The game, Unepic features Daniel, an average guy who is a great video game player and a big fan of sci-fi movies and a novice RPG player.

Daniel believed he had a massive hallucination when teleported to a castle in the middle of an RPG.

Daniel decided to go around on a ride until his delirium came to an end.

A mysterious shadow inhabits Daniel once he gets inside the castle.

The dark spirit can not control Daniel but communicate with him.

The goal of the shadow is simple, i.e. to escape from the prison of Daniel's body. However, the dark spirit can only escape if Daniel dies. So, with the dark attempting to murder him at every turn, Daniel struggles against the castle's enemies. 

He finally discovers his goal: to kill the master of the castle, Harnakon and free the pure spirits trapped within.

With the game proceeding forward, Daniel will realise that the stage is not the typical role-playing adventure that it seems to be.
