The Game was also published between 2019 and 2020 on mobile platforms. It was also one of the launch games for the Xbox Series X/S on November 10, 2020.
In 2020, SRO, while looking into the theft of cultural artefacts, found a substance in an old sword that can recall deceased beings. The outside military groups broke into the SRO study facility and attempted to steal the information. They shifted the transmitter's parameters to the border of the Arctic, where they discovered a Skyland inhabited by several extinct animals. SRO needs to uncover the facts and end SAI's plot.
Instead of making Episode 2, the Game was redone entirely, its action and plot were enlarged, and it became Bright Memory: Infinite, published in 2021 for Windows and Xbox Series X/S. Bright Memory: Infinite will be given out to players who purchased Bright Memory on Windows.
Gameplay:
The first-person videogame featuring melee components called Bright Memory makes gamers assume command of Shelia, who may use a sword and weapons as well as magical beings like psychokinesis and lightning blasts. All attack types can be mixed in any way you choose, and, like in Devil May Cry, the games will provide a grading system for imaginative combos. Battle victories grant expertise points that may be utilized to improve a character's powers and unlock new ones, like stopping time. Some sections also include riddles that must be resolved. The first episode's early access edition includes around an hour of action. The developer has promised that by the end of 2019, there would be another 2 hours of multiplayer and further instalments.
Plot summary:
Hero The Science Research Group (SRO), for whom Shelia works, has charged her with stopping SAI, a military organization, from obtaining a fabled ancient artefact that can resurrect the deceased. The Game is set in a "Land of Sky" above the Arctic, which is made up of levitating land areas where ancient species live.
Evolution:
Utilizing Unreal Engine 4, Bright Memory was created by Zeng "FYQD" Xiancheng. The work was done in the developer's free time. Zeng initially gave a teaser for the project in 2017 and was granted funding by Epic Games' Unreal Dev Grants.
On January 12, 2019, a global early access edition of "Episode One" was made available. The Video Game is compatible with Oculus Rift virtual reality headsets.
