The Assembly is a first-person adventure Game developed and published by nDreams. The title was released in 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms and has both virtual reality (VR) and non-VR gameplay, allowing players to immerse themselves in the Game world in either mode.

Story

The Assembly is told through the perspectives of Madeleine and Cal, two characters with different backgrounds and motivations. Madeleine is a brilliant scientist working for The Assembly for several years. She is committed to the work being done at the facility and believes that it can change the world for the better. On the other hand, Cal is a former soldier who has been recruited to The Assembly for his skills in combat and security. He is sceptical of the work being done at the facility and begins to question the morality of the experiments and projects being undertaken.

As the story progresses, the player must navigate the complex politics and ethical dilemmas of The Assembly, all while uncovering the dark secrets that lie at the heart of the facility. The narrative is designed to challenge the player's perceptions of right and wrong and explore scientific advancement's ethical implications.
