Storyline

A vicious creature of destruction tore the world apart centuries ago. The first Immortals developed their extraordinary abilities at this time of necessity, abilities so strong that they overcame all obstacles to defeat the beast terrorising the land.

The Immortals came together to create a Council that would uphold peace and stability on a worldwide scale, intervening at the first sign of conflict or anarchy in order to stop such devastation from ever occurring again.

Although the Immortals are few, they are incredibly powerful. Even if they are unable to manage all the areas, they rely on their mortal agents, the Arbiters, to protect the inhabitants of the land from the more common perils they encounter. Arbiters patrol the country, hunting out rogue creatures, corrupt officials, and bandits; their word is the law.

However, one Arbiter discovers the growing corruption that permeates her own order, and it is up to her to stop the spread of a danger that is as serious as the vicious beast of old.
