You have a bomb in a room by yourself. The manual required to disarm it is available with your buddies, the "Experts." The Experts can't see the explosives, so everyone must babble. However, there is a catch!
As you and your buddies race to detonate bombs while trying to communicate swiftly before time runs out, test your brain teaser and communication abilities!
Key Features
- Everybody has a vital role to play, whether disarming a bomb or reading instructions from the handbook. Rounds are quick-paced, tense, occasionally hilarious, and usually always noisy.
- Play a new bomb each time—Procedurally generated puzzles keep things interesting.
- If you can communicate with the bomb fuze, you can become their Expert with just one version of the Game. To play remotely, consider using your preferred voice chat provider.
- Mission complexity increases as players encounter additional modules in the Explore Mission and Free Play modes. Set the tempo by setting your unique bombs in Freeplay Mode.
- Supports mods: Check out new Steam Workshop modules, missions, and more!
- Supports VR: Isolate yourself from your Experts and enter a truly immersive experience. Share the adventure with your friends and switch between rounds!
- A two- or more-player local cooperative party Game.
- Every time, play a different bomb.
- Examine the Free Play and Mission modes.
Gameplay
The levels of the Game are divided into skill groups that determine the quantity and types of components, the amount of time required to disarm the bomb, and the total amount of strikes. Every Level will procedurally construct the bomb and its defusing modules. The number of modules, the amount of time, and the number of strikes can all be customised by players.
The Game is intended to be played with a minimum of two players, with one player acting as the "Defuser" and using a device (supporting keyboard and mouse, touchscreen and gamepad control mechanisms, as well as assistance for virtual reality headsets) to play the Game, and the other players acting as the "Experts" and consulting the provided bomb defusing manual. By design, neither the Experts nor the Defuser can see the bomb, so they must count on the Defuser to describe it. Similarly, neither can the Defuser consult the handbook independently; instead, they must depend on the Experts to educate them. The Defuser and the Experts can speak face-to-face across a table or internet using a different speech service.
