Romancing SaGa 3 is a role-playing video Game developed and published by Square Enix. It was released for the Super Famicom in Japan. The story:

Romancing SaGa 3 occurs in Morastrum, threatened by a recurring cataclysmic event called the "Death Eclipse." The eight main characters, each with a unique storyline linked to the Game's larger narrative.

The Game begins with the birth of the emperor of Avalon, who is prophesied to bring about the world's end. The player takes on the role of one of the eight protagonists, destined to cross paths with the emperor and shape the world's fate.
