 uniquely created turn-based combat missions as you battle and survive through 8 different story-based settings. Discover a colourful array of playable characters whose stories are intricately entwined with yours as you delve deeper into the Hard West universe. As you unravel a rich narrative storyline with different endings depending on your choices in the Game, you will need to work together to make contentious decisions to discover the final plans of the ancient powers at work.

Gameplay

Two distinct Game modes are turn-based tactical engagements and a strategic exploration map where the player can move around and visit sites. Location visits on the strategic map are presented as straightforward text panels with static images that let the player choose options from a list to do actions. Players can then engage in various creative acts, recruit additional characters for their player character's posse, and start trade or battle.

Major Highlights

• Gather and Combine Special Abilities: To unlock new special abilities, collect and equip unique cards that you earn through fulfilling the Game's significant objectives and optional ones, exploring, bartering, looking for hidden treasure, and other activities. These cards offer more options for fighting and can be combined to make even more potent combos.
• Experience a complex narrative in which choices made during and between battle scenarios will impact later events and alter the ultimate destiny of a divisive cast of memorable characters.
• Use a battle system beyond pure probability by including luck as a unique keeper of exciting and challenging conflict.
• Dynamic Cover: Alter the course of the fight with a robust protection system that enables the construction of efficient cover from environmental objects, making flanking and moving during battles an incredibly effective tactic.
• Utilize the blazing western sun to locate hidden foes by the shadows they cast and the sounds they create by using the technique of "shadow spotting."
