Dead by Daylight has a new Chapter called Descend Beyond. The Blight, a Killer, and Felix Richter, a Survivor, are both parts. The new Killer, new Survivor, and a unique item for the Survivor—Felix's World Class jacket—can all be unlocked by purchasing the add-on.

The new Killer is The Blight, a brilliant and aspiring chemist who intended to improve humanity via the employment of his substances but lost everything as a result of his desires. The Blight was seduced into the Realm of the Entity by the possibility of new, forbidden knowledge when his study was stolen. Felix Richter, an unconventional design with a distinctive vision, is the new Survivor. Felix fell into the shadows beyond and disappeared after returning to the mysterious island where his dad had vanished.

• The Blight Talbot Grimes was a Scottish chemist who was clever and ambitious and wanted to use his substances to improve humanity. He developed a medication that decreased the need for workers to take breaks while increasing productivity while working for the British East India Company. The medicine had catastrophic side effects, endangering the workers' lives despite the benefits they received.

He developed several adversaries; one had him kidnapped, chained, and then left for dead.

Talbot, who was holding on to life, was saved and brought back to health by the students of an old mystery school. There, monks read banned literature to broaden the human mind and discovering further dimensions. They asked him for assistance in exchange for saving Talbot, thinking that his expertise could help them achieve their objective. But just as he was about to make a discovery, they had him sedated and thrown into an opium den.

He struggled to recall his research when a guiding thought appeared in the background. He took a stone in his hand and carved it into the wall. He cut the words into his chest when there was nothing else to write. He was covered in blood when he saw a field of vibrant orange flowers materialise before him. By the muttered voice, he was invited to go into the countryside and uncover incomprehensible dimensions to humans. He sank further into the night as the orange blooms died around him.

• The Power of the Blight: Blighted Corruption His mind and body are corrupted by the pustula serum coursing through his veins, but he is endowed with strange athletic prowess.

• Rush Is a Special AbilityTo move forward swiftly with Rush, press the Power button. A Rush token is used in the process. Rush prevents The Blight from launching an assault. Rush up against a wall or other obstruction to slam onto it. The Blight will enter a brief state of tiredness and start recharging the tokens if the Rush misses a wall or other obstruction or if he runs out of Rush tokens.
• Lethal Rush: A Special Attack  Hit the Power button to start a Lethal Rush after a Slam. A Rush token is used in the process. Like a Rush, a Lethal Rush allows The Blight to attack by hitting the Attack button.

The Blight has three new benefits.

• Draconian Grip : Any Survivor who interacts with a damaged generator will scream, temporarily betraying their position, and will experience the Exposed state effect for a short while.
• Hexes: undying the hex will be moved to a dull totem—as long as one exists—when Hex: Undying is activated, and another hex totem is cleansed. When a survivor is near any totem, their auras are briefly displayed.
• Blood Favor Hex :Pallets close by are momentarily kept in place by The Entity when a Survivor is struck. It is impossible to bring down these pallets.
•  Felix Richter : Felix Richter is an eccentric architect with a distinctive vision who has won numerous design prizes, among them but not restricted to the Swiss Architect Medal and the German National Design Award. Richter is creative, adventurous, and analytical. Instead of continuing in his family's medical tradition, Felix made his mark in the design industry by building a reputation as an architect and founding the business "Richter and Golder" with his friend and coworker Lauren Golder.

Three new benefits come with Felix.

• Visionary : You can see a generator's aura if you are close to it.
• Desperate actions : Slow down your healing and unhooking of teammates with each hooked, dead, or hooked Survivor.
• Designed to Last :A depleted item will have some of its charges replenished once per trial.
