The gameplay

Chariot Royal Edition revolves around the player guiding a princess and her fiancé to transport her father's coffin to his final resting place. The players take control of the princess or her fiancé, who must push, pull and carry the chariot carrying the coffin through dangerous levels while collecting loot. The chariot has four wheels, which allows it to move in all directions. The players must navigate various obstacles, such as cliffs, narrow pathways, and treacherous waterfalls.

The players can upgrade their chariot and equip it with various gadgets, which makes their journey easier. The chariot can be upgraded with a hook shot, allowing players to grapple onto multiple objects and swing around a shield that helps defend against enemy attacks and a flare gun that lights up dark areas. The Royal Edition also features various puzzle elements, requiring players to use wit and problem-solving skills to progress through the levels.

The story 

Chariot Royal Edition follows the journey of a princess and her fiancé as they transport her father's coffin to his final resting place. The princess's father, the King, was a great explorer, and he had accumulated a vast collection of treasures throughout his life. Before he died, he requested that his coffin be taken to his final resting place, along with all his glory. The princess and her fiancé must navigate various treacherous levels, facing obstacles and enemies.

As the players progress through the Game, they learn more about the princess, her fiancé, and the King's life as an explorer—the various hidden areas and secrets, which reveal more about the Game's world and its characters.
