Sherlock Holmes The Devil's Daughter (Europe) (PC) - Steam - Digital Key

An incredible experience that will push the boundaries of your nerves and brain, Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter is a thrilling adventure with distinctive gameplay that combines investigation, action, and exploration. Play the role of the great detective as you unravel a web of mystery leading to the shocking conclusion and hunt out evil in the murkiest regions of London and the human spirit. Your decisions and actions impact the remainder of the narrative positively or negatively. In 2016, Frogwares created Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter, an action-adventure mystery Game in the Sherlock Holmes franchise, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

On October 25, it was made available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while the PC version was made public two months earlier, on June 10. To solve the many mysteries stumping your head, question suspects, break into hiding places, start combat action, and engage in frantic pursuits. Prepare yourself for a Game that will push your nerves and intellectual ability to the absolute limit because each choice will alter the circumstances and sequence of events in the future.

Gameplay

The vast portion of the Game involves investigating crime scenes and looking for clues, just like its predecessors Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments. When a clue is found, it is placed on a "deduction board," a gaming element that involves connecting facts such that various deductions are possible. Assumptions linked together will form a complete deductions tree in the player's mind palace. The answers the participants come up with will vary depending on how they read the clues. So, the player's ability to identify the offender might go either way.

Storyline

After the occurrences of The Testament of Sherlock Holmes, which take place in 1896, Professor James Moriarty's daughter, Katelyn, is now being cared for by Sherlock Holmes, who is keeping her true ancestry a secret. But everything changes when a strange woman who goes by the name "Alice" moves in next door to Holmes. While simultaneously causing emotional problems between Holmes and Katelyn, Alice slowly becomes friends with Katelyn and eventually gains the daughter's trust. As the Game progresses, Holmes resolves many cases while learning more about Alice's history and her actual motivations.

There are five different scenarios in the Game:

  • Prey Inform:  Tom, a little child whose father has vanished, visits Holmes. Holmes investigates with Wiggins' assistance and discovers a series of connected disappearances connected to a renowned British donor. In Epping Forest, the donor and his aristocratic pals hunt paupers as prey while being pursued by Tom's father, a decorated soldier and military shooter.
  • A Green Study:  Holmes participates in a lawn bowls competition organised by the neighbourhood Archaeological Society. A club member is discovered dead in unexplained conditions, and the case has links to a previous Mayan trip, so the awards show is postponed. The suspects are unusual mechanical enthusiasts, a bankrupt club boss, and a one-armed man with an unidentified partner.
  • Infamy: An actor follows Holmes around as he is being researched for a future part. After cracking the case of Mary Sutherland (derived from "A Case of Identification"), Sherlock Holmes thwarts a suicide attempt by solo-defusing a bomb. Later investigations turn up a string of thefts and a missing person, pointing him toward an abandoned monastery. Holmes seeks retribution for previous victories against the criminal underworld.
  • Sequence Reaction: While journeying, Holmes and Watson encounter a severe traffic accident that has left numerous persons dead and injured. Holmes looks into the region to piece together the sequence of events and discovers that things are not as they seem. A former criminal who became a technician and was coerced into taking part in a theft turns the tables on his old companions.
  • Insomnia Dreams: His adopted daughter has been abducted by Alice. Before it's too late, he needs to locate her. Alice finally reveals the secret Holmes has been keeping regarding Katelyn, his adoptive daughter: Katelyn is the nameless Devil's Daughter because she is the daughter of Professor James Moriarty. Holmes reconciles with his ward and atones for his neglectful parenting.
